  • Fantastic location and cleanliness and comfortable bed and heated tile floor in the bath... so comfortable and private. 10 out of 10!

  • This is a lovely space! It’s essentially a spacious studio, but plenty of space. Clean, comfortable, safe, and relatively quiet. Loved the thoughtfulness off the restaurant menu book, all the different books and guided about Seattle, not the touristy stuff but just interesting finds that people have collected. The space has lots of light, heated bathroom floors, heated towel rack, and the bed is probably the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept on. I spent my days there hiking and visited Predators of the Heart (highly recommend), so it was a great space to come home to and chill.

  • Charming, quiet, price, and peaceful. Great escape.

    Michael2020-02-28T00:00:00Z
  • Erik’s place and clean and stylish. A little studio, but feels bigger with tall ceilings, lots of windows and Erik’s thoughtful use of the space. Great location - safe, quiet, close to everything. Only issue we experienced was spotty WiFi — Erik was very responsive and helped us troubleshoot, but the WiFi was still a little unreliable with several “dead zones” in the space. Doesn’t look like this had been a major issue in the past, so might just be a glitch ran into. Not a dealbreaker - Just did some work in a local cafe instead off the Airbnb. There is a walled off garden space surrounding the Airbnb and it is beautiful, quiet and calm. Loved it! Erik was very friendly and gave us some great local tips since we are moving to the area soon. Very pleasant experience, good value for the money paid. ☺️

    Danielle2020-02-25T00:00:00Z
  • Erik’s place was great! Very clean and welcoming. Close walking distance to cool restaurants and sights in the city. Erik was very responsive and helpful!

  • This cottage was by far greater than what I had expected! My husband and I first time to Seattle, I was obsessed with our little cottage! From the cute decorations , the little fireplace and a huge book collection! It was so quaint and cozy! The neighborhood was amazing, we took a walk every morning! Such a Perfect spot, we walked everywhere for a bit to eat of a fresh cup of coffee! Highly recommend this cottage!! Enjoyed our stay so much! Erik was a great host, so friendly and personable! He also had great recommendations for everything!

    Tarrah2020-02-16T00:00:00Z
  • Having a off-road parking spot is a big deal in crowded Seattle. This cottage is a perfect spot for one or two people. The neighborhood is very quiet but you can hear airplanes flying over. I have sensitive hearing that keeps me awake so I always travel with wax air plugs this did the trick....we will stay here again

    Caroline2020-02-07T00:00:00Z
  • Erik’s place is in a wonderful neighborhood. His cottage is very thoughtfully decorated and had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Sleepless in Seattle? Not on this adorable houseboat right smack in the middle of all that Seattle has to offer. For adventurers who are looking for more of an experience than just a place to sleep, take this opportunity to have a classic Seattle houseboat all to yourself. This Westlake location is ideal for people who want to explore the city and cool neighborhoods nearby or for locals who just want a little getaway without the long drive.
This houseboat may be little, but it is oozing with charm and comfortably laid out. Big windows and bright spaces make it feel homey and quaint, a writer's and reader’s paradise! Or kick back, go retro and watch a good old fashioned DVD on the wall-mounted screen. In good weather, enjoy "The Nest" on top of the boat. It offers views of the Space Needle and Lake Union. Umbrellas and furniture make outdoor seating down below pleasant and protected during the rain! Enjoy the friendly neighbors you'll encounter on the dock. It's a real boat that's been adapted to a house so be prepared for living that is "boat sized" which means tiny but very clean boat bathroom and shower, narrow passageway and a unique bed that is technically a queen, but sleeps more like a full. Let the gentle rocking of the water lull you to sleep and remind you that you are on one of Seattle's coveted houseboats!
Westlake is uber-convenient to downtown Seattle, South Lake Union (Amazon and also some museums, boat tours, etc) the amazing Fremont arts district, and classic lovely Queen Anne Hill. See the notebook onboard for our suggestions in the area, or call!
  • Sugar Shack was a perfect getaway for me - a single woman. It was a cozy, comfortable and unique little boat. Everything I needed to cook for myself and stay in was there. Music, radio and DVDs are provided for entertainment. And I loved being right on a bike and walking path along the lake for afternoon exercise. It was very easy to get downtown if you'd like to sightsee.

    Colene2020-03-06T00:00:00Z
  • Super cool and unique spot to stay. Everything is labeled which was very convenient. Enjoyed the viewing deck up top in the mornings or before settling down at night and the bed had a lot more room then expected. Would absolutely recommend this place to anyone, great hosts as well. Was quite the adventure and if were ever back in town we’d gladly stay again!

    Ricky2020-03-01T00:00:00Z
  • Staying on the water may not be for everyone, but this little boat is adorable.

    Stuart2020-02-26T00:00:00Z
  • A truly delightful experience from beginning to end. Can’t recommend enough!

    Graham2020-02-24T00:00:00Z
  • I highly recommend this stay. The boat was incredibly clean with lots of information available throughout. For me, the best part is the location of the boat. We decided to not rent a car due to the proximity of the boat to the downtown area. We were able to wake up, drink a cup of coffee, grab breakfast and be a Pike Place Market all within just a couple of miles. The bed the is incredibly comfortable as well, so waking up and actually getting up was a bit difficult haha. The shower was a bit small but hey, it's a boat. It's all part of the adventure. Thank you Gretchen once again for the incredible accommodations.

    Jeremy2020-02-24T00:00:00Z
  • Beautiful place, clean and had everything we needed. Uber to pikes place about $9 which was a great price. Spent the weekend relaxing and definitely would stay again!

    Alexa2020-02-17T00:00:00Z
  • There are a few houseboats you can rent in this area, but Gretchen's is particularly charming. The Sugar Shack has been beautifully maintained since 1946-- so don't expect a modern fiberglass yacht, this mostly wooden boat is worn to a smooth shine by years of use, kind of a hobit house of a boat. While it was very cold out, we were so comfy sleeping there and listening to the rain. My boyfriend who loves camping sleepily pointed out: it's like sleeping in a tent but with a bed and you don't have to fold it up wet. It really is a home away from home, complete with all the things you hope an AirBNB will have but often doesn't. A variety of tea and coffee (french press and pot), snacks in the fridge, extra towels, DVDs, lamps in all the right spots, individual curtains on each perfect bedroom window, and wonderful labels to help you sort yourself out. Gretchen was able to answer all our questions and accommodate our last minute booking. She graciously allowed us a late check out-- I wish we could have stayed a few more nights.

    Laura2020-02-05T00:00:00Z
  • Gretchen was very helpful, the tips she provided in the binder were great and the house boat offered a very unique and comfortable experience.

  • This space is adorable and unique. The hot tub was fun and the space was very cozy.

  • If you're going to Seattle and this place is available, book it fast! Great location, clean, comes with all the amenities you'd need and Regina and Rhys are wonderful host, providing tips on local places to check out. They didn't hesitate to make sure I had everything I needed and that my stay was excellent. 10/10...would recommend! Overall excellent value!

  • Beautiful, cozy, perfect location for our stay.

    Jamie2020-02-27T00:00:00Z
  • The Urban cabin was perfect. Cozy, charming with use of hot tub and yoga studio. Quiet, walkable neighbourhood with plenty of on street parking. Regina’s suggestions for things to do locally were great!! Irwin’s bakery was an awesome gathering place just a short walk from the cabin. 45th St offered lots of dining choices. Our very favourite was the Urban Saloon. Good pub food and bartender Aaron was a wealth of tourist, brewery and sushi information. Thanks Regina. We would happily stay with you again.

    Vicki2020-02-26T00:00:00Z

Our Little House is easy walking distance from some of Seattle's best coffee, restaurants, markets and retail stores. The house, formerly a garage, was completely renovated in 2013. It sits behind our main house and includes shared access to a courtyard, outdoor seating and a BBQ grill.
When Benjamin was 9, he vacationed with his family in a loft style cabin. His love of lofts grew from there. Originally built as a guest house for family and friends and used as an occasional home office, we decided to open it up to travelers who want to visit Seattle and in particular our community of Ballard. The house is 363 square feet and contains a sleeping loft accessed by a ship style ladder. Guests access the house through a separate gate at the end of our driveway, which opens into the courtyard. The house is quiet and comfortable complete with a kitchen, small fridge, living area and bathroom. The queen sized bed is new as of September 2016.
Ballard is a popular Seattle neighborhood with a rich Scandinavian heritage and history as a "sleepy fishing village." Ballard isn't sleepy anymore. Our neighborhood is hopping with retail, nightlife and great restaurants. Independent shops including two record and CD stores, an independent bookstore and many non-chain restaurants and retail stores. We have easy access to the Metro bus just one block away from our place. A 15 - 20 minute ride by car or bus puts you downtown near the WA state ferries, Pike's market, the Space Needle and Seattle Center. Golden Gardens (one of our favs) is two miles away and has a beach including views of the Olympic mountains and the Puget Sound. Our Airbnb guidebook has recommendations for many of our top places. If you are looking for something not covered in the guidebook, let us know and we will do our best to point you in the right direction.
  • Adorable space in a great location! Parking was easy. Great coffee shops near by. Ben and Alyson were very helpful.

  • A beautiful and cozy tiny home. It was perfect for our couple getaway. The location was perfect for all the tourist attractions. Everything was clean and so thought out.

    Anita2020-02-23T00:00:00Z
  • Benjamin and Alyson’s home was the perfect weekend getaway spot. The tiny home was stylish and spacious and the neighborhood was fun and welcoming!

    Chelsea2020-02-17T00:00:00Z
  • Wonderful stay in a great location with an awesome host. You must try the local fresh bakery a couple blocks away - yum

    Kate2020-02-09T00:00:00Z
  • Ben and Alyson are wonderful hosts. Responsive and helpful, they thought of EVERYTHING, so many small details to make visitors feel at home in their space. The little house is GORGEOUS, stylish and immaculately clean. They did a great job covering everything a visitor may want to know in their well organized binder and when we did have a question, they answered right away. When the weather shifted, we found things we might need left for us outside the door. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and look forward to returning.

    Colleen2020-02-07T00:00:00Z
  • What a cool fun space. You climb up a steep stair case / ladder to a lofted bedroom. Fun for a young man like me or a young couple.

    Burke2020-01-31T00:00:00Z
  • Highly recommend! Ballard is unquote and charming area!

    Audra2020-01-27T00:00:00Z
  • I can’t recommend the little house enough! This place is just as lovely, clean, and cozy in real life as it looks in the photos. The bed is very comfortable and sleeps two easily. The sitting area gave us plenty of room to hang out with a friend for a late take-out dinner. The kitchen is small but has all you need. The bathroom is a little bit of an unusual arrangement (and probably best for couples/people who don’t need too much privacy), but it was a great set up and the shower water pressure was great. (Showers are short because it’s a small water heater, but that wasn’t a big deal.) The house itself is super quiet but still in a great location, with a 2 minute walk to good cafes and a 7 minute walk to the heart of Ballard. Most importantly, Ben was a fantastic host. He and his wife lent us an air mattress when we thought we might need one, and they were super easy to communicate with and very responsive and flexible. I’m definitely going to try to stay here again next time I’m in town. Highly recommend!

  • Manuela was very communicative. Loved the style of the decor. Very comfy! In a busy neighborhood, the security locks at the street gate and our apt door felt well thought out. I’d highly recommend.

    Sara2020-02-18T00:00:00Z
  • Thank you Manuela, your Airbnb is fantastic. It is open and airy with cozy spaces to relax and a wonderful user-friendly kitchen. It’s also located in a great location. I was able to walk to and from my workshop in downtown Fremont quickly, and I felt safe returning to the Airbnb in the evenings. Absolutely perfect!

    Carrie2020-02-17T00:00:00Z
  • Manuela's place is steps away from some of the best dinning in Seattle. Not only that but you can easily bus or run on the city trail to go anywhere in town. The unit itself is stylish and clean. I felt at home instantly and loved staying in the cozy unit.

    Katie2020-02-02T00:00:00Z
  • Manuela's home was a nicely decorated, sparkling clean, private place with fine touches. It had everything that we needed and it was the perfect location for us. We had a lovely stay and we would recommend it to anyone who would like to stay in the Fremont area.

  • Comfortable bed, many pillow choices, Roku TV that is fast and easy, many options to make coffee, pour over, press, and drip. Nice dark chocolate bar. The best is the heated floors. The apartment stays at a steady temperature. Lots of thought went into how it's put together.

    Paule2020-01-16T00:00:00Z

Gaze out at an unforgettable view of the Space Needle from the open rooftop of this contemporary studio. This urban getaway is in a historic building, making excellent use of the space, with hardwood flooring, a clawfoot tub, and stylish furniture.
A cute studio with a bedroom nook that fits a queen bed, (bed has high quality pillows and 1200 thread count sheets!). High quality towels provided as well as bath gels, shampoo and conditioner. TiVoli blue tooth stereo and cable tv!
This studio is in the northwest area of Seattle. It is the most vibrant neighborhood in the city and is within walking distance of restaurants and classic local coffee houses.
  • Matthew’s apartment was super charming. Great eye for ambiance and lighting. Quiet, accessible location on the hill. Lovely vintage building. Rooftop access is a nice bonus. Just enough space for two. Parking is pretty impossible, so take public transit and Lyfts. As a resident of Capitol Hill, renting his place for my parents’ visit, I appreciated Matthew’s ability to make the space feel like it does to live in this neighborhood. Thank you!

    Linda2020-03-14T00:00:00Z
  • This apartment is centrally located, easy to access and comfortable. I really appreciated the parking pass that was provided by the host.

  • Had a great stay, would go again!

    Brendan2020-01-09T00:00:00Z
  • It was clean, comfortable, and centrally located, in a beautiful historic building. Highly recommend to others!

    Lisa2020-01-08T00:00:00Z
  • Matthew’s place is in a prime location in Capitol Hill. I loved how close it was to walk everywhere. While my stay was great and nothing was misrepresented, I did not realized how old the apartment was. It gets very cold and we were not able to heat the unit up the first night because of how dated the central heat is. We even used the space heater in the closet and it was still very cold until we had heat on for about 12 hours straight. The bathroom is also very small and very dated which made it a little uncomfortable. Overall it is a great place and could not be in a better location, but if you’re looking for a modern and comfortable place for short stays you may want to find something that has been updated. The roof deck has some truly unbeatable views though!

Jicama has a more modern, spacious, comfortable style mixed with the curiosities unique of all houseboats. She is your home on the water. She is moored in beautiful South Lake Union with a killer vistas of the lake and downtown Seattle. Accommodates six for larger groups or families to enjoy kayaking the lake and checking out the float planes as they buzz on by. See my other Root Vegetable houseboats for rent in my profile. Ginger, Turnip, Carrot, Radish, and Jicama.
COVID19: We fully and thoroughly sterilize between every guest with bleach and sterilizing wipes on surfaces throughout the boat so please rest assured. Also, we, myself and the cleaning crew, have been hard hit by all the COVID cancellations and have dropped our prices significantly already to try and stay afloat, figuritively speaking. ;) As such, we really appreciate your business! Renting for Summer!! :) This houseboat is comfortable place with all you will need - for the adventurous and open eyed. See section "Other things of Note" to ensure you are fully on board with this experience. If you are, I am thrilled to have you stay on my boat. I love her and put a lot of care into owning her well. Full kitchen, living space with sleeper sofa and table, bathroom with hot shower and functioning toilet, wall heaters for cozy nights, 2 double size beds, and a double blow-up sleeper sofa. Comfortably accommodates 6 people. As for living on a boat, there is little like it, and I suggest you try it out. You might be looking at some shwanky pad as well, and that would be great, but this is a cool experience, a piece of Seattle history you should wear for a few days when you can. It's an opportunity to be around the mayhem that is water life during the day, and the peace and tranquility that floating can be at night. - 2 double loft beds - 1 full size blow-up sleeper sofa - Sleeps 6 on the above furniture pieces - 6 total overnight guests allowed - Full kitchen (refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, coffee maker, kitchen essentials) - Heated (3 wall heaters) - Full bathroom (shower, toilet, sink) - Wireless Internet (can be spotty fyi) - Kid Friendly - Indoor and outdoor breakfast/eating nook - Deck and roof lounge area - Propane BBQ - Parking out front the marina office building at a cost of $1 per hour. Weekdays, it is free before 9 am and after 4 pm. Weekends are free as well. Note: due to guest parking passes being taken by guests repeatedly, they are no longer available. - (2) kayaks - first come, first serve. No reservations.
  • Juggling your options? Not sure which AirBnB to chose? This one... this is the one you should chose if you are staying in or near Fort Bragg, CA. What a lovely experience. This darling little cabin nestled right next to the ocean is a secret gem that you simply must experience. It's a tiny cabin, two people max. The living quarters / sleeping quarters are shared. Great little TV with plenty of options. Wardrobe available to hang clothing items if you need. The bed is tall and extremely comfortable. No need for an A/C, open a window if you're warm, the climate is perfect! Tiny furnace will quickly make it toasty. The owner was very kind to leave a bottle of wine behind and all the necessities you may need (soap / lotion / wine opener / glasses / mugs / coffee / etc). It was clean, everything was in working order. As the moonless nights are very dark, it was nice to have adequate outside lighting to find your way to the cabin. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would hope to be invited back again, should we ever venture back through Fort Bragg. THank you, Michael!

  • This is a super fun experience worth trying! Please note all details in the listing. You are sleeping on a boat not the Ritz, which means it rocks, can be cold, etc. But you are SLEEPING ON A BOAT, which is super cool! ⛵😎 Pro tip: put one of the electric heaters on floor outside the bathroom at night to heat the upstairs.

Convenient access to PCC (groceries) and dozens of restaurants and bars all within a few blocks. For the full Guidebook with categories of local attractions including addresses visit; https://www.airbnb.com/rooms/20137424/Guidebook
The house was built in 1900 and has been in my family for almost 60 years. It has a beautiful light-filled bay window that overlooks the street and gets great afternoon sunshine. The front porch has been expanded to allow groups of 4-5 people to sit and enjoy interacting with the active neighborhood street. Within 2-3 blocks of the house the neighborhood has an extensive collection of art, bars, coffee shops, restaurants, music venues, grocery store, and an elementary school with newly remodeled playground, and Theo Chocolate Factory offers delicious tours daily. Greenlake is an easy mile and a half walk away - just walk to the Woodland park zoo (1 mile) then across upper Woodland Park to the lake.
Two of the more popular attractions in the neighborhood are the large statue of Lenin and the Troll Sculpture. Both of which are within about 3 blocks of the house. Like the rest of Seattle I really enjoy morning coffee at one of the local coffee shops. Cafe Ladro is my favorite, but Fremont Coffee has a great homey feel and you can always find Starbucks, but Milstead is a wonderful local alternative. In the evening I enjoy happy hours at Fremont Brewery, Shawn O’Donnells, Norm’s (dog friendly) or the Red Door. If I’m in the mood for live music The High Dive and Nectar have a great selection of bands playing nightly.
  • Perfect location for a family, walking distance to bars/restaurants. Close enough to gas works park for the lil ones. 10/10

  • Check in and check out was easy, and the house was clean and in a great location!

  • Jim's place was perfect for our family. It was comfortable and close to everything! We had fun playing games and watching TV. Jim provided a very extensive guide of different places to see and things to do in the area. We will most definitely come back!

  • This place was fantastic. I could not have asked for a better location. My co-worker and I stayed here for a few days. My favorite things: - Within easy walking distance to the PCC Fremont Co-op. We walked there get groceries and food from the hot bar when we weren't going to restaurants. If you want restaurants there are SO many within walking distance. - Close to the Burke-Gilman greenway. We went for a run there every day. - COFFEE was provided! This is so important to an addict like me. - I don't usually watch TV on vacation, but we had a long rainy day and it was such a pleasure to relax and watch Netflix on the couch with MAGIC RECLINING BUTTONS!!! So great. - I also appreciated that there was a place for compost and recycling. Yay! - It was generally a quiet and comfortable spot. Perfect for what we needed. Thanks again!!

  • Jim was an excellent host. His responses to questions were prompt, kind, and accommodating. His home is exactly as described: beautiful, clean, convenient. Thanks so much Jim! We would definitely stay here again.

    Ashley2020-02-03T00:00:00Z
  • The house is awesome. Jim is great. Stocked with everything we needed. Clean. Easy check-in.

    Ray2020-01-29T00:00:00Z
  • Whether you are traveling for business or pleasure Jim’s place is perfect! The location allows you to relax and not have to drive anywhere when you want to get food, drink, coffee, enjoy shopping, or meeting up with friends. It truly is a sweet treasure of a place in Fremont. Jim puts a lot of extra touches from the quality of towels, to even the grade of toilet paper. The little things matter and this place has all the best little touches. Thank you Jim!

    Eric2020-01-24T00:00:00Z
  • Nice place located in the Fremont area. Love checking out all the shops in the area.

Hello! Our house is a couple blocks off broadway in the northern section of the Capitol Hill neighborhood. We are a mix of locals, folks new to the area and travelers This is a great place for guests on a budget who enjoy sharing common space with locals and other travelers. This is also a great option to anyone just moving to the area.
Hello! Our house is a couple blocks off broadway in the northern section of the Capitol Hill neighborhood. The room is one of five bedrooms in our house. You will be staying with roommates and other airbnb guests. We have a cozy kitchen, bathroom and living room with lots of light! You can do laundry downstairs ($1 wash / $1 dry), and hang out in our lovely living room. Our house is the tall, dark and handsome type, height / weight proportionate, with a red brick exterior (if you're into that sort of thing). Good to know we are an older home, not a hotel so the aesthetics come with the territory. We're two blocks from Broadway, with a stupid amount of cool shit and buses within walking distance. You can get to the Pike/Pine nightlife in a short 10-minute walk. Broadway has transformed from its grungy gutter-punk needles-and-heroin 90s roots. Maklemore filmed a music video here last night. Sir Mix-A-Lot wrote "My Posse's on Broadway" about it. Pearl Jam came up with their name at B&O Espresso just down the block (RIP B&O – now moved to Ballard). We also live right by the library, and we've even been there a few times. The room can hold one person. The room is a converted attic so its ceilings are slopped on the sides of the room. For folks over 6 ft this may feel like a squeeze. The room has closet space, desk and chair, lamps, 4 bath towels, bedding provided, shelving and drawer space, french press, hot water pot, tea and coffee, iron and ironing board, TV with basic cable and locked 2 drawer file cabinet provided. The locked 2 drawer cabinet key will be on top of the file cabinet upon guest room check in. Guests should return the key to on top of the file cabinet when they check out from the room. The room door has a lockable deadbolt on it so guests can lock their room when in or leaving the room. The wifi signal is weak in this room so we have an ethernet cord that runs to the room. Guests in this room are welcome to use our living room anytime of the day where the wifi signal is strong. We supply a fan and air purifier in the room that also act as background noise. We find that in a house with several people these can be helpful tools to minimizing noise disturbances. We also provide ear plugs in this room. The room is on our third floor which is a converted attic. The third floor has leah's room, a shared space where an airbnb guest may stay and this room. As we only have one bathroom we limit the overall number of guests in the house to 5 at one time. Due to this we limit the guests in this room to one guest. The 2nd floor contains all of our common spaces. Guests are welcome to use all common spaces in our house. We ask that guests not enter private spaces or any door that is unlabeled. The bathroom is labeled and the kitchen and living room have open door ways. The laundry room is in the basement. Directions will be provided in the house manual after finalizing booking. Be aware that our house is older, and feels very lived-in. The paint and furniture have blemishes, our carpets have stains that won't quit and our tile floor looks like it needs a mopping even after a vigorous cleaning. Our building has some elements that disrupt wifi signal (brick etc) so the signal can be weak in certain areas of the house. The living room has great signal and is available to all guests any time of day. We deep clean the house a couple times a week and do daily light cleaning. While our house shows it age, it will always be cleaned up and ready for guests! We appreciate our house for the location and the people. Our neighborhood can be challenging to park in and only street parking is available. You'll be staying with two of us and a few other airbnb guests: Leah: Leah has lived in the house since 2011 Leah is a Midwest transplant who grew up in Michigan and spent a few years in Chicago before relocating to Seattle. Living with Leah is like summer camp. Her favorite moments in life are (1) when the power goes out (camping time!), (2) summer barbecues, and (3) when everyone wants to have a dance party. She's really good at people. Leah has several part time jobs that range from working as an ABA therapy assistant (therapy for youth with Autism), staff in a young adult shelter, Residential Advisor for High School International students in a dorm setting and driving with Lyft. Leah likes to keep busy and is often out of the house. You are most likely to see her around if you are at the house during late morning/early afternoon or get a ride from her! Andrew: Andrew has lived in the house since 2017. Andrew is originally from florida and loves cooking with butter, playing D&D, world building for games, history, science and spicy snacks. Andrew is pursuing a career in nursing and currently works with international high school students in a dorm setting.
  • Great place to stay, super convenient location and good price. Leah is quick to respond and handle any issues that may arise.

    Jason2019-12-22T00:00:00Z
  • I stayed in the upper floor bedroom for almost 2 months while finishing grad school. I think Capitol Hill is one of the best neighborhoods in Seattle, so I was very excited to find this place at such a great price. It was such a luxury to be within walking distance of so many great restaurants, coffee shops, the light rail, and downtown. The house is older, like many of the Craftsmen style homes in the area, and is shared with other Air BNB guests. The hosts did a great job of regularly cleaning the shared areas, and have posted fun signage throughout the house to help keep things orderly. The hosts were also very communicative and even checked in on me when the weather started heating up. The room is located at the very top of the staircase (good exercise!) and came with a comfortable bed, two-seater couch, desk, extra blankets and towels, an air purifier, and a fan. The space was very functional and I was pleasantly surprised to find it had a partial view of downtown. I recommend this place to anyone needing a friendly, long-term place to stay in Seattle, and who doesn't mind shared spaces and meeting new people.

    Alyssa2019-06-07T00:00:00Z
  • The space is exactly as advertised and very lovely. It was close enough to the light rail to get to the airport and very convenient. Check in was a breeze too. I arrived earlier than check in time but I could place my baggage in the shared space till I got back to check in. I would stay here again. Highly recommend. And everything was very clean too. From the bathroom to the room itself.

    Melissa2019-01-16T00:00:00Z
  • This place is good

    성욱2019-01-13T00:00:00Z
  • Great place in a convenient location. I didn't get a chance to meet Leah or Andrew but can tell from their bookshelf that they must be cool :). The place was really well put together and everything was easy and convenient. I was up in the loft, which I love, but creaky floors might bother some. Definitely recommended!

    Wilfred2019-01-11T00:00:00Z
  • The room and house are very nice and clean. But you have to pay extra for a key to lock your room when your leaving. Therefore you need to have paypol or venmo. I think a key has to be included due to the fact that the owner is not living there and 4 rooms are rented by different people not knowing each other.

    Moritz2018-12-31T00:00:00Z
  • Like a simple room in a nice house, well stocked with all the things.

    Andrew2018-12-20T00:00:00Z
  • Lovely stay here and great value. Has everything one would need (kitchen access, cozy clean sleep space). Shating one bathroom was not an issue despite multiple guests. Walked most everywhere. Very easy access to/from airport via Link train. My experience here was just as I expected--very good! Andrew and Leah do a wonderful job of providing clear instructions for check-in, check out, and use of shared space. This is good because I did not me them in person, though Leah was very responsive via Airbnb messaging. Would absolutely stay here again 👍

This adorable mid-century home has recently been turned into a permaculture garden and artists’ sanctuary. Currently residing here is a painter/landscape designer, an ink illustrator, and an architect. Located in the lush Montlake neighborhood, the house is only two blocks from the Washington Park Arboretum, and just Northeast of Capitol Hill. It's just close enough to be near the epicenter of culture in Seattle, and just far enough away from it all for some peace and quiet.
Your room is a unique creation of the ecological artists here at the Arboretum House. With sustainability in mind, we designed the retrofit walls of this new room of the house using only recycled wood, sand, clay, bamboo, and straw. It is a display of the wonderful warmth that building with natural materials creates and we hope it inspires you to embrace more sustainable practices in your life. You are equally welcome to keep to yourself as you are to mingle with the friendly housemates you will be sharing common areas with. The resident artists of the Arboretum House are dedicated to nurturing an inspiring and creative atmosphere, so that means we like to keep things neat, artistic, and flowy. We will be hosting occasional low-key art shows, acoustic music shows or other creative events about once a month, and we invite you to enjoy this community aspect, whether you are an artist or not.

  • Grateful for Beth’s hospitality. It made my weekend seminar experience smooth and restful with the convenience of Beth’s location in Columbia City.

  • this place was so lovely and hospitable! Colombia City is one of my favorite parts of Seattle, and I'd definitely recommend a stay at this lovely, friendly place.

  • We had a lovely stay at Beth's place. The private ensuite room was spacious and comfortable, and everything was spotless. Beth was very attentive, she took good care of us!

    Elisenda2018-09-15T00:00:00Z
  • My daughter and her friend stayed at Beth's one night and reported that she was friendly, easy to communicate with and that the room was clean and cute. They were in town for a concert and literally were just at Beth's long enough to sleep.

    Laura2018-09-14T00:00:00Z
  • Very convenient transport to the downtown area. The room was clean and comfortable, as were the common areas.

    TimandSharyn2018-09-13T00:00:00Z
  • Beth was an amazing host. It is unfortunate we didn’t get to meet but Dede welcomed us and made sure we were comfortable. Our stay was great, the only thing we struggled with was the shower because we couldn’t figure out how to get it hot, but with a little playing around we figured it out! Other than that everything was awesome and we’d love to stay again!

    Surbhi2018-09-11T00:00:00Z
  • Great value for a comfortable nights sleep. Location was accessible and felt safe.

    Kristin2018-08-13T00:00:00Z
  • My daughter and I stayed one night at the Ethiopian Airbnb, hosted by the owner, Beth. The home is a very inviting and comfortable space. The room was cozy, the bed comfortable, and we each slept peacefully, feeling very safe and secure. Unfortunately we arrived late due to many delays along the way, so at the time Beth was out for the evening. Though when I called her to request the code to get into the house she responded right away. This morning I had the opportunity to have a wonderful conversation with Beth, she is a lovely woman, warm and open, easy to talk to. If ever we are back in the Seattle area, and in need of a space to land, I will most definitely check to see if she has space.

Welcome! This listing is for a cozy bed nook with privacy partition. This nook is ideal for the budget traveler looking for a place to sleep. The house has two roommates and other Airbnb guests.

The guest space is sectioned off by a curtain and room dividers so there is visual privacy. The room has a storage shelf, place to hang jackets/towels, full sized bed, ear plugs, umbrella, bedding and towels provided, shower caddy, locked 2 drawer file cabinet (to store small valuables). The house manual has very thorough information about the house as well as roommate recommendations of what to do in the are. The 3rd floor also has two private rooms. The other side of this nook's curtain is the stairs down to the 2nd floor and the doors to the two private rooms. The guest who stays in the cozy nook space should be okay with hearing noise of people walking past and doors opening/closing. The guest space also has a fan and for the summer months an AC unit. Our strategy of sharing a house with other people is to use fan's, air purifiers and ear plugs to prevent any noise disturbances between guests/roommates. Guests are welcome to use all common areas in the house (kitchen, living room, bathroom). The living room has a table available for guest use for eating or doing work. As we have multiple listings in this house as well as roommates and one bathroom we limit the overall number of guests in the house to 5 at one time. • It was my second time to stay at this place. Leah is such a great host and is always making guests comfortable during the stay. Bednook was my first time experience, but it’s private and enough space for myself.

    Mami2019-10-12T00:00:00Z
  • I stayed in the "nook," which ended up being a bit roomier than I anticipated, and was a great value considering the location. If you don't have too much stuff with you, and want to live a few feet from Capitol Hill (the most fun neighborhood in the city, imo), I'd stay here! It's a bit like a dorm in that you'll be sharing the kitchen, bathroom, and lounge with others, and there are the occasional cleanliness issues and bathroom wait times you'd imagine, but if you're willing to put up with those it's a real steal. The room, kitchen, bathroom, etc. are very well-stocked, and the host is very easy to communicate with via text. Within 2 blocks are a library, gym, large grocery store, bank, and various restaraunts and retail outlets. Great place to spend my summer in Seattle as a temporary intern!

    Brian2019-09-08T00:00:00Z
  • Great place in an awesome location! It's close to a grocery store and all the fun places in Capitol Hill, yet the house itself is very quiet. Leah and Andrew are very thoughtful, responsive hosts. I could tell they've put a lot of thought into setting the place up to be convenient for long-term guests. The bed nook was cozy and had everything I needed for a month long stay (towels, iron + ironing board, shelf space, etc.). The apartment has great common areas and kitchen (lots of shelf space, cookware, shared spices and staples like pasta, rice, flour, etc.). Thanks for a great stay!

    Maya2019-06-15T00:00:00Z
  • Great space!!! Very safe neighborhood!!! I walked every where!!! Super cozy!!! Great host!!!

    Jan2019-01-26T00:00:00Z
  • This is so awesomely located. Easy walking distance to so many shops and restaurants, as well as Starbucks, Goodwill, nearby laundromats, everything. Hosts provide some food even. Nice. No problem accessing bathroom or shower around other guests and LOTS AND LOTS OF TOWELS AND PILLOWS!

    Jennifer2019-01-22T00:00:00Z
  • Staying with Leah was excellent. The nook is very cozy and the entire building is decked out in amenities I didn’t even think to expect. I packed very light to accommodate my airline, so Leah saved the day with coat hangers, extra towels, soaps and lotions, and even free pasta and pancake mix. If you are sensitive to noise or light the nook can be a bit loud at times (depending how your neighbor is, my only issue was that they needed to unlock their door a few times once I’d gone to bed,) but Leah does provide a screen wall and ear plugs, so it turned out to be no problem. Overall I had a wonderful stay and I would definitely stay here again!

    Kelly2019-01-19T00:00:00Z
  • Personality is different for every person It is place which made small space on the third floor in bedroom It was wider than thought. People in other rooms were also quiet, so I did not have any loud noises.

  • Karen and Pete are very nice and hospitable. We felt welcomed during our stay. The place is much more spacious than pictured! It had everything we needed for our 5D/4N stay. Pete went out to get us a new kettle to use when the one in the room didn't work! 👍 We utilized the kitchenette during our stay and it was very useful. The shower was great; hot water within seconds. The location is perfect for traveling in/around Bellevue, Redmond, and pretty much everywhere else.

  • Karen & Pete, thanks for making our very first Airbnb experience a memorable one. We would love to come back and visit on an actual vacation, instead of a funeral. We really enjoyed tasting Pete's beer, the yummy coffee and comfy beds. Thanks for your excellent hospitality!

Quiet neighborhood. Mostly houses, but there's a couple restaurants and a coffee shop just a block away.
  • Amazing place at an amazing price!

  • Robert's place is close to the airport and rental car center, this was very convenient. There is a Safeway and a PCC within 5 miles of his place. Moo I was able to workout at the indoor pool, Rainer Beach, about 7 minutes away. The rail line is 5 minutes away as well so if you are going to Westlake Center or Pike Place Market you do not have to drive and then look for parking downtown. Having a dedicated parking space in front of his place was great as well. Robert was very helpful and responded quickly to questions, within minutes. Overall it suited my needs!

This is a brand new, private studio with a bathroom, full kitchen, living space with a queen size pull out sofa and a queen bed. My place is a short 5 minute walk to the Othello Light Rail Station, and from there you'll have easy access to all of Seattle without the hassle of parking or the cost of a car rental. You’ll love it here because it's comfortable and close to everything. My place is good for couples, a family with small children, and good friends who don't mind sharing close quarters.
This private basement studio has a separate entrance from the main home. There's plenty of light and it stays nice and cool in the summertime. The studio is brand new and comes with everything you need for a comfortable stay.
The house is in a quiet residential neighborhood with easy access to light rail. Be sure to check out the locally owned restaurants and shops in this ethnically diverse neighborhood. You're also one light rail stop away from the Columbia City neighborhood with charming restaurants, a natural food grocery store, and independent movie theater.
  • Very nice studio.

  • This is a great place if you plan on commuting to get to Seattle on local tram system like we did. We stayed here during our visit for a couple of days and managed to get around easily without a vehicle. Definitely various shops that are walking distance from here. Everything we needed during our stay was available for our cooking needs. We didn’t have any issues with the rules that were very straightforward. Definitely felt cozy and we had no problem feeling like home. We did get a little cold at night but we managed. Obviously that will vary depending on the time of year during your visit. We did not see the host but they were very quick to respond when we would communicate. Ian and Jen were super helpful with suggestions/information when we reached out. I enjoyed my stay and recommend for anyone planning a trip in the Seattle area.

  • We had a really great time staying here. Location was perfect for being a stones throw from pikes place and everything else. Easy access, cozy space and great times. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a quick, easy spot to stay at right by where it’s all happening!

    Mitch2020-03-09T00:00:00Z
  • Chris' place is all about location! Steps away from both the waterfront and Pike Place Market, we couldn't have asked for a better spot to be in for a quick one-day stopover. The only things that weren't 100% were that the space is a small studio best suited for 2 people and that the check-in/out process was a bit odd compared to other places I've stayed at. But honestly, if you're in a bustling town like Seattle, chances are you don't want to be holed up in your apartment anyway and being steps from some of the city's top hotspots was everything we needed. Would highly recommend if your top priority in Seattle is sightseeing! Chris was also very communicative and that was very much appreciated given our last-minute booking and quick turnaround.

  • Ryan and Dustin were wonderful hosts. Their place was spotless and extremely comfortable. They both were very personable and friendly, but still give me my space and privacy. The bathroom was extremely clean (dirty bathrooms are my pet peeve) and it was right next to my room. The area is about 15mins outside of downtown Seattle and the lightrail stop is a block away from their place. If you have a car, there is ample parking and if you rideshare its about $12 to the city. I would definitely book with them again if I'm in the Seattle area.

    Jarod2020-02-24T00:00:00Z
  • I loved staying here, even though it was brief Ryan and Dustins home is very welcoming just like them. I highly recommend.

  • Very clean and well-maintained house. Great amenities and Ryan was very nice and hospitable. It is about 20 mins from airport by light rails and very easy to get to downtown Seattle too. We had a pleasant stay!

    Chia-Li2020-02-10T00:00:00Z
  • Their home is beautiful with both thoughtful and matching decor to make it special. The room was perfect for what I needed in a one night stay with a comfortable bed and a mounted TV you’re able to swivel out for a better view. Alexa is also available to control your lights, access music, etc, which I thought was pretty neat. The hosts were wonderful and made sure I had everything I needed. One thing I could mention is because the home was meticulously cared for, I felt like I had to be extra careful to do the same (eg. by carrying my luggage to my room instead of rolling it or ensuring my wet shoes never touched their floors), but overall was a great and comfortable place to stay!

    William2020-02-07T00:00:00Z
  • This place was great! So close to the light rail and Ryan is partner were super helpful with suggestions for exploring the city. The place is close to the heart of the Greenwood neighborhood with a number of breweries and bars, grocery stores, and cafes all within walking distance. Located near 8th Ave NW, it's a straight shot to into Fremont and Ballard, 10 minutes by car and 20 minutes by bicycle. Bus line 28 goes directly downtown and stops less than a block away; it takes about 30 minutes to get downtown by bus.
The basement mother-in-law studio is clean with wood floors. There is a small, simply outfitted kitchen with a fridge, freezer, stove, oven, and toaster. There is no dishwasher so dishes must be washed by hand. The large closet easily accommodates hung clothing and a dresser to unpack into. The house, above on the first floor, is lived in by the host. The studio access is through the backdoor into a shared laundry room and storage space in the basement. The entry way into the studio itself is a separate door and key, and check-in is available 24 hours. This house is in the Greenwood neighborhood, located with access to other sights in Seattle: Pike Place Market: 6.7 miles Space Needle: 6.4 miles Capitol Hill: 6.7 miles Golden Gardens: 1.8 miles Greenlake Park: 2 miles Carkeek Park: 2 miles Fremont: 3.2 miles University of Washington: 4.3 miles Washington State Convention Center: 7.2 miles Ballard: 2.5 miles You'll have access to the laundry machine and dryer 24/7. Wifi is accessible everywhere, including the back yard. There is a briquette charcoal BBQ available for use in the summer. Feel free to make use of the backyard and front yard patio. Chairs, tables, and the BBQ may be stowed away seasonally but are always available upon request. Your apartment is equipped with coffee and various teas. I enjoy sharing knowledge of Greenwood and Seattle. Don't hesitate to ask Tyler or Kristin about the area because we hope to make your stay memorable and unique. If you have down time, we can be found at local watering holes or events (or just chilling on our porch), don't hesitate to see what's up!
The place is close to the heart of the Greenwood neighborhood with bars, restaurants, and every day amenities such as grocery stores and a post office within walking distance. The beer connoisseur would find this neighborhood especially fun because of Naked City Brewery, Chuck's Hop Shop, Flying Bicycle Co-op Brewery, Lantern Brewing, and many other in neighboring Ballard. Located near 8th Ave NW, it's a straight shot to into Fremont and Ballard, 10 minutes by car and 20 minutes by bicycle. There are many great parks within 2 miles, including urban lakes and saltwater shorelines. Although we don't allow smoking in the apartment, you are welcome to smoke outside as long as debris and butts are cleaned up. We are 2 blocks from Have a Heart pot shop.
  • I felt right at home in this little studio. Cozy and private with a nice little kitchen space and comfortable bed. The only negative I would note is that noise does come through the ceiling from upstairs at times, also be sure and read the details about the ceiling heights-I am only 5'5" so it was fine for me but the shower/bathroom ceiling especially is very low! Beware if you are tall or claustrophobic. Personally I love this neighborhood and the space worked very well for me, I would stay here again for sure!

    Zakiah2020-02-29T00:00:00Z
  • Tyler was a wonderful host! We did not see him much but he actively messaged back when we needed help or clarification with anything. Can't beat the price for what you get either. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to travel on a budget while still feeling right at home!

  • My boyfriend and I had a really great time here, the kitchen was definitely really nice to have. Really nice location, just a couple blocks from Fred Meyer and a couple buses from everywhere we wanted to go during our stay. Great host, communicative and informative but still gave us plenty of space and privacy.

    Alejandra2020-02-03T00:00:00Z
  • Really great spot! I stayed for a month and I had everything I needed. Very close to bus stops and grocery store, Tyler is very helpful and I had complete privacy. One can hear occasional sounds from upstairs but it isn’t really a problem.

    Isobel2020-01-31T00:00:00Z
  • Very quaint and cozy! This den is located in close proximity to all of the best spots in Seattle. There’s so much to do in Fremont as well as the downtown area and everything is 25 mins at most! During my stay we only had a few days of sunlight to really appreciate the locale but I can just imagine how beautiful this neighborhood is on a nice day in Spring. The hose was very responsive and accommodating to any needs and we always felt safe and at home during our stay here. The kitchenette space was perfect for late nights to cook a good dinner or snack after a hard day spent out in the rain and we were always warm in this spot. I would stay here again in a heartbeat just because of how much value is in this space’s location, amenities and hospitality. Thanks again!!!

  • This is a apartment style stay with the city of Seattle nearby. You will not be disappointed with your time here

    Ray2020-02-08T00:00:00Z
  • My husband and I are in our 50's and 60's, and this was our very first Airbnb experience. Let me first say, that Charly and Linnea are top-notch, first-class hosts and people! The location of this Airbnb is right next to a neighborhood bar (and Hawaiian restaurant) with the parking lot right on the other side. I am a light sleeper, and I usually need earplugs (primarily for hubby's snoring). So, I was a little concerned about the possibility of late-night bar noise and traffic. However, after reading all the other reviews about how quiet it was - I decided to book. The bar noise was non-existent, and indeed it was extremely quiet. Because you are in a basement apartment - there is noise from above, as there would be if you were staying with friends or family. But, this noise is infrequent and completely acceptable and understandable. The bed was ridiculously comfortable and cozy. I think it was the absolute best solid week of sleep I have ever had while traveling!! Of course, we walked ourselves silly every day - so, falling into a comfortable bed was easy. The bathroom and kitchen had everything we needed - and nothing we didn't! The chocolates and mineral water were lovely touches, as well as the homemade gingerbread cookies (thank you, Linnea)! Throughout the apartment are original carvings from Charly and beautiful collages from Linnea, and this really made the Airbnb unique and homey. Because we stayed in January, we didn't get to experience the fullness of the garden. I would imagine, though, it would be spectacular in the spring and summer. However, the front path to the stairs down was filled with fragrant hedges and rhododendron bushes. Birds abounded everywhere! And we would advise packing some peanuts for the resident squirrel, who might just come right inside the door (if you're not careful!). Next time we come back to visit our former state, I would definitely book here again. For the money, the privacy, the space and the quiet - there is absolutely NO motel/hotel that will ever compare to Charly & Linnea's! (And, yes, I am talking to you frugal but adventurous travelers out there!) Many thanks to you, Charly and Linnea, for making our first experience and excellent one. You have definitely earned the designation Superhost!

    Jill2020-01-26T00:00:00Z
  • This was the perfect choice for my short stay in Seattle. Charly & Linnea’s place is clean, centrally located, and easy to access. I enjoyed the flexibility of self-check in and check-out, and having a quiet space to return to after long days of conferencing. I would highly recommend!

    Stephanie2020-01-12T00:00:00Z

  • A clean and comfortable place to stay. Great location with a casual Hawaiian restaurant next door - perfect for take out or eat in breakfast, lunch or dinner. A coffee shop across the street and not far from supermarkets, drug stores and other essentials. The hosts completely respect the guests' privacy but are easy to communicate with. Easy and convenient off-street parking

Private room east of downtown for members of Subud spiritual community, renters/kindred spirits. Quiet neighborhood, Walk Score 95, drug-free house. (That includes marijuana.) Light drinkers ok. No breakfast provided. Two full baths for four rooms. See our MANY reviews and high marks for cleanliness and prompt communication.
Our rates are about 1/2 to 1/3 of nearby hotels, much more private and quiet and in a great, lively neighborhood a long walk east of downtown Seattle. Located 1.1 miles from downtown and yet in a quiet neighborhood, we're across the street from a park, close to wonderful restaurants and grocery stores. People love our house and its charm and energy. It is a sacred space and not appropriate for partiers.
1st Hill/Capitol Hill. Close to world class hospitals, restaurants and night life.

  • Convenient location, clean and homey/comfortable bedroom! Bathroom is shared but was spotless. I did not have time to enjoy the common areas, but there is a large living room and kitchen area as well that seem nice. One of the hosts even reached out to make sure I was aware of a shooting in the downtown area during my stay, which I really appreciated. Would recommend!

  • New, nice, clean and quiet place, very close to what you need in Belllevue, Kirkland, or Redmond. Others give lower rating due to parking on street, but with more than 7 rooms, you expect. Same amenities as a hotel. ;)

  • Beautiful, sparkling clean place. Looks like it’s a newer home, spacious living, dining and kitchen. Clean rooms, everything as expected. One small warning - One full Bathroom is shared in among multiple bedrooms so depending on no of guests it may get busy. They do have one common half bathroom downstairs. Would definitely stay here again next time.

  • A really great space. Loved the efforts that Rob is making to transform the space. Cute, stylish and clean. The communal bathrooms were clean and not an awkward experience, even showering. Rob mentioned they have plans to remodel those as well. The breakfast-lounge area was very inviting and well stocked. I will definitely be staying here again 😊

  • Fantastic getaway, with lovely amenities and a view that is stunning. Such comfort this little lake cabin.

    Heather2019-11-24T00:00:00Z
  • The cottage is lovely and a great location for an overnight stay for a leisure trip. The bed was very comfortable and the sunrise view was gorgeous. The stairs up and down to the cottage, and the hike up the drive to catch a cab are pretty intense for anyone with joint issues or traveling alone with luggage. The bathroom is really small and fairly dark making it difficult to get ready for work in the morning, which had I not be traveling for work, wouldn't have bothered me. That being said, the location is amazing and the cottage is very well appointed. I would highly recommend it for a single person or couple for a cozy getaway.

    Michelle2019-11-21T00:00:00Z
  • One of the coziest rentals we’ve stayed in. Check-in was easy with the lock pad. Thoughtful touches with plenty of tea, coffee and a few snacks. Spotless and plenty of towels as well. The best part was waking up to the beautiful view each morning. Wonderful stay! Highly recommend!

    Erin & Tony2019-11-09T00:00:00Z
  • Amazing waterfront location. A few more steps than we expected, but the views made up for it! Comfortable bed and the cabin was extremely cozy. A perfect place to get away in the city.

    Sarah2019-10-31T00:00:00Z
  • We were in town to look for a second home. I’d love to keep this hidden gem a secret so that we can return as often as needed! It was hard to find a lakefront rental in Medina, and this was a beautiful option. We loved the heated floors (not common where we are from in hot Southern California). We ate at 2 of the suggested restaurants from their info sheet and loved the food.

Valerie was kind enough to offer numerous insightful tips about local destinations, and her place is near the light rail, so getting around via public transit is easy. I would definitely stay there again!

  • I chose this stay because of the dogs. The two little dachshunds are so sweet and loving, I almost missed dinner because I wanted to stay in and hang out with them. Valerie is just as lovely. She is friendly and perceptive. She goes beyond being a host. She is a friend. 10/10

    Tim2019-12-09T00:00:00Z
  • Dogs can be energetic but Valerie is a tough and loving mom with them. The bedroom was warm and well stocked with beverages and even some oatmeal for breakfast. I watched a movie with Valerie and overall the experience felt like I was staying at the house of a beloved aunt.

  • Perfect place, very nice, clean and a lot more than we expected. It was perfect!

    Megan2020-03-01T00:00:00Z
  • Kelly’s place is fabulous - extremely clean, with all the necessities, great view and luxuriously spacious. The bed was very comfortable, not the “old mattress experience” that you find with some air bnbs. I was traveling for work and I very much enjoyed the office space and adjustable desk. I had high hopes of using the treadmill too. The seating area and living room space is surely a treat, too! And the view....I was sitting at the desk, and a huge eagle flew by the window! What a treat. I was lucky enough to see the distant mountains on a clear day and to experience the coziness of a foggy morning. While I loved the space, my interactions with Hao and Kelly were the best part of my stay. They are extremely kind, and I felt like they genuinely cared about my experience and comfort. I highly recommend staying here - you will not regret it. This will be my first choice to stay when I’m back in the area. Thank you both!

    Samantha2020-02-26T00:00:00Z
