Newly renovated, the Greenleaf is the entire second floor of a two-flat on a residential street. It has been thoughtfully designed for comfort and convenience. Great location for Loyola and Northwestern University visits or downtown sight-seeing. The Metra stop for trains to the Loop or the North Shore suburbs is ON OUR BLOCK. Lake Michigan free beaches are a mile away. Easy walk to a variety of small restaurants or 10-minute drive to Evanston or Andersonville for amazing dining and shopping.

Our family 2-flat has been completely gutted to the studs renovated with new everything! This top floor 3 bed 1 bath home has CENTRAL A/C, in unit washer/dryer, and free parking on-site. This prime location is a short walk to Loyola University, beaches/playgrounds, public transportation and award-winning restaurants. Lake shore trail is less than a mile away. We are steps away from a large local grocery store. Your urban stay will feel like a relaxing retreat because of these conveniences.

Visited Chicago with family from LA and decided to stay in this beautiful home. We loved the spaces throughout the home especially the master bedroom’s bathroom. It was quite cold and windy when we were there and the heated flooring and hot tub in the bathroom really warmed us up. The neighborhood has great restaurants nearby that we visited and it was very peaceful. Nicole and Matt provided parking stickers and it was really convenience for us. We had a great time!

We came for The Weeknd concert in the city, so we got ready there, then spent the night and morning in the house. It was a beautiful house and felt super peaceful and safe! The beds were insanely comfy and we all slept so well! So much space! Everything was just so homey and comfortable.

We had a wonderful stay in Chicago! Beautiful house, very clean. Very nice neighborhood. We got confused about how to get in, it was our fault, we looked at the wrong number code. Loved having the garage for our van, not having to worry about parking was so nice and convenient! We would definitely come back!

Great Stay in a Perfect Location We had a fantastic stay! The home was clean, well-equipped, and very comfortable. The location couldn’t be better—just 4 to 5 blocks (or less) from excellent restaurants and the train. Daniel and Carrie were wonderful hosts—responsive and quick to answer any questions. For dining, I highly recommend Lula Cafe, Same Day Cafe, and Mi Tocaya, which is literally just steps away. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this home for anyone visiting Chicago!
