Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Rowan County

We had such a lovely time at the Mail House! It was such a welcoming, cute space. It was well-stocked with everything we needed and right near all the main RRG attractions. The restaurant, ice cream and coffee shop nearby were also incredible! We’ll definitely be back if we ever visit the area again. Highly recommend!

This is honestly one of the best houses we have ever stayed in! I brought my family of 5 and 1 dog and there was so much room for all of us! The house was very clean and smelled so good when we walked in. It’s very private with not too steep of a driveway at all! I have a Chevy Malibu and it was no problem getting up and down. The hot tub is very roomy and fire place was our favorite part! The hosts were very friendly and quick if we needed anything. I highly recommend this house and would stay here any chance I got! 10/10!! Thank you guys so much again!

Laurie and Phil are great hosts, they brought us fresh picked flowers in a vase for my wife and I’s anniversary! They also had answers for any questions we had and was very informative on everything we needed to know there. We will definitely be back!❤️

This was the perfect getaway for me and my friends! The house was in a perfect setting with beautiful views and a bubbling creek that made sitting outside so peaceful and beautiful. The hot tub was the perfect way to end the day of long hiking. The house is thoroughly clean and has everything you need! They have thought of everything. The also had the easiest checkout process. We just had to load the dishwasher and start it before leaving. This gave us more time in the morning to just relax and enjoy our last few hours! It is only 15 minutes from Red River Gorge and Natural Bridge State Park. Great location! The restaurants Margo suggested were great! Thanks Margo for your hospitality! Hope to visit again some day!

The place is adorable, and in walking distance of the local library and a couple restaurants. The place feels bigger than the pictures make it seem. There is train tracks just a few streets away, so you do get that noise, but I learned to tune it out pretty quickly. The stairs to the basement / laundry area are steep, but it has a railing. Overall, a great place to stay.

Great place to stay If hiking or fishing at red river, close to everything and has grocery stores, gas stations, and car shops all close by which was super nice! Very nice updated interior as well! 10/10, Me and my girlfriend plan on coming back again this summer

We had a fantastic stay at Allen’s place! The cabin was very clean, well-equipped, and perfectly located for exploring the city. Allen was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. I would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting the area!

The hosts: Gracious and charming, fortiter in res, suaviter in modo. Great books and a comfortable couch, along with a beautiful yard.

We had such a good time at this apartment. Lots to do within 15 minutes drive. Found everything we could've need in the apartment while we stay here. She takes care of every details and was very responsive.

Beautiful place! Very quiet & safe feeling. Very comfortable bed & Very nice linens!! Quality! Fully equipped kitchen was nice. I was there for business, so I didn't go out to eat. Highly recommended.

There are three things I am looking for when I choose a place to stay on vacation and this place checked every box! 1. LOCATION! This place is in a perfect location. It is close to a highway, but I never heard any traffic noise. What I absolutely loved about the location is that we were not more than 20-30 minutes from any hikes wanted to do or restaurants we wanted to visit, but it still feels quiet and set apart. Also loved the coffee/ice cream shop 1 minute down the road. Visited it every day! 2. Easy parking - Several years back I rented a place that was nearly impossible to get to so this was important to me. There are no steep hills or narrow roads in or out of the apartment. Parking is right by the front door. Super easy in and super easy out. Perfect. 3. As described - I have also been burned in the past by finding a place much different than pictured. Not here. This was exactly as expected if not better. I would 100% rent again. Hoping to return someday with my sister!

The cutest little place to stay! The patio was dreamy. We enjoyed the beautiful flowers in the garden and the birds chirping in the morning with coffee and the string lights with a couple drinks in the evening. The room was super clean and comfortable, felt very private and cozy, and was very well stocked! We had everything we needed and enjoyed walking to all the cool spots Maysville had to offer. Claire was very clear with all instructions, responsive, and super friendly.

The. comfort and home feel this place provided was a very refreshing end to a very long day. My husband and I were hoping to find a night stop before our return to the daily lives of parenting teenagers. Yikes! Her attention to detail in her accommodation was truly amazing. She thought of everything. Hygiene and Landry soap. Even snacks. She was a wonderful host and rushed to get this ready for us in time. I truly appreciate the effort and was very happy to relax with my husband and wind down from our long day before the return to the chaos. We hope to make this place our small get aways as I truly loved the comfort this bnb provided. Thank you again for the lovely time.

Gran's Guest House was perfect for our visit. The location is perfect for close access to Red River Gorge and the views and privacy were fantastic. Highly recommended. I plan to return ASAP. Thanks.

Ms Kaye was the sweetest host, from meeting us out at the pool to the sweet bottle of wine. Her Airbnb was more than we expected and was super cozy too. We enjoyed listening to the rain come down from our own private covered porch as well. Our only regret was forgetting to bring/buy steak on this trip so we could have taken advantage of the covered grill area.
