Linda is a great host and was very helpful with information about the area which made our stay so much better, enabling us to get into Florence easily. The view from the property was beautiful and we could see San Casciano on the hill top. We loved watching the hot air balloons float in the mornings, as the mist cleared from the trees, and had lots of amazing photo opportunities. The place was very quiet, a few hundred metres down a gravel track, well away from any main roads. The kitchen was well equipped with good pots and pans, chopping boards, sharp knives, kettle, filter coffee machine, toaster etc.

Had a great stay at Chiara's apartment, local to some really nice restaurants and within walking distance of the beach. Apartment was clean and as described, would definitely stay again, Chiara was very welcoming and was at the apartment waiting when we checked in, always helpful and responsive when messaged. Very nice and practical apartment. Awesome porch. Two large good bedrooms, and one smaller with bunk beds. Nice location with 10 minutes walk to the boardwalk and beach, somewhat longer to the railway station. Cozy and quiet neighbourhood

Brand new, modern, very spacious apartment. Extremely clean and comfortable. In a peaceful (no traffic noice) but convenient location with a nice view of the boats from the terrace.

Finding the entrance and opening the key box worked out well. The apartment made a very clean and cozy impression. In the kitchen-living room it was a little dark (small windows), but in summer it can certainly be pleasant. When I arrived, it was quite cool outside, and the apartment was pleasantly warm due to the turned-up heaters. The kitchen was equipped with cooking utensils, etc., but all the important equipment was available. All appliances and bathroom amenities worked properly. The location is pleasantly quiet and everything interesting in Barga (from the supermarket to the cathedral or the old town) is within walking distance. -Tommaso accompanied me well from afar with his information and quick answers during my stay.

A bit far of the train station if you walk from there. Host was incredible, nice recommendation and help us when the check out arrive for our transfer to the train station.

The apartment is very close to the airport about 10 minutes on foot. Despite its location, it's quiet and peaceful. The train station is also about 10 minutes away. Very close to shop and cafe. The apartment is located at the back of the house, there is no noise from the street. There's a bus stop right by the house. We had very good contact with the owner. He sent us a video of how we could get to the apartment. On the day of departure, we could easily leave things. We recommend this apartment in Pisa. Monika and Janusz

I was with 3 friends hiking in the Apuan, and Carla's house was a great support. Very close to many routes, quiet and with an incredible view from the terrace on the second floor. Carla also allowed us to have a check-out later because of a last minute need, very kind even at check-in. Tip!!

Luca's place is really spacious and the cleanliness was impeccable. Beautiful marble bathroom! We had a pleasant stay and did not lack anything. Perfect communication with Luca and accommodation to recommend.

Romantic Alcova a stone's throw from the city center but with the qualities of the country house, quiet and retired. Beautiful property where we spent a week relaxing and which we used as a base to visit Pistoia and the Apennines. Mrs. Gianna is an impeccable host. I recommend it.

There were five of us (4 adults and one toddler) in Pietrasanta for two weeks. We felt very comfortable at the place. The house is beautiful and has a great garden with terrace. It was clean and there was everything you could ever need. Only the way to the beach and into town was a little longer than we thought. But it was still doable with the bikes. Frederico is a very nice host. He was always available, kind and helpful. Checking in and out was very straightforward. All in all, we had a great time here and can definitely recommend the cottage. A great place for those who seek greenery, peace and quiet. Beautiful garden with many different places to sit a d a good sized swimming pool. At night you hear only birds, insects and wild pigs which ve ture looking for food. So not for faint hearted :) Apartment has everything that is needed and the bed is very comfy. Hosts are very nice and helpful. A great place in the countryside, recommended!

Five stars for serene, spacious and spotless. We stayed six nights and could easily have stayed two weeks. If you are looking for rest and relaxation very close to the sea, the mountains and towns, this house is the place for you. The house is very large, well stocked and furnished and not a spot of dust or dirt. A great base for the entire Liguria region. Awesome host. Must see: national park, regional park and the Carrara marble quarries.

Perfect location - could not select a more beautiful setting. Il Paluffo manages to feel luxurious and green as well as rustic with modern comforts all at the same time. The location is stunning - pictures do not do it justice. Il Paluffo is tastefully decorated, intimate with lots of amenities, and unique offerings. There was a cooking class offered while we were there! This is a truly unique and magical place, the perfect Tuscany experience.

The apartment is fantastic! The view from the terrace overlooking the mountains is spectacular, with sunshine from morning until evening. Check-in was easy, and Raphael and Elia responded very quickly to any messages. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need for cooking. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were clean, and the rainforest shower was a really cool extra touch. The internet was occasionally a bit unstable, but apart from that, the stay was perfect. If you're looking for a relaxing, carefree stay in nature, with plenty of hiking trails and winding mountain roads nearby, this is the place to be.

Beautiful apartment right next to the park in Viareggio in a quiet environment. Well-furnished and equipped. Friendly host. Only a few minutes to the beach. Busy road in the vicinity. Unfortunately, a lot of trash in Viareggio, as is often the case in Italy. Beach clubs with beach access cost between 25 and 70 euros for a family. There is also a small section of the beach that is freely accessible. We can recommend the apartment for a beach holiday.

We spent two weeks at Livio's villa. It is a beautiful place, very well taken care of, nicely furnished, comfortable and with all the useful amenities for a family stay. Very clean, comfortable beds, in a quiet park, surrounded by large trees which provided a nice shade in the hot summer days. There is no AC, but we did not feel it was necessary, even with 35 degrees outside. Th walls are thick and keep a nice coolness. It is very conveniently situated, 25 km from Florence, little distance to most interesting places in Chianti region. We traveled a lot, every day and managed to visit most of the region within day trips. There is a supermarket 8 km away and a local store (fresh bread, good salami and other necessary items for breakfast and quick meals) within walking distance. Very nice restaurants in the area, reachble by car. As a plus, a beautiful sunset view from the terrace of the park. In few words, it was perfect for our family with two children. We had a wonderful vacation and I would highly recommend this place. To really enjoy it, you should arrive by car, as it is surrounded by nature and somewhat secluded. However, this is a great advantage, because the surrounding landscape is beautiful and invites you to explore and enjoy. It offers a great contrast to the days when the nearby cities and tourist attractions are visited.

Carlo and Elena made sure that we felt at home right away. The welcome was the best you could ask for. The place is beautiful and clean and very comfy. They gave us a lot of tips for the area. And surprised us multiple times with delicious treats. We will be back for sure.

We stayed in this house during the Lucca fair. The hosts immediately welcomed us warmly, along with the very sweet dog Luna, making us feel like we were at home. The house is located above a hill of Balbano, thus ensuring a great silence. Having a large garden, it also has ample parking, which is not to be underestimated. The house is still being renovated so it is a nice house, but with a few small fixes still missing. Overall a good experience.

We spent 3 days for a bachelorette party. The villa is really crazy, even more beautiful than in the photo. Each floor is independent, with its kitchen, living room, bathroom and bedrooms. The house is crazy in every detail, from the decor to the amenities included. The pergola, the pool and the view are spectacular and we really enjoyed them. We also organized a party with the deejay in the pergola, wonderful! The owner was really top: very helpful in all our requests and was also very flexible both at check-in and check-out. Absolutely recommended place!!!
