This tiny home is located in the Mojave Desert. There are miles of wide open vistas around the home where you can see the sun rise and set. Many nights are so clear you can see the stars, planets and moon. You can feel the intense sun and frequent winds here. Home is unfenced. Here are rustic, simple, basic accommodations. Nothing fancy. It's older, renovated, under 400 sq. ft. , a good place to get away from city life. There is no internet, Wi-Fi, ethernet or microwave.

We had an amazing stay. We thought it would be “too far” from the lake activities we had in mind but this location and booking was amazing from all the distances. 10-20 minute drive to where you need to go. Josh is very helpful if you have forgotten something. Overall would recommend to stay here if you are planning a Lake Isabella or Kern River trip. There plenty of space in this place that you can do your small group activities in the backyard.

Wish we had been able to stay here longer! We found this gem as we were looking for a pit stop on our road trip. The instructions are so clear, that even in the pitch black of 11pm, we had no problem finding this home. Waking up to the beautiful landscape in the morning was a pleasant surprise and had us wishing we could have enjoyed this home longer. Thanks for being a great pit stop and host!

This is the best airbnb I've ever stayed at! So clean and it had everything we needed. The basket for folks to leave their shoes at the door let me know immediately that the home was clean enough to walk around barefoot! No dirt or debris! I appreciated the pamphlets for activities to do in the area. The backyard furniture was comfortable and clean, letting us take advantage of the (exceptionally) pleasant weather.
