Great apartment and friendly owners. Very quiet inside apartment. Stylish. Private parking is ideal. TV not smart, biggest bed slightly on the hard side. Recommended!

The host Marco is fantastic. Very helpful. We had a health issue and Marco then went to get us something immediately in the evening (we were not allowed to pay him for this). The apartment is spacious and bright and equipped with every comfort. Very good bed and large terrace with all privacy. The apartment is wonderfully quiet. Unfortunately, we had bad weather so we were able to enjoy everything less.

Marzia's apartment is a real gem, very clean, well furnished and very quiet, we did not miss anything, she had a very nice thought for our dog and was very flexible for both arrival and departure time (of course we are still in low season). I highly recommend his place to those who want to enjoy the silence and the sea nearby, in fact, just cross the street and you are already on the beach. Staying here felt very different from a typical hotel—in a wonderful way. It gave me the feeling of actually living in Italy, not just visiting. The home had a warm, local charm that made the experience feel more personal and immersive. The location was perfect for me—within 20 minutes’ walking distance to major attractions, which made exploring very convenient. It’s also close to the airport, which is great for travel, though it does mean you’ll occasionally hear airplane noise. Overall, it was a memorable and comfortable stay, and I’d recommend it to anyone wanting a more authentic Italian experience

We had a wonderful vacation in a great place. The apartment was as described, and from the terrace we had a view of a beautiful pool where we could relax. Stefano and Cristian throughout our stay were ready to help us if we needed anything. Stefano is the best host and I would recommend everyone to stay at his place.

Viareggio is always enchanting, even in the rain... The apartment is conveniently located behind all the hustle and bustle of the waterfront. The residence is pleasant and functional. A big thank you to Elia for her flexibility, which I did not need in the end.

I stayed at Ale's house with my partner and our baby of a few months and we had a really good time. Alessandro is a wonderful person, very kind and helpful. The apartment is in the heart of the Venice district and this allows you to move around the city easily on foot. There are also great restaurants just a short walk away. The house can accommodate four adults and a small child (in the crib provided by Ale, thanks again!). A few more pots would be great, but I'm sure Ale will add them soon. Although the apartment overlooks the street (and the canals, how nice!), it is very quiet: we had some great sleeps! As for parking, there are several paid parking spaces right outside the house but they are convenient only if you walk in the evening (the house is in a limited traffic zone from 8 pm to 5.30 am). There are others a short distance away and Ale provides valuable info to find the cheapest ones. We'll definitely be back.

I had the opportunity to stay for three nights at Caterina and Giacomo's apartment and the experience was extremely positive. The property, in its essence, is very well cared for and embellished with designer objects that I especially appreciated. The location is central but at the same time quiet, perfect for getting around on foot without sacrificing rest. Despite being initially worried about parking, I always found a place without any problem. Caterina and Giacomo were available and flexible in check-in and check-out times, which allowed us to fully enjoy the last day of vacation. I highly recommend this place. Will definitely be back!!

Great place with a magnificent view, quiet in the heights. The pool is very pleasant during the day and the bar / restaurant offers a good value for money with a great kindness from the hosts! I recommend it.

very nice stay...the accommodation was clean and comfortable...Our host was very welcoming and friendly. Small downside the dishwasher does not wash properly and the fridge is not too cold..... We recommend staying because it's close to Pisa and amenities...

Great rental, small house with everything a family with 2 children needs. The bedding is very comfortable, it is very quiet and the shutters are adjustable so very convenient if you want to be in total darkness. Beautiful sea view from the bedrooms. Very welcoming and communicative hosts. Great value for money. We'll be back!

This is a fantastic location for those driving into Lucca. Parking is easily accessible just outside the ZTL but still within the city walls, making it a short and convenient walk to the house with luggage. While many reviews mention it, it’s worth emphasizing—this place is exceptionally spacious. It’s at least twice the size of other rentals we’ve stayed in that were described as “spacious,” which was a wonderful surprise not fully apparent from the photos. The extra room made it much easier to relax. We arrived on a cold evening to find the heat already on, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The host provided extra towels, body wash, shampoo, and excellent hot water pressure. Beds are comfortable. We enjoyed having a radio and desks in the living area. The WiFi worked well. Communication was great, and check-in and check-out were simple. I would absolutely stay here again.

We stayed one night during a trip, the house is new, cozy and well equipped with different accessories. Communicative and available host. Recommended.

Babette and her husband are very nice and friendly. The apartment is very suitable for 2 people, the kitchen is superbly equipped with dishwasher and large fridge. Warm duvets are available for the cooler autumn season! Very nice terrace overgrown with vines. In addition, a small additional terrace at the back with morning sun, ideal for breakfast. The apartment is quietly located, a little off the beaten track, surrounded by vines and olive trees. Therefore, not easy to find. The last stretch of road leads partly through a forest on an unpaved road.

The apartment was located just a few minutes walk from the walls. It was a quiet area, which suited us well (having a baby with us). Parking space for the car was great. Good communication with the host, Angela. Only thing to mention is that there was a bit of noise in the kitchen/livingroom until about 21:00 from the yogastudio/nearby gym. Didn’t disturb us, and not anything you heard in the bedroom. Would definitely recommend this place!

Super comfortable apartment, just outside of Lucca (about a 15 minute walk to get inside the city). Clean, large space, great communication from hosts, and super easy check-in/check-out. Oh, and the bed is probably one of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever come across in an Airbnb!

I had the pleasure of staying in this apartment with a group of friends and we were extremely satisfied with our choice! The location is really perfect, just a short walk from the center of Montecatini, which has made our explorations of the city comfortable. The apartment is spacious, well organized and equipped with every comfort, clean and cozy just as described in the previous reviews. Oksana was an exceptional host, always available and attentive to respond promptly to our questions. The atmosphere was quiet, perfect for relaxing, but at the same time convenient to visit the main attractions of Tuscany, easily accessible by train. We felt right at home, thanks to modern amenities and detailed check-in instructions. I highly recommend this apartment for anyone who wants to spend time in a pleasant environment and in a convenient location. We'll definitely be back!

The location of the accommodation is very central! Pisa Centrale train station is a few minutes' walk away, where we drove to Lucca and Florence. Pauline was always quickly accessible and gave us countless great tips :) Unfortunately, the mosquitoes annoyed us very much at night, even though the window was always closed. (nasty things)

Beautiful apartment with awesome rooftop and ocean views. 600m walk to the beach! Great recommendations for restaurants! Apartment was clean, spacious everything you could need the air conditioning worked very well mattresses very comfortable no complaints no issues. Will definitely stay again and recommend.

Sabina’s place was perfect!!! 13 minutes walk away from The Leaning Tower and resturant’s. The apartment was spotlessly clean, not a spec of dust anywhere. Beautiful surprise balcony which had the tower and dome in sight. And Sabina was the loveliest lady ever! So so kind. Thank you for having us even if it was just for the night! Couldn’t fault it! Xx
