Vacation rentals with lake access in Rutherford County

Great place to stay. Very quiet neighborhood and the house was super nice. Had plenty of activities in the house to keep everyone happy. Will stay again next time in town.

If you want a place all to yourselves then this place is it. Although it’s not easy to find it’s a great place nice and clean and quiet.

The home was absolutely beautiful and so spacious! The back lawn was beautiful and plenty of room for our puppies. So much extra that came with the home that we didn’t expect. The neighbor was so respectful and kind! Made the stay so much better. We would definitely come back to this home anytime we’re back in Tennessee!

House was located in a very quiet and nice neighborhood. The house was exactly as shown in the photos. Very comfortable and cozy place to stay! Definitely recommend if you're looking for a relaxing weekend!

I would definitely stay at this place again. We had a group of 10, mostly women, staying for my daughters 21st birthday. I chose this place because it was near Percy Priest Lake, which is very beautiful, and I wanted something to do besides going on the Nashville strip. We visited the waterpark, which was great, and we were going to rent a pontoon, but it rained the next day. The bedrooms are very spacious, and has lots of closet space. There are a lot of nice touches in the rooms like lighted full length mirrors, and hampers. The enclosed screen porch was definitely a nice quiet place for my devotion time and coffee in the morning. This place was like home, because we had everything we needed. Heidi was very responsive, and a pleasure to communicate with. We will see you next time we visit Nashville!

We loved staying at Zac’s place. The house was very roomy and comfortable. Location worked well for us - walking distance to shops and golf course. We used Uber to head down to Broadway and Grand Ole Opry. Communication with Zac was very good. Would highly recommend staying here.
