Very nice and practical apartment. Awesome porch. Two large good bedrooms, and one smaller with bunk beds. Nice location with 10 minutes walk to the boardwalk and beach, somewhat longer to the railway station. Cozy and quiet neighbourhood

Apartment matched the description and was very well located for exploring the highlights of Florence (Duomo, Uffizi, shopping, restaurants). Host was very helpful upon our arrival. Noise from street at night was loud at times but somewhat expected when staying at an apartment so well located and close to the heart of the city. Was a great apartment for our family of four.

David’s place was very nice and clean. It’s in a great location for walk ability to all the major attractions and “hot” spots. Also very close to the train station which is a very big plus if you are traveling by train. We had a slight hiccup with the AC but David was very responsive and had the issue fixed super fast! He was also very quick to respond if I had concerns or questions! Would stay again!

This apartment is beautiful and even looks better in real life than the pictures! The host was very responsive , highly recommend.

Lovely stay and hosts. Extremely clean and fresh smelling apartment with all the amenities. Ample daylight in the apartment. The hosts were very helpful and sweet at all times. A bit far from the city center but there are bus stops right outside the building in case anyone would like to use public transportation.

This was a fantastic location for exploring Florence. A really neat apartment with two generous sized bedrooms with great space for two couples. great views from the windows and an amazing bonus - one short flight up to the rooftop for a large shared patio with amazing views of the city, and space to sit and relax. An only downside to this apartment was its configuration did not lend to a spacious living room. the living room was narrow and could fit a sofa and two chairs all sort of facing a wall rather than each other.

Silvia was very kind and very helpful in providing information and making us feel at home. The house is huge and there were only five of us with everything we needed. We would definitely consider this experience for an upcoming trip to Viareggio.

Great place for a holiday with a few friends, sunny terrace and well equipped kitchen, with beautiful walks nearby. Carla made check-in super easy, and was available for any questions. Terrinca has a great little cafe for your morning macchiato also.

We had a very nice, relaxing stay on Bellavista. Angela and her father were extremely welcoming. We were supplied with our own wine, homemade luggage and farm fruits. Staying on Bellavista was definitely worth it and we'll be in the area again at some point, we'll be back! Wehrli family

The apartment is very comfortable and modern. It is possible to find markets totally close of it and the best thing that is is possible to do every rides by train.

Romantic Alcova a stone's throw from the city center but with the qualities of the country house, quiet and retired. Beautiful property where we spent a week relaxing and which we used as a base to visit Pistoia and the Apennines. Mrs. Gianna is an impeccable host. I recommend it.

There were five of us (4 adults and one toddler) in Pietrasanta for two weeks. We felt very comfortable at the place. The house is beautiful and has a great garden with terrace. It was clean and there was everything you could ever need. Only the way to the beach and into town was a little longer than we thought. But it was still doable with the bikes. Frederico is a very nice host. He was always available, kind and helpful. Checking in and out was very straightforward. All in all, we had a great time here and can definitely recommend the cottage. Thanks! 😊

A great place for those who seek greenery, peace and quiet. Beautiful garden with many different places to sit a d a good sized swimming pool. At night you hear only birds, insects and wild pigs which ve ture looking for food. So not for faint hearted :) Apartment has everything that is needed and the bed is very comfy. Hosts are very nice and helpful. A great place in the countryside, recommended!

Five stars for serene, spacious and spotless. We stayed six nights and could easily have stayed two weeks. If you are looking for rest and relaxation very close to the sea, the mountains and towns, this house is the place for you. The house is very large, well stocked and furnished and not a spot of dust or dirt. A great base for the entire Liguria region. Awesome host. Must see: national park, regional park and the Carrara marble quarries.

Perfect location - could not select a more beautiful setting. Il Paluffo manages to feel luxurious and green as well as rustic with modern comforts all at the same time. The location is stunning - pictures do not do it justice. Il Paluffo is tastefully decorated, intimate with lots of amenities, and unique offerings. There was a cooking class offered while we were there! This is a truly unique and magical place, the perfect Tuscany experience.

It’s was an awesome couple of days! Very close to the beach, restaurants and the stores! Its a very nice spot and also the appartment was very clean and quiet! It was pretty much perfect! Thank youuuu

Everything about our stay was so perfect! Pino was very kind. We really appreciated that we received his great olive oil as a welcome gift (and decided later to buy several bottles in the small shop, and also a bottle of his wine!). Our cabin was the last one, which gives you a lot of privacy, nobody is walking past it. The cabin has everything you need, but we spent most of our time on the lovely veranda (we especially loved the hammock!). The view is so beautiful and the place is just so peaceful. You are surrounded by nature, like the olive trees, and we could even see a flock of sheep on the other side each day, which was an adorable sight. This place really allowed us to relax, which is exactly what we were looking for. Hopefully we will be able to come back one day. Thanks again for everything, Pino!

We’ve had a lovely week at Podere Grignano, a haven of peace, tranquility and greenery. It’s isolated, but that’s why we chose the location. The last kilometre of the road is quite rough. Just go slow! You can shop at Volterra, 35 minutes away. No osterias or trattorias nearby. But Podere has excellent cooking facilities so we had a wonderful time preparing and consuming the local produce and wine. Bedroom was spacious and comfortable, bathroom modern and water is hot. Stefano and Roberta are lovely hosts, discrete but helpful- and the owner, Marco, gives you detailed instructions on how to find Podere. The attached cottage is BEAUTIFUL, just as the pictures show. It was spotlessly clean, had lots of little extras: Stefano gave us a bottle of their magnificent olive oil. We spent the week visiting numerous hilltop towns (including San Gimignano, but seriously, there are tiny gems that avoid the tourist hordes.) Love the views, love the accommodation, love the countryside. Come here…

Apartment in a great location, a 3-minute walk to the beach and the bus stop. Very quiet area away from noise, a place with a very comfortable and large bed (not a sofa bed), a kitchen area with everything you need, a large and functional bathroom (it was just a few more hangers), an outdoor area with a view of the port of Venus. Garage below. Porto venere reachable comfortably on foot. Gentle owners, in a way, neat and available. A great location for a vacation.

As a family of 4, we had a perfect stay at La Lucertola. Luisa and Colin were friendly, attentive and helpful from the minute we arrived to when we left. They were available on the phone throughout, if needed. The music studio was an incredible addition - we felt very lucky to have access to it throughout our stay. The accommodation is located up a narrow track, but this meant we had access to stunning views and wildlife all around. Although the pool was cold, due to the time of year we visited, it didn’t stop us using it a couple of times. The pool is perfectly located - overlooking Pisa. There was plenty of seating around the pool and, although other families were staying in the house next door, it didn’t once feel like we couldn’t use any of the facilities. Other great facilities worth mentioning - the pizza oven is such an experience - to make pizzas overlooking the tower of Pisa, in Italy, was incredible. We also had all the cleaning items and linen we needed too. Grazie.

The arrival was very smooth, we were very well received! The car parking space is very safe and practical! The apartment was spotless, spacious bathroom and great shower. The cleanliness and organization is a 10! Very quiet place and close to the main center! All great!

Really enjoyed our stay Chiara’s place. The view from the patio and the pool is spectacular. This was such a nice break from the busy hustle of the cities and one of the highlights of our trip to Italy. Would recommend this spot to anyone who wants to get away for a day or two.
