Vacation rentals with beach access in Punta Ala

We stayed with Lisa and Francesco for 7 days. Even the first contact when booking the accommodation was very pleasant and cordial. The place is great! Everything you need is there. Lisa and Francesco gave us a lot of tips on what else to do in the area. Restaurant tips were also included! Thank you again for that!! We will be happy to come back!!

A wonderful apartment, beautifully furnished, well equipped and an amazing terrace. Centrally situated, close to everything, including the station. Davide gave us comprehensive information about the apartment and was very easy to communicate with. We had a very enjoyable stay.

We were very pleased. Perfect for a beach vacation. Clean modern apartment, good location. The city was also a short walk away. The architectural style is reminiscent of apartments such as those found in Center Park, for example. In June, it was still hot, but since you can only ventilate on one side and have no draft and the building, unlike traditional Tuscan buildings with thick walls, does get quite hot in the evening, I think it would have become too hot for us in July August at 36 degrees or more in the apartment to be able to bear it. At 29 degrees in June, however, it was still okay. Otherwise, I could list countless things we liked, we were fully satisfied. Perfect hosts

Wonderful accommodation in a great location! Ideal for people with dogs, you can see the dogs from the sea on the terrace, very cozy and private. Great beach, nice atmosphere. Marina is very warm and has given everything so that we have a great stay. Wau Beach especially for nearby dogs.

Luisa and Marco's apartment is in a very central but quiet location. Convenient for going to the beach, shopping, and dining. Spacious and comfortable environments. Luisa personally welcomed us with great kindness

We had a lovely time at Lorena's and were warmly welcomed with breakfast for the start and homemade jam. Lorena is a great host - helpful, friendly and always on hand :-) The beach can also be reached super quickly with small children via a small gravel path downhill and the sea is shallow, ideal for children. A little tip: pack mosquito spray for the outdoors in June ;-) Thanks for a great stay

Heidi's cottage is a small gem, located in a quiet and private location but very close (5-minute drive) to the town of Porto Azzurro where you can find everything you need (supermarkets, restaurants, shops...). The view from the house is wonderful and the outdoor space is perfect for relaxing and enjoying nature. The house is small but very clean, equipped with every comfort and welcoming, perfectly in line with the description and photos provided by Heidi. We had a great time! Our little dog loved the garden and the dog beach right under the house! The only small flaw as far as our habits were concerned was the fact that it was not possible to completely darken the bedrooms and therefore the light in the morning woke us up quite early! Heidi was always extremely quick and kind in her responses and, although distant, available whenever we needed her.

We spent two weeks in the house while our friends with two small children (1.5 and 5) stayed in the house next door. The property is fantastic, the garden and the view of the sea marvellous - a little paradise. There are plenty of cosy spots and numerous sun loungers. In autumn (October) the hours of sunshine are shorter, partly because the house is on the north side of the island. However, the mornings were sunny and warm and I could imagine that in the summer months you would be very happy about the many nice shady spots. The kitchen is well equipped and has everything you need to cook simple things. there is also plenty of storage space for groceries or personal items. The bathroom is spacious and very nice. Everything was very clean and the flat is lovingly and cosily furnished. We would book again in a heartbeat and hope it's not the last time we stay there.

Understandable and welcome for us: the price is for the location. For us, too much luxury would put it in the shade. A few renovations, especially the furnishings of a cozy corner, where you can get together and sometimes cuddly, would still not hurt. We had a very good time either way and thoroughly enjoyed the nature encounters, the view, the starry sky, the sea and last but not least the away from crowded beaches.

We stayed in Cinzia's house for ten days, five of us, and we found the accommodation comfortable and well laid out. The double bedroom with a private bathroom is the best. The recently renovated accommodation was very clean and with all the necessary equipment for both the kitchen and the rest. The outdoor area, with its complete and well-kept furnishings, allows you to enjoy lunches, dinners, and relaxation in the perfectly shaded garden. Very close to the beach, a half-hour walk from the village, it is the ideal place for those who love tranquility. Cinzia responded immediately to our requests with care and kindness. What can I say, we couldn't have asked for more. Highly recommended.

Elisabetta is truly a fantastic person, everything was perfect, the apartment is renovated and very well equipped (even too much), very convenient for both the beach and the center, we recommend it.

A fantastic place to relax. We were looking for peace and quiet and got our money's worth. A beautiful house with sea views and sea access. We got quick help when we needed a screw that we had lost on a device.

The accommodation is a stone's throw from the sea, complete with every comfort. Also equipped with a nice terrace for lunch and dinner outside. The recently renovated property is well-kept and the furniture is of high quality. Dario and Deborah have proven to be exquisite people, always available for any questions or needs. I highly recommend it!

Laura’s apartment is very cozy and well equipped, you can feel it is a family home. I enjoyed a lot staying there for 2 weeks, it is spacious, and close enough to walk everywhere , yet more secluded in a quieter area, with peace and silence.

We had a most relaxing stay at Chiara’s place. Right by the water. The view was amazing from the deck. We were there off season so many restaurants were closed, but that was fine for us. Walking the quieter boardwalk and beach was what our souls needed. Would definitely recommend.

We enjoyed staying in this beautiful apartment very much. Very nicely decorated, clean and everything we needed was available (detergent, enough blankets, well-equipped kitchen). The AC worked great. Amazing location, right on the beach. Many beautiful beaches are within walking distance, as well as a large grocery store and many restaurants. We would love to come back. 😃

My friend and I were warmly welcomed and everything was shown and explained to us. We were allowed to use a variety of herbs and vegetables from the farm garden. We got fresh eggs and homemade olive oil. We were also allowed to taste the wine and bought a few bottles right away. The three farm dogs are sweet and we have taken them into our hearts. We were allowed to use the bikes and Edoardo showed us the way to the park. All in all, the Agriturismo is highly recommended and we had a very nice time. Thank you!
