We had such an amazing time at the cottage! Paola e her family made us feel very welcome and comfortable with a warm reception and easy communication. The cottage is really very cozy and charming and it is located at a peacefull and beautifull neighborhood. The place, the towels and the sheets were extremely clean and perfumed. I highly recommend it to all Airbnb community and would definitely stay there again.

It is in the backyard of the house and surrounded by tropical vegetation including beautiful palm trees. It is well isolated from the neighbors and gives access to a nice pool. The place is in Miami North close to the 125th street and Biscayne Blvd. There are bikes to get around but not very comfortable so they are suitable for short rides only. I would recommend a car if you want to go downtown or Miami south beach for instance. The host wasn't there during our stay but she contacted us on a regular basis before, during and after the stay to make sure we had everything we needed and that we enjoyed our stay. The pool had some issue with the pump but the host kindly offered a refund to make up for it. Overall we really enjoyed our stay with the comfort, privacy and tranquility Paola's cottage offers.

The only thing to keep in mind, that it's not exactly walking distance to south beach but the part of the beach it's located on was just as nice and a little more private. Southbeach was a quick 5 minute uber ride away. I am definitely looking forward to staying here again.

Very clean and fresh smelling. The building offers a hotel feel with the number of amenities offered. We took advantage of the beach each day of our stay. We found the chairs, umbrella and towels offered to be perfect. My 6 year old loved the sand toys as well. I believe the true measure of how great your host is evident when something goes awry and they have to respond. We dealt with an AC snafu. I notified Shane & Maru through the app, and they dispatched maintenance super quick. No hassel at all.

The entire place is clean and has everything you possibly need for your time in Miami. They pay attention to everything and even accommodated us with our early check in. I will only book through them for my yearly Miami trips and have recommended them to my friends as well. I will say the only negative is the building itself since it's shared by other businesses, the lobby is VERY busy. I highly suggest not bringing your car here and just take advantage of the uber (there are plenty and often cheap). The valet lines are crazy long and I've seen some frustrated people. Not the valet's fault, it's just very crowded and people are impatient. Save yourself the headache and take uber. Thank you Shane and Maru! Please open your own hotel!!!

Carlos was a very nice host to us. We arrived late in the afternoon and he was still awake to welcome us. His place was very tidy. If we wanted to go to wynwood or south beach we could take easily an uber*pool for around $3-5.. (10-15 min) which was a really good price if you compare it to the public transport $2,50 or regular cabs. I would definately recommend carlos' place. Nice guy with a great sense for hospitality

The check-in instructions provided by the owner were very clear and precise. The location of the apartment is in Little Havana which is about 15 minutes from South Beach & just a short lyft / uber ride to downtown Miami. Never met him as I arrived super late & left super early. (Was literally there about 5 hours as I was just looking for a simple cheap bed to sleep in.) But Eddy was incredibly fast to respond to messages & very accommodating. (I was able to ask question & get answers before I booked the room the same day I wanted to stay!) Trailer is clean & cozy. Just make sure you're aware of what it means to stay in a small trailer. (It means you'll be dealing with things like a standard tiny RV bathroom, no mirrors anywhere & the feeling that if you jump up & down you might tip the thing over. None of these are meant to be criticisms, just facts of life when staying in a tiny trailer.) AC ran cold, I slept well, it was conveniently located & Eddy was great. Summary: I was a happy customer. Recommended. Thanks!

Lorena's place was a nice little flat in a nice neighbourhood, perfect for getting around southern Florida. We used Uber to get to the beach rather than drive and it was about $15 each way, giving good savings compared to staying closer to the beach. Lorena was a perfect host. Only thing to note is that if you're not used to sleeping in a room with air conditioning (being from the UK means this isn't something we have to worry about!), you might find that slightly disturbing. Better than being really hot though, so not something to worry about. I'd definitely stay again.
