Good location and the condo was modern and very clean. Plenty of amenities in the condo. We visited late in the season and didn't get to enjoy the outdoor patio or pool. Both would be enjoyed during warmer weather. Plenty of things to do in the area and Downtown Lake Geneva is a short drive away. Candace and Vida were very responsive and helpful.

Fantastic price and location! You have your own pool and are walking distance to Lake Geneva, where you can walk/run around the perimeter. Very close to the grocery store (a drive) and walking distance from a very nice coffee shop. Definitely coming back!

Joan's place is great. We stayed there to celebrate the New Year with friend and family. The place was already decorated for the holidays - that was a big plus. However, the space itself is very unique to begin with. The townhouse had plenty of extra bedding/towels and accommodated comfortably 9 people. Kitchen had everything we needed. The surprise was that it had several different kind of stemware. We felt very adulty consuming alcoholic beverages ;)). Check in/check out was a breeze. The host accommodated us with early check in and late check out with no problem. We had a chance to check out the club house which is located near the property (possible to walk in the nicer weather). It has a great library, ping pong table, pool table, air hockey table, as well as a small arcade, along with a very nice size enclosed pool. Overall, our stay was great. Will try to stay there again during the summer.

Joan's place is lovely, set in a beautiful natural gated community. The place offers lots of comfortable space and nice touches. Beds very comfortable. Joan was very quick to respond with any questions we had. Would love to stay again next time we are in the area.

Brick Church Road Guest Suites offered a perfect getaway for my fiance, dog and me. The location was nicely tucked away from any main streets/crowded areas and going in the off season gave us a unique winter wonderland in the gorgeous Lake Geneva area practically all to ourselves (we traveled in January as a winter storm passed over)! The fireplace was a perfect touch, and the property was spacious, well maintained and just generally awesome. The room itself (we stayed in #4) was everything we could've wanted: big enough to comfortably house the 3 of us, impeccably clean, and again - fireplace! I also noticed a nice, large AC unit to keep folks cool during the summer months (when Lake Geneva really gets exciting). Our hosts were so wonderfully responsive - normally within minutes - and very accommodating. On top of that, they went the extra mile to provide us with several recommendations of places to eat/enjoy while in the area. Thanks for the great stay!

A cozy cottage. Perfect for a couples getaway. The king size bed and bedding were very comfortable. The place was clean and updated. Drinks and snacks were in the mini fridge for us to enjoy. The table was great for us to play games, the counter top offered space for us to set things on, and we appreciated the USB outlet. We enjoyed the gas fireplace and our peace and quiet. Thank you!

Tricia's place is the perfect escape from Chicago. We stayed over after spending the day hiking a section of the Ice Age Trail. Then we explored Lake Geneva's wonderful restaurants and brewery. When we checked in, Tricia had thought of everything. Her place was decorated beautifully and she had some board games ready for us to play! Great stay and a great host!

Very nice home and location. Defintely a lot of space and sleeps up the the 12 persons with no problem at all. We had 10 people and there was enough space for sleeping, lounging, and eating and overall gathering. I would say the 6 cars in the driveway is a bit tight, I would state only about 5 cars could fit in the driveway especially if you have a few SUV's. He was easy to communicate with and responded very quickly.

Absolutely amazing location and incredibly helpful host. Tons of space and walkable to the most delicious coffee spot. Also, incredibly close to the lake and everything it offers. We truly enjoyed every second in the house.

This house fit the six adults and some dogs really comfortably. Even though it was smaller than homes we usually rent, there was plenty of room for everyone! Brian was so accessible and amiable!

The house is much bigger on the inside then it looks from the outside! Plenty of room for family or friends to stay with and explore and enjoy the beautiful scenery this area of Wisconsin has to offer!

This house is very well-maintained and nicely appointed. The kitchen is loaded with tools and gadgets to make your stay more comfortable. There is plenty of space to hang out and the location is very easy to get to and access surrounding activities and restaurants. Don’t miss out on the lovely coffee shop close by called Steamers attached to a small grocery store (Green Grocer) to add convenience. Brian is a great host who provided an easy rental process as well as quick responses prior to and during our stay. Our family of 10 people ages 10 - 73 had a great time during our winter stay. Good food and shops close by, tubing at Wilmot and skiing at Alpine were worthwhile. We highly recommend staying at Brian’s.

This space was fully equipped with everything we needed for the weekend. The kitchen was spacious and large dining table was perfect for meals and games with our large group. Would highly recommend this space!

We had a great stay at Christine's townhouse. Great location and Christine was a great help in finding a place to get all the food needed so we could have an early Thanksgiving dinner with the family.

Christine is a great host, who has impeccable attention to details! Her condo was very clean and beautifully decorated. There were 6 of us (all adults) and we never felt cramped. There was ample space for us to enjoy each other's company or retreat to our rooms to unwind from a long day. I felt like it was home away from home and had everything we needed (from the kitchen to the bathrooms!). The location is beautiful and so close to the marina. Check out Coffee Mill, it's a fun coffee shop to visit and hang out with a cup of coffee or hot chocolate if you're not a coffee fan! Just a short drive to downtown Lake Geneva, but away from the busyness of it all. I have been to the area a few times and Fontana is a beautiful location. I would come back to the area and stay at Christine's condo again without a doubt!

This place felt home away from home. Husband and I wanted to get away from the busy life but didn't want it to be too far away. This place was perfect for us. Didn't worry about time at all and was very relaxing. Dakota was quickly responsive and helpful when we needed it, not to mention very friendly. The home was beautifully laid out, you can tell a lot of time and thought went into it. The kitchen was well stocked, the bathroom had everything, considering I forgot my shampoo, conditioner and body wash! We didn’t want to leave. Plus, it is always a bonus to find gracious hosts that allow us to travel with our pups. Dakota even had our skis ready to go for us! I can’t wait to plan another trip to stay here again.

Wow. This place is absolutely lovely. Sprawling and comfortable with an elegant dining room, some great antique furniture and the kind of book collection that makes you want to throw out your cell phone and leave your laptop in its case. I'll admit I had a good laugh at the expense of another reviewer - "bad neighborhood" in LAKE GENEVA?! Still laughing. It's a beautiful, well-treed Midwestern neighborhood, delightful in every way. Back left bed is particularly comfy - amazing views. Awesome washer and dryer for longer stays. Sound system was tremendous with some good old speakers. LIFT the shower door to open it - you get used to it right away, and the shower itself is awesome. The only thing of note is a house is being built next door, but it's wrapped with a finished roof, so it won't last too much longer; no one was working too late or loudly. To be frank, I did not want to leave this Airbnb. I wanted to move in, find work, and scoop the place right up. You'll have a great stay here.

We did more than stay, we lived there for 7 weeks. We sold our house (only 15 miles away) and needed a temporary home. Fortunately we ended up in DJ & Sarnai’s cottage. Love the deer in here the yard and wood stove. Our hosts were very helpful, accommodating and gracious. DJ and Sarnai made sure we had what we needed and let us know how to contact them directly. I am writing this from Mississippi in our motor home til spring. We had a great time living in the cottage. Rich and Sally Peterson

Sarnai and Dakota's place is amazing. We used it for a few days before our wedding in Lake Geneva, and it was a great spot to get ready, and was close to both our ceremony and reception location. It's the perfect blend of an escape into the Wisconsin woods, while still having the amenities of home. There is a wood fired stove that you can use to heat the main room, but modern heating is also available. The furniture is vintage, but there are modern appliances including laundry on site. The location is perfect if you're looking to spend some time on the quieter lake nearby, or if you want to venture out to Lake Geneva proper for some fun. The beds are both very comfortable, and there's plenty of room to sit and talk or lounge in the main room. The shower and bathroom facilities are top notch and get great water pressure. The hosts were doing some work on the property, but were extremely respectful of our space, but were open to talking if we wanted to have a chat. We would definitely stay here again, since it was such a great experience.

Staying at Ashly's was the best decision I could've made. My boyfriend and I went up to Lake Geneva from Chicago for Valentine's day weekend and Ashly had some cute holiday candies for us all set up. She responded to all of our questions within five minutes which was great. It was a beautiful location, even in the snowy winter. It was far enough out of town to have quiet, alone time; but close enough that everything was within a 10 minute drive. We can't wait to be back.

Ashly’s place in Lake Geneva, WI was an absolute dream stay. With cute decor and a cozy fireplace, this was a perfect winter weekend getaway. Being walking distance to Lake Como, and right down the street from Lake Geneva, this place makes for a perfect summer stay as well (hoping to return soon). Fits many guests with comfortable beds and has beautiful lake views. Ashly is very communicative, giving requested recommendations and checking up on our stay. I highly recommend this Airbnb.

Great cabin. Really cozy and clean. The hosts do a great job of communicating with you. Only thing I would change is all 3 doors are clear glass so its very easy for people to see into the house. It would be nice if there were blinds for some privacy and security. I would definitely stay here again. I highly recommend.

Super clean, new place, hosts are attentive. Perfect for a family of 6. I think about 2 blocks to lake Como, and less than 15 minutes to Lake Geneva. Even in the winter the drive was easy to get to town. Lots of extras, like coffee pods, water in the refrigerator, netflix, and a complimentary bottle of wine. As mentioned in other posts, parking is tight, but we did manage a car, suv and a truck.

This is a wonderful, cozy, clean home, close to town and the lake, with everything you need. We will certainly book it again.

My fiancé and I set up a ski trip weekend with some friends to celebrate his birthday. The house is amazing! Very clean with great space (love how roomie the loft bedroom area upstairs is!). The parking is limited, I’d say the gravel lot can probably comfortably park 3 cars or maybe 4. Also, there are no curtains in the house. You are able to see through the front door and the main floor windows. Coming from Chicago and being on nightshift, I love me some curtains! Overall, it was a great experience and wonderful space. Would definitely book again!

Suzanne and Jeff have the perfect home. I reached out about my concerns about the coronavirus virus and she insured me that everything was cleaned including handles, door knobs, railings,... when a checked in we smelled the cleaning products and it smelled refreshing. I was their with my parents and it's nice and spacious. She has adorable paintings throughout the house. Definitely will be coming back to this place! Super clean. Around the corner from the beaches.

We enjoyed our stay at Suzanne and Jeff’s house. It was clean and spacious, with cool older house charm. The location was nice- quieter than Lake Geneva, but still super close to everything. Looked like nice outdoor space for warmer weather. We enjoyed snuggling up with our kids for movie nights after a day of exploring the area! There were a couple mild issues, but Suzanne and Jeff were quick to respond and readily available. The bedrooms are nice and sunny- lovely in general, but also be warned if you have young kids that need dark rooms :) Also, the kitchen is a little less stocked than some places we’ve stayed, so I would recommend checking ahead if you’re planning to cook and expect specific kitchen tools. The house was overall clean, spacious, and a good value for the area.

This house is absolutely perfect for a couple, family, or group stay. Our dog loved being able to tag along and Suzanne and Jeff even left treats for our pup! We will definitely be back!

This house is the perfect size for a family of 3-7 people! Great location. Can walk to Williams Bay restaurants and shops. Adorably decorated and amenities are above and beyond with super soft towels and very comfy beds! Bathrooms are very large and have all the comforts of home! Secure key-pad entry system and no-stair front entry make it perfect for older folks as well as strollers. Hosts were extremely helpful, just a phone call away and live locally! Hosts created an awesome notebook with great tips on eateries, shopping and local interest. Will definitely book here again!

The house was very, very clean. The layout worked well for our extended family overnight. The house is more spacious than we anticipated from the photos and had adequate space in each bedroom for luggage and pack n plays for our small children. Jeff and Suzanne were responsive and available for suggestions and help, if needed. Check in and out were very easy.

We came in on Friday night during a winter storm. Suzanne and Jeff contacted us before coming over to shovel on Saturday morning. It was very thoughtful, but unnecessary. The house was perfect for 3 couples. It’s super cute & the beds were comfy. Great location near downtown Williams Bay and close to Lake Geneva. We really couldn’t have asked for more!

We made the trip up to the lake for a quick overnight getaway with the kids and the little cabin was perfect. We even had the opportunity to all snuggle around a fire in the evening and play games, it was postcard perfect.

This place was so nice. It was clean, it was neat, and it was very nicely organized. It was roomy and offered the right amount of space for each of my party. We arrived a little late in the day and got confused on the exact location but that was on us. Gave Nancy a quick call and she walked us through it in the dark. She was amazing at answering any of our questions and had everything we would need ready in the home. Loved this stay!

Great location if you need to get away from the chaos of the city. Everything was exactly as described. The room was super clean. My husband, me and especially my dog ​​love staying there. My only recommendation would be that the hosts added a small microwave or cooktop in the kitchen area.

The Suites are located in a quiet area with a lovely view of the lake and expansive grounds that we loved! The units are roomy and comfortable. The place was very clean and close to downtown area. It had a rustic cabin appeal inside that was very relaxing. The group I went with very much enjoyed hanging out around the downstairs kitchen island when we were not visiting downtown area. It was still very chilly at night but will definitely be back in warmer months to enjoy the large deck area on warm nights. The Khumbu Lodge is simply spectacular. My friends and I arrived later in the evening when it was already dark out and as we drove past the house we all commented out load, “Well THAT’S a nice house... oh wait! That’s ours!” It was even more beautiful in real life than in the pictures. The whole space feels very homey and is decorated with fun, eclectic style and personal touches. We came with a group of friends for a church retreat at the Grand Geneva Resort and it was the perfect place for us to stay. Plenty of large spaces for full group gatherings (our favorite was in the living room cuddled up by the fire place) as well as smaller nooks for people to get away and spend some quiet time alone. It’s also a very short and easy drive to the Grand Geneva Resort if you’re coming for a special event. I could not believe the value for the experience we had! The views are amazing even in the dead of winter - I hope we can come back when the weather warms up. Thank you, Joni, for the most marvelous experience and for being just a wonderful host. Cannot recommend this place enough!

Joni’s place is exactly as she describes. We loved the space so much, that for both of us, the trip really was relaxing AT the Airbnb. We loved exploring Geneva, but we also loved coming home, making a fire, and cooking for ourselves in the spacious and well-stocked kitchen downstairs. I’m already looking into when I can stay here again in the summer!

Conor’s place was lovely! The pictures don’t do it justice...the house is so much more beautiful in person. It was the perfect weekend escape for us. It was a 20 minute drive to Alpine Valley, a quick drive to lake Geneva’s main drag. The house is super comfy...nice beds, lots of clean towels and a cozy living room with cable TV and fireplace. The only negative is that it’s not pinged correctly on google maps of waze, and address markers were not visible at night, which made finding the house more difficult than anticipated. My kids are already begging me for a return trip! Great house! Check it out!

Great place!

Ryan was very quick in communication through Airbnb. Check-in process was super easy with a Gate person who gave us a key. The place was neat and very clean. It actually looked better than the pictures. We were having a family outing with 6 adults with no kids, and the place had enough beds for us. The master bedroom had a King bed and a sofa bed. Two rooms upstairs had 2 bunker beds in each. The kitchen had nice/clean appliances with enough utensils, cups, plates. There was one pot and one pan which was enough for us. The place is in the Abbey Spring Golf course, and it was nice because we went out for golfing. The weather was little chill for May, but the place heating system kept the place warm and comfortable. It's about 15 minutes drive to Lake Geneva downtown for good restaurants and some fun. Definitely recommending to stay.

Ryan has a fantastic property! I stayed here for the MLK weekend with 3 other friends. The place was perfect, with a great setup for friends. Ryan answered all our questions promptly and we can't wait to stay again. I've spent the last couple of days telling everyone how nice it was.

50th Birthday weekend was a success alot in part because of how nice this condo is. I have to say that the condo being used by the owners on a regular basis is a good thing. All of the furniture in the place was very nice. the couches were comfortable and so were the beds. Linens very nice and the extra blankets were a nice touch. Very quiet area and even though the weather didnt give us the snow storm we were expecting it did give us some ice. The grounds crew on property had the sidewalks and streets salted and shoveled. They were on top of the weather for sure. All of us really enjoyed ourselves and your condo rocks!

We had a very nice stay at Andy’s family cabin. Very clean and comfy.Everything we needed was there. Pots, pans anything you could think of and more. Cozy rooms and ample firewood for the fireplace. We had a wonderful time and caught some good size bass. Only a minute away from Marz supper club and a short drive to town. Would love to come back in the summer. Great stay at Lake Como!

This is the second time me and my friends have stayed at Andrew's cabin, and it was a pleasure! Great location, homey feel, easy to cook meals in the fully stocked kitchen, fireplace for cold winter nights - it has everything!

This is a great space! Clean, awesome view of the lake, nice community living space. Check in and out were seamless and everything was labeled and detailed so we had a clear understanding of where things were and how things worked. Owner was very pleasant to work with. We will definitely be back!

We had an amazing stay. Place was very clean and well organized. The house was very well equipped and Andy was easy to communicate with. The boat at disposal was another great benefit to enjoy the lake and a scenic ride.

Great property, on lake, close to Geneva City , and William's Bay. Free available use of boat and motor was unique feature not found elsewhere. During summer season this would be a huge benefit distinguishing this property from others.

The house is the perfect escape in a great location. The lake is beautiful and perfect for floating or swimming. Only a short drive to downtown. Andy was very helpful and communicated with me well. I would highly recommend a stay at this house.

Place is pretty conveniently located a few minutes from everything that I was looking for. Host was overly pleasant to deal with. Responded quickly to any questions I had.

We had such a great time staying here! It was very cozy and thoughtfuly decorated, it makes you feel like you are at home! The shower in the bathroom was recently renovated, they installed a rain shower which felt so good after our long walks in the cold! It is also about a five minute walk to the Ridge Hotel entrance which is great if you want to use the workout/pool facilities and eat at the restaurant Crafted Americana. The food there is excellent! And they make a great Old Fashioned! Amalia was great to deal with, very helpful and communicative. We are really looking forward to staying here again sometime soon, although it might be hard to do since it is always booked and now we know why!

Very happy with the place, it had all the necessities we needed. We made a nice meal in the kitchen and made the most out of being just 5-7 minutes from downtown. Very homey, would recommend.

Excellent!!! We had a family get together at Monica's house - 8 adults and 2 infants - and it could not have been more enjoyable! Easy access, easy parking, easy travel to everything in Fontana and Lake Geneva, comfortable and beautiful home, and all of the amenities that we needed. We cooked a big dinner on Friday and the kitchen had everything we needed. We had family game nights in the basement and there was plenty of room for everyone. And every morning we had coffee and breakfast in front of the beautiful fireplace in the living room - and watched quite a few deer roaming the neighborhood!! It was winter, so we couldn't enjoy the deck but we all commented that it would be perfect for the summer! Fontana is a beautiful area and so close to Lake Geneva; and Monica was so nice and accessible if we ever needed her. Definitely would stay again!

A group of us stayed at Monica's place over a weekend in late January! It was a great size for 11 guests and had everything we could have needed. The fireplace was also amazing for a cold winter weekend. Monica was communicative and very helpful through the check in process. I would definitely stay here again!

What an amazing stay our family had!! Your home was perfect for our large family to get together in for our Christmas celebration! We have 7 children, 4 of whom are adults and we live in different areas of the country! We coordinated travel and arranged for a home to meet at. It looks really nice from the photos, but was much better than we even expected! Perfect setting, beautiful home and neighborhood, great open concept mid-century modern home with delightful decorating touches!

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Monica's place. The place is beautiful and was great for entertaining a large group. Check-in, check-out was very easy, kitchen ware was well stocked, and the kids loved the ping-pong table.

This is a great quiet location, we saw deer each morning out our windows! Very comfortable and spacious for 9 people. Plenty to do also! We went Horseback riding at Dan Patch Farms, Downtown Geneva and our favorite Lunch Spot Popeyes! We also went to Gordy for Friday fish fry-very good!

Terri and Ted are wonderful people! You'll want to be neighbors with them! Terri met us as check-in and walked me through the little details of staying in an old house. Everything was clean, orderly, and so welcoming. We had everything needed for our Ladies Night away. We ate out for dinner and had brunch in the next morning. The kitchen had all we needed to make it delicious and comfy. All 4 of us agreed, we would easily stay here again. We had two queen beds and used the couch pull out too. Thank you Ted and Terri! It was a pleasure to meet you both and stay in your Airbnb!

Terri and Ted were great hosts. The place was easy to find and centrally located in town. They were very quick to respond to messages and very accommodating. Their place used to be an antique shop so it’s filled with lots of cool antiques / decor. Would definitely recommend.

Terri and Ted’s home is charming, clean and welcoming! It is in the heart of Lake Geneva! It is close enough to town and the lake yet quiet and peaceful. Check in and out as well as communication with Terri and Ted was seamless! We only wish we could have stayed longer!

This place was wonderful! It was spotless when we arrived and Mandy went above and beyond to make our stay special. I would highly recommend this place for the convenience to Fontana beach, a great park, and the pool at the resort. There are also several great restaurants within walking distance. Mandy was available for questions and to make sure our stay went well.

Mandy’s place was everything we hoped for. It was exactly as described, and sparkling clean. Mandy provided many thoughtful small touches, like a welcome bottle of wine and parking and beach passes. Will definitely come again. Highly highly recommended.

The condo was well appointed with everything to make our stay comfortable. We were able to cook breakfast and do laundry: two things we like having the convenience of while on vacation. The proximity to town was great. The kids loved the heated pool when the weather wasn't quite perfect. We would come back again.

What a gorgeous unit! Spacious and well appointed, gorgeous large terrace overlooking green trees. Keurig coffee maker with coffee provided, and a bottle of wine too. We had our 1-year old and were pleasantly surprised to find a fantastic high chair and some toys. Loved our stay here and highly recommend!

We had a wedding in Delevan and wanted to spend the following day In lake Geneva. This place was a great place to stay. The fireplace made it feel cozy and the place was so cute! We went to Lake Airy for brunch and mimosas and we would recommend going there!

This is one of the cutest and coziest spaces I've ever stayed in. Was perfect for the solo traveler but also made me wish I had brought my boyfriend! Super clean, modern, and cozy. The space itself is reminiscent of a studio apartment (without a kitchen which is fine for a short stay!). I would definitely stay here again

This is a lovely Wisconsin cabin experience. Very clean, great linens and towels, new and quality bath, and great setting in the woods near town (Fontana on Geneva Lake).

Stephanie is a very timely responder. She was so sweet and greeted us the next morning, we drove from Colorado and got in late. We were able to bring our Australian Shepard who is 1.5 years old and he had so much fun on the property! Everything was perfect. Very clean, had snacks, water, coffee, and wine ;) ready in the kitchenette. We had fun and are definitely going to stay there the next time we go to lake Geneva.

The host was very flexible to work with! He allowed us to change our weekend dates without issue and with sincere understanding. He even upgraded our place for us! It was great being close to Lake Geneva but not in Lake Geneva. We loved the view overlooking the lake and the small touches of the snacks, etc. were greatly appreciated. We'll be back!

This place is truly a good find! Clean, nicely updated, and the grounds overlook the lake! What more could you ask for? Stephanie was very attentive ahead of our stay. Loved the Coffee Mill café a mile away. We walked there and back on one of the mornings. The hill going back was a good workout! The weather was somewhat rainy on Saturday afternoon/night but we caught up on our movies on the big screen tv. We will definitely come back maybe in late spring or early fall. Five Stars!

The suites are located on a hill that gives a beautiful view of the lake. The grounds are lovely and it is a peaceful, quiet setting. The rooms are spic and span and quite roomy. Stephanie is a very gracious and responsive host.

Stephanie and her husband were great hosts during my stay. I’ve actually arrived a little early than original check-in time and they offered me to start unpacking in my room if I wanted to. They provided great tips as to what can I do during my stay; and they were very quick with their responses. On top of all over-expected hospitalities, they provided free accommodations including free snacks and a bottle of wine. Who doesn’t love a free bottle of wine? I highly recommended this place as a prefect stay around lake Geneva!

This was a perfect place for a quiet weekend getaway for my wife and I and our dog. A very short trip into the main town and a beautiful view of the lake. The room was clean and inviting and the fireplace was great. Snacks and drinks in the suite were a nice touch and communication, check-in, etc. was all super easy and helpful. It was our first time coming to Lake Geneva and we will definitely look here when we come back!
