Linda is a great host and was very helpful with information about the area which made our stay so much better, enabling us to get into Florence easily. The view from the property was beautiful and we could see San Casciano on the hill top. We loved watching the hot air balloons float in the mornings, as the mist cleared from the trees, and had lots of amazing photo opportunities. The place was very quiet, a few hundred metres down a gravel track, well away from any main roads. The kitchen was well equipped with good pots and pans, chopping boards, sharp knives, kettle, filter coffee machine, toaster etc.

Had a great stay at Chiara's apartment, local to some really nice restaurants and within walking distance of the beach. Apartment was clean and as described, would definitely stay again, Chiara was very welcoming and was at the apartment waiting when we checked in, always helpful and responsive when messaged. Veldig fin og praktisk leilighet. Kjempefin veranda. To store gode soverom, og ett mindre med køyesenger. Fin beliggenhet med 10 minutters gange til strandpromenaden og stranden, noe lengre til jernbanestasjonen. Koselig og rolig nabolag.

Ho soggiornato con altre 3 amiche nell’appartamento di Susanna. Tutto nuovo e pulito. Spazi ampi e arredati con gusto. Posizionato nel quartiere Venezia, tranquillo, ma pieno di posticini per mangiare e bere. Un’esperienza davvero positiva!

Finden des Eingangs und Öffnen der Schlüsselbox haben gut geklappt. Die Wohnung machte einen sehr sauberen und wohnlichen Eindruck. In der Wohnküche war es etwas dunkel (kleine Fenster), was aber im Sommer sicher auch angenehm sein kann. Als ich ankam, war es draußen ziemlich kühl, und die Wohnung war angenehm warm aufgrund der aufgedreht Heizungen. Die Ausstattung der Küche mit Kochutensilien etc. war etwas minimalistisch, aber alle wichtigen Gerätschaften waren vorhanden. Alle Geräte und Badezimmereinrichtungen funktionierten einwandfrei. Die Lage ist angenehm ruhig und alles Interessantein Barga (vom Supermarkt bis zum Dom bzw zur Altstadt) ist von dort gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. -Tommaso hat mich mit seinen Informationen und schnellen Antworten bei meinem Aufenthalt gut aus der Ferne begleitet.

Apartament położony bardzo blisko lotniska około 10 minut na nogach. Mimo takiego położenia jest cicho i spokojnie. Do dworca kolejowego też około 10 minut. Bardzo blisko sklep i kawiarnia. Mieszkanie położone jest z tyłu domu, nie słychać żadnych odgłosów z ulicy. Przy domu jest przystanek autobusowy. Mieliśmy bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielem. Przysłał nam filmik jak możemy dostać się do mieszkania. W dniu wylotu mogliśmy bez problemu zostawić rzeczy. Polecamy ten apartament w Pizie. Monika i Janusz

Esperienza positiva. Appartamento ampio, in posizione semi-centrale e dotato di tutto l’occorrente per una vacanza. Letti e cuscini comodi (cosa non scontata). Host gentile e disponibile.

Sono stato con 3 amici a fare trekking sulle Apuane e la casa di Carla è stata un ottimo appoggio. Vicinissima a molti percorsi, silenziosa e con una vista incredibile dalla terrazza al secondo piano. Carla ci ha permesso anche di avere un check out più tardi per via di una necessità last minute, gentilissima anche nel momento di check in. Consiglio!!

Le logement proposé par Luca est vraiment spacieux et la propreté était irréprochable. La salle de bain magnifique en marbre ! Nous avons passé un agréable séjour et n'avons manqué de rien. Communication parfaite avec Luca et logement à recommander.

Wir waren zu fünft (vier Erwachsene und ein Kleinkind) zwei Wochen in Pietrasanta. Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Haus ist schön und hat einen tollen Garten mit Terrasse. Es war sauber und es war alles da was man so braucht. Lediglich der Weg zum Strand und in die Stadt war etwas länger als wir gedacht haben. Mit den Fahrrädern war es aber trotzdem gut machbar. Frederico ist ein sehr netter Gastgeber. Er war immer erreichbar, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Ein- und Auschecken war sehr unkompliziert. Alles in allem hatten wir hier eine tolle Zeit und können das Ferienhaus auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank! 😊

A great place for those who seek greenery, peace and quiet. Beautiful garden with many different places to sit a d a good sized swimming pool. At night you hear only birds, insects and wild pigs which ve ture looking for food. So not for faint hearted :) Apartment has everything that is needed and the bed is very comfy. Hosts are very nice and helpful. A great place in the countryside, recommended!

Five stars for serene, spacious and spotless. We stayed six nights and could easily have stayed two weeks. If you are looking for rest and relaxation very close to the sea, the mountains and towns, this house is the place for you. The house is very large, well stocked and furnished and not a spot of dust or dirt. A great base for the entire Liguria region. Awesome host. Must see: national park, regional park and the Carrara marble quarries.

Perfect location - could not select a more beautiful setting. Il Paluffo manages to feel luxurious and green as well as rustic with modern comforts all at the same time. The location is stunning - pictures do not do it justice. Il Paluffo is tastefully decorated, intimate with lots of amenities, and unique offerings. There was a cooking class offered while we were there! This is a truly unique and magical place, the perfect Tuscany experience.

Wundervolle Unterkunft – Klare Empfehlung! Mein Aufenthalt in Francescas Unterkunft war einfach großartig! Die Wohnung war nicht nur sauber und gemütlich, sondern auch mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt braucht. Francesca war eine wunderbare Gastgeberin – herzlich, hilfsbereit und stets erreichbar, wenn man eine Frage hatte. Ich bin sehr dankbar, dass ich hier wohnen durfte, und habe mich rundum wohlgefühlt. Die Lage war perfekt, und die Atmosphäre in der Unterkunft war einfach angenehm. Ich kann diesen Ort nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen und komme jederzeit gerne wieder! Vielen Dank, Francesca!

The apartment is fantastic! The view from the terrace overlooking the mountains is spectacular, with sunshine from morning until evening. Check-in was easy, and Raphael and Elia responded very quickly to any messages. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need for cooking. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were clean, and the rainforest shower was a really cool extra touch. The internet was occasionally a bit unstable, but apart from that, the stay was perfect. If you're looking for a relaxing, carefree stay in nature, with plenty of hiking trails and winding mountain roads nearby, this is the place to be.

Beautiful apartment right next to the park in Viareggio in a quiet environment. Well-furnished and equipped. Friendly host. Only a few minutes to the beach. Busy road in the vicinity. Unfortunately, a lot of trash in Viareggio, as is often the case in Italy. Beach clubs with beach access cost between 25 and 70 euros for a family. There is also a small section of the beach that is freely accessible. We can recommend the apartment for a beach holiday.

We spent two weeks at Livio's villa. It is a beautiful place, very well taken care of, nicely furnished, comfortable and with all the useful amenities for a family stay. Very clean, comfortable beds, in a quiet park, surrounded by large trees which provided a nice shade in the hot summer days. There is no AC, but we did not feel it was necessary, even with 35 degrees outside. Th walls are thick and keep a nice coolness. It is very conveniently situated, 25 km from Florence, little distance to most interesting places in Chianti region. We traveled a lot, every day and managed to visit most of the region within day trips. There is a supermarket 8 km away and a local store (fresh bread, good salami and other necessary items for breakfast and quick meals) within walking distance. Very nice restaurants in the area, reachble by car. As a plus, a beautiful sunset view from the terrace of the park. In few words, it was perfect for our family with two children. Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub und ich kann diese Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen. Um sie richtig zu genießen, sollte man mit einem Auto anreisen, da sie inmitten der Natur und etwas abgelegen liegt. Das ist jedoch ein großer Vorteil, denn die umliegende Landschaft ist wunderschön und lädt zum Erkunden und Genießen ein. Sie bietet einen tollen Kontrast zu den Tagen, an denen die nahegelegenen Städte und Touristenattraktionen besucht werden.

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour chez Carlo et Elena. Le jardin clôturé et la piscine étaient de vrais plus. Sans compter toutes les petites attentions que Carlo a pu avoir pour nous, et même un cadeau pour notre petit chiot. Le logement est paisible entouré de montagnes avec une belle vue. Nous recommandons cette maison et son hôte car tout était parfait!

Abbiamo alloggiato in questa casa nel periodo della fiera di Lucca. Gli host ci hanno subito accolto calorosamente, assieme alla dolcissima cagnolina Luna, facendoci sentire come fossimo a casa nostra. La casa si trova sopra una collinetta di Balbano, garantendo quindi un ottimo silenzio. Avendo un grande giardino, presenta anche un ampio parcheggio, che non è da sottovalutare. La casa è ancora in fase di ristrutturazione quindi è sì una bella casa, ma con ancora qualche piccolo accorgimento mancante. In generale una bella esperienza.

Airbnb tout simplement incroyable. Le domaine est magnifique, vous pouvez admirer les magnifiques paysages de la Toscane depuis les hauteurs. Vous serez surpris de voir que ce Airbnb est encore plus beau en vrai que sur les photos. Et que dire de Concetta, une hôte toujours disponible, aussi bien pour s’assurer du confort de ses locataires que pour donner des tips sur les sorties/restaurants dans le coin. Je ne saurais que vous le recommander 👌

Abbiamo trascorso 3 giorni per un addio al nubilato. La villa é davvero pazzesca, anche più bella che in foto. ogni piano é indipendente, con al sua cucina, il suo salotto, il suo bagno e le camere. La casa é pazzesca in ogni dettaglio, dall'arredamento ai servizi inclusi. la pergola, la piscina e la vista sono spettacolari e ce le siamo davvero godute. Abbiamo anche organizzato una festa con il deejay nella pergola, stupenda! il proprietario é stato davvero top: molto disponibile in ogni nostra richiesta ed é stato anche molto flessibile sia nel check-in che nel check out. Posto assolutamente consigliato!!!
