Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Queensbury

This is my third time staying at Virginia’s house. She is very responsive, checking in via a message to see if everything is going well. It’s an easy walk to the shops and restaurants in the center of the village. I plan to be back again next year.

What a lovely place to spend a couple of weeks! The surroundings were so quiet with plenty of wildlife to enjoy!! The house had everything we needed and Brian and Kelly were beyond helpful and gracious. Thank you Brian and Kelly for providing my family with such a beautiful, safe home to stay in. You are very much appreciated!

We had a wonderful false spring getaway at this house. The kitchen was extremely well stocked, allowing us to take full advantage of the beautiful views and enjoy our meals. Wish we could’ve stayed longer to explore a little bit more, but happy to have found this little getaway close to NYC.

Nancy was not only an incredible host with great recommendations and easy communication, but her house was beautiful and accommodating. Everyone should stay here!

Our stay was short, but had a good one. The home is comfortable and spacious. Great for families, just be mindful that master suite is in basement with steep, cramped stairs for anyone with mobility issues. Other than that the place is as pictured, beds and pillows were comfortable and clean. We didn't have a chance to use it but sunroom and back yard looked lovely.

We had a a great stay! House and location was extremely peaceful. We loved the hot tub, wrap around porch and massage chair. Wish we could have stayed longer. We will definitely be back!

The house was beautiful and Rhonda was great, she was very responsive and helpful. We felt right at home and enjoyed the place more than Lake George :) , the hot tub and pool were great and i would recommend anyone coming to this area to definitely book the place if they get the chance.

Spent last week at Vasili's place and had a wonderful time. Two adults (52/49 yo) with our two boys (16/20 yo) and one of their friends (16 yo). This is the third rental we have had at Gore and the location was perfect. Less than 10 minutes to get to the base lodge and another 10 minutes to be on the gondola. Abundant space inside the rental so everyone could spread out and relax. Very quiet and peaceful with the stream outback and the main view overlooking the pond. Our primary goal when renting at Gore is to find a place that makes everything easy to enjoy the slopes, and this place met and exceeded our goals. I would recommend this to anyone who is looking for a well-stocked rental for skiing/snowboarding at Gore.

Evan was more than accommodating; He responds immediately and takes great care of the property overall. I have just recently been diagnosed with muscular dystrophy and it has been hard finding a place that met all of my accessibility needs. While I'm not yet wheel chair bond, I can't do stairs. Having a stair free entrance and walk in shower made everything much more convenient. The pool is bigger than I thought it would be as well! 10/10 all the way around!

We visited Lake George for my wife’s birthday, a very special occasion. Barbara and Gregory’s place was perfect! It was very thoughtfully decorated and furnished. They spoke to us every time we saw them to ask if we needed anything. It is clear that they work very hard to make their place special for guests. We had a wonderful time and will tell our friends!

A fun winter break/birthday getaway! Sarah’s house had plenty of bedrooms for all guests. The game room, pool table, and wood stove/fireplace were great to have on these cold February days. Everyone enjoyed the sunroom and large dining table. The hot tub and outdoor sleds were used as well. The history of the house and beautiful views from the property were an interest to all. I bet this house is a lovely spot in the summer as well!

What a wonderful stay! The home was immaculate and exactly as advertised - also a quick drive to shopping, grocery store, and downtown Saratoga Springs while still being peaceful and private. Cannot say enough good things - we will be back!

We had another great stay at Yassiel’s place. The home was squeaky clean and very comfortable. The host was so easy to communicate with and he was very accommodating of our requests. We will be back!

Booked this beautiful house with a bunch of girlfriends and it did not disappoint! Despite the rainy weather, we had a great time. The backyard area is awesome…the hot tub was our favorite with the cool (almost June) temps! The house is spacious and beautiful! Cleaner than any hotel I’ve been in, and had anything you’d ever need. If I had a question Tori replied within minutes. Would recommend this home to anyone, and will definitely save it for a future stay!

We had a great stay at Kimberly's! The place was larger than we expected, with lots of space to hang out and cook in the kitchen. She had games for us to use when we had some friends over and we all loved the "Party Barn" for grilling and sitting by the fire! The backyard was gorgeous and great for our pup to run around and play in.

We had an amazing stay at Kristin and Dave’s cottage and cannot wait to return. The cottage was spotless, very well equipped, and supremely comfortable. Both Kristin and Dave were very responsive, extremely helpful, and provided great instructions and assistance. The location was beautiful and so peaceful. The outdoor space was such a nice option, and the porch and pool were so nice to relax in. We wholeheartedly recommend the cottage!

The location and stay was ideal for a couple and their dog :) Ali was very responsive whenever I had a question and was very accommodating. The place looked exactly as described and very central to many places to eat and hike. We didn't get a chance to use the sauna as it was a little chilly but love the option and hopefully will be able to use in the future! I definitely recommend Ali's place to any couples looking for a getaway in such a beautiful town.

Home is pristine and very well stocked. So welcoming and comfortable! Definitely a little tricky to find after dark as streets are not well lit so try to arrive in daylight if it’s your first time in the area. View is gorgeous and access to Glen Lake is conveniently steps away. Easy drive to shopping, many attractions and several downtowns for dining. Bike path is near, and great for biking or a lovely walk. Lake George is magnificent! Highly recommend Steamboat cruise, hiking at Shelving Rock Falls and a visit to Saratoga Springs just half hour away. Thank you Northern Living for a perfect getaway.

MJ and Packy’s listing was exactly as described. Right on the Hudson River with beautiful views. Quiet, peaceful and relaxing. Kitchen was fully stocked. Rooms were comfy (beds could be upgraded but were adequate). Super clean bathroom and kitchen. Plenty of linens/towels. It’s 15-20 minutes from Glen Falls and Lake George and 25 mins to Saratoga Springs, if you want more options for food/nightlife/things to do. We were snowed in for a day and it felt just like home - games/tv/comfy couch. Would recommend.

This was our second time staying at Craig and Deb's place ✨ it was wonderful as always! place is clean, cozy and warm. They're very attentive, and the area feels safe, convenient supermarket nearby. A must stay if going skiing at West Mountain.

We had a great stay! The cabin is exactly as described and perfect for those traveling with dogs. The location was close to all the activities, but felt private. We hope to return.

We stayed one night for a local horse show and absolutely loved the tranquility after a day of equine chaos. Everything was as described, we very much wanted to use the hot tub but didn’t get to (we were tired) and were so sad to miss out. We would love to return and maybe next time get to use it. Highly recommend, comfortable, clean, and quiet!
