First let's talk about the house, a spacious house on two floors with beautiful wood/stone architecture. A perfect garden to relax with a hammock, deckchair and of course the jaccuzi, a peaceful oasis if you want to have a beautiful landscape and tranquility with bird song. In addition, I would like to thank Senta for being there for us, for answering all our questions. This is an extremely caring person. Finally, thanks to Lorenzo whom we were able to meet and who made himself available very quickly when we needed him. He did not speak English very well which gave a funny situation because we speak very little Italian, but actions count more than words. Thanks Senta and Lorenzo. We'll be back!!! Wonderful villa and grounds with private sea access and lounge area in the rocks. Tastefully renovated older villa, very attentive hosts who helped with any of the minor issues we had. Nice pellet oven was great as the weather was a bit cool. Wonderful place and view.

We spent a week at Villa Poggio a Mandria as part of a group of six adults and had the most incredible and magical time. The photos do not do justice to how extraordinary the villa and surrounding area are — it’s nestled in an olive grove near the top of a hill just a short walk from a medieval village (Montegonzi), with utterly spectacular views in every direction. It could not be more peaceful or breathtaking. The villa was spotless, gorgeous and fully equipped, with tons of space for everyone. We had an unforgettable day with Lorenzo (contact available through Claudia and Leonardo), a local tour guide and chef who took us on an amazing wine tour and then cooked us the best meal ever that evening. And Claudia and Leonardo are the kindest, most responsive hosts, always available to answer any questions we had and even baking us a beautiful cake one evening! We can’t recommend Villa Poggio a Mandria enough. We had an unforgettable trip that truly felt like a dream. Thank you!

Communication was hassle-free and quick. Curio and the owner were very helpful. Tips for local restaurants and excursions were very good. Accommodation easy to find. Good restaurant within walking distance. Location with great views, winery just opposite and accessible by car or on foot. Room tidy and clean. Property very well maintained and beautiful. Facilities very good. Pool and surroundings were cleaned daily… We were completely satisfied

Beautiful and tranquil countryside retreat and welcoming hostess. Stayed with friendsfor my birthday weekend and we enjoyed so much hanging out by the fire in the evening and enjoying the fresh morning air around the garden before breakfast. Just wish we could have stayed longer!

The place was ready upon arrival as we had agreed in advance. Alessandro greeted us personally and introduced everything. The villa is located a few steps from the city center, but in a quiet area. The beach is only 5 minutes walk from the villa. The large property around the villa is excellent for dog owners.

Casa Bianca is heaven in Tuscany! Everything about our stay was perfect from start to finish. The villa is located in a stunning area of Tuscany, an easy 20 minute drive from Siena. It is up a long, tree-lined hill and has a magnificent view of the Crete di Senesi hills. The photos do not do the villa justice; it is much more beautiful in person. From the peaceful and private yard to the quintessentially Tuscan decor, we could not have asked for a better stay. The hosts were perfect at communicating and also gave some great recommendations. We so appreciated the groceries that were left for us. The spaghetti and tomato sauce saved us one evening when the grocery stores were closed for Liberation Day. We were so sad to leave but are already thinking about returning to this enchanting place. 100% recommend!

Woooow, no words can really describe how wonderful this place is. We've seen this fantastic villa from afar before (you can see it when coming in to the island from the boat), but we could never imagine how wonderful it is. The house itself is perfect, with plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms etc - but what really stood out was how close you were to the city while also feeling like having your own little paradise. The balconies where a dream, the view perfect and the private place to swim simply wonderful. 10/10, and will 100% come back!

I recently stayed at this B&B and the experience was really positive. The property is cozy and well cared for, with clean and comfortable rooms. The atmosphere is familiar and relaxing, ideal for both a short stay and a longer vacation. Perfect spot for a Tuscany experience. Nicely located between two friendly villages with fantastic restaurants and any supplies that you may need. The swimming pool was well maintained by Luciano and was used by us multiple times a day, for our group it was a highlight of the property. We all came away very happy with our stay and would totally recommend staying at this property.

Maria has created a beautiful and warm home with a modern design and spacious, cosy layout. The kitchen is a dream for cooking, and the peaceful location is perfect for unwinding. Dinesh was always responsive and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend.

An absolutely stunning property in beautiful surroundings. Somewhere to unwind and relax with easy taxi and bus links into Sienna. Stefano was extremely helpful with everything we required during the stay. I couldn’t recommend enough staying here if you want to explore the area around Sienna or just relax in a beautiful place.

We loved our time at Pietro's villa - very clean, spacious and peaceful. It was extremely hot during our stay, but the A-C in the villa was strong and we were comfortable in the house. The beds are extremely comfortable. The villa's kitchen and bathrooms are well-appointed - plenty of cookware, towels, etc. We appreciated the cleaners restocking the tissues, shampoo & toilet paper during our stay. Having a washer and dryer was so convenient. Pool and grounds were very well maintained during our stay. Housekeeping came on Monday and Wednesday, but never came on Friday. No problem, except the kitchen trash can should be larger or extra trash bags supplied. We never had the chance to meet Pietro in person, but very much enjoyed talking with his warm and friendly father, Ghino. The views are lovely from the house, but a bit limited when sitting by the pool. Loved the pizza chef and cook experiences. Highly recommend this villa and would return!

We booked this house to cycle the Strade Bianche and also enjoy Siena, other places of interest and the delicious food. This house is clean and cozy, and ideal as a base. The owners were very friendly and gave us some tips to grab a bite to eat nearby.

Very welcoming and kind family who welcomed us with homemade tart, bottle of prosecco and cookies. The stay was extremely pleasant. Highly recommended for two families of friends or groups of eight in confidence like ours. Unique is the surcharge for heating which, although indicated in the house rules, I find that it is excessive because the thermal comfort should not be a benefit but an essential service.

Beautiful villa! We had a great time with friends, idleness and dolce vita assured, Positive points: Very good welcome from our host, in a secure estate the house is isolated from others. The view is even more beautiful than the photos. You can see Volterra and the surroundings. Exceptional. Good services, superb pool, evening lighting, quality outdoor furniture, Things to improve: the lack of air conditioning inside even if there were fans in each room. Ageless electricity Anyway, we'll be happy to come back.

We had a wonderful week at Sergio's family's villa. Massimo met us with Sergio on our arrival and showed us around the villa. The villa is located in the beautiful Tuscan countryside about 3 miles (10 minutes drive) from Montevarchi which has a great selection of supermarkets including a huge Coop with the best cheese counter we have ever seen. Sergio's family gave us a great number of recommendations from restaurants to local sights etc. One restaurant we particularly liked was Le Mura del Cassero in Montevarchi. We had a couple of trips, one to Siena by car and another to Florence by train. Both very accessible. The pool at the villa is wonderful (Massimo checked it every morning before we even surfaced) and Sergio and Massimo were the kindest hosts. They gave us a huge fruit bowl, prosecco, beers, pastries, home produced olive oil and their own delicious wine...truly lovely generous people. We would definitely recommend this villa to others!

Lovely stay

Our stay at Natasha's Le ville was wonderful, our expectations were exceeded! Our dogs also felt very comfortable here, our garden was very well fenced. Because our dogs are very small, a net of Natasha's brother was added to the door. Both went out of their way to make our stay perfect. Beautiful pool landscape!!!
