Had a wonderful time at Janet's place. She's very kind and accomodating, the photos of the listing also give it justice. Very clean and in the perfect location. Parking spot is perfect for a sedan, and be careful and mindful with maneuvering out. Thank you Janet!

Shannon et Mathew sont adorables et de super hosts. Le logement correspond exactement à la description. Le quartier est très calme et sûr. Il est facile de se garer. De plus, il est très proche d'une grande partie des attractions de Los Angeles (Griffith, Studios, Hills, etc.). Nous y retournerions sans aucun soucis. Nous le recommandons vivement!

Julia was an above and beyond host, making us feel welcome at all times. The place was wonderful: well-prepared kitchen, great natural lighting, comfortable beds, ample and comfortable. ACs on every room were a big plus during the SoCal heat! Plus a cute small patio in the back. We felt right at home and would love to be back. Location is also unparalleled--Altadena is truly beautiful

Every thing was good and perfect. We enjoyed and sure we came back again because we had best time there.

I stayed at Debbie and Mike's guest home for almost a week to visit family and friends nearby. Their home was well-appointed from the kitchen to the basket of amenities in the bathroom, and was the perfect space to relax after being out all day. I would absolutely stay at their home again in the future!

Bryant and Margaret were excellent hosts! Their guesthouse is comfortable, quiet, and in an extremely convenient location. I stayed for several weeks and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend!

Stayed three times while visiting our son at APU. Just sad that he’s graduated and not sure when we’ll be back from Michigan.

Ray의 숙소는 제가 갔던 에어비앤비 중 최고였어요! 3명에서도 충분히 잘 수 있는 공간과 두 개의 세면대와 에어컨에 히터 기능까지!!!!!! 공간 활용이 정말 잘 되어있고 넓어서 캐리어가 6개였음에도 불구하고 잘 지내다 갑니다 (´͈ ᵕ `͈ ) 게다가 숙소만 좋은게 아니라 우리의 호스트 Ray는 너무나도 친절한 중년의 신사입니다 그의 친절함과 따스함은 계속 생각날 것 같아요! 참고로 마지막 하나는 소파베드에서는 170cm 이상은 불편하실수도 있어요!

This place is absolutely stunning, with one of the most beautiful front and back gardens I’ve ever seen. The backyard was a peaceful spot to relax, and the pool added quite a bit of luxury. I didn’t meet Geoff, but Daren was incredibly warm and welcoming—easily one of the best hosts I’ve had, striking the perfect balance between friendliness and giving space. Has the basic kitchen essentials, hot plate in a drawer, kettle, toaster oven, microwave, wine fridge; it’s PLENTY for a short stay. The guest house feels closely connected to the main home, and the vibe was nothing but positive! I’d stay here again in a heartbeat—10/10 experience

We had a wonderful stay at Pablo's house, which was not only beautiful but also felt like home. The house was immaculately clean, with a comfortable bed and bathroom, and its cozy atmosphere made it perfect for a couple. The neighborhood was very safe, with no parking issues, and the hosts were extremely friendly and responsive. We're grateful they shared their lovely home with us.

Lovely place! Looks better in person and has a real homey feel to it, which makes you instantly comfortable. It also smelled really good upon entry which I appreciated. I would definitely recommend.

Lovely little cozy place. My boyfriend and I truly enjoyed staying here. Very private and quiet. Made you feel like you were at home. Comfy and welcoming. The outside was a vibe with the lights. Highly recommend and as Jennifer was very responsive and helpful for any of your needs. This is just a preference but a bigger TV would be nicer in future just a suggestion because I feel like other people would enjoy that piece more as well but if you aren't really there much just to sleep like us it's perfect. Overall 10/10! Casita is a hit!

Cozy home for our family to stay. Everything was exactly as described and host were very friendly. Felt at home and very safe.

The guest space had a private entry and all the things you may need..extra pillows, sheets, washer & dryer, and it was nice and clean. We would stay again if we are back in HB.

Stayed here for a weekend to see a concert out in Hollywood, great place to stay and a short drive to all the tourist points. Place was well stocked, shower was lightly stocked with only shampoo and conditioner but i always pack travel sized ones so that wasn’t an issue for any of us. Loved the sun room, would definitely stay here again!

This guest house was perfect in every way for me to have a great place for one, while visiting a nearby friend! It’s in a cute, safe, walkable neighborhood, very close to the 134 freeway, yet wonderfully peaceful and completely quiet and private. Inside, I found everything I needed for necessities and comfort, all super well-organized. I mostly read a bit, slept, and showered there, with one morning tea in the sun on the cozy back patio and even a few Zoom calls on the little desk. Excellent for my needs and I’d stay again, if I had a similar scenario. Many thanks to Ryan!

Bertha is an amazing host and a joy to be around. She is also very responsive and friendly. Her place is one of the best properties I have stayed in. It was peaceful, clean, and felt like home. There is a grocery store within walking distance. I would definitely stay with Bertha again.
