We stayed one night in Ivana's room, we had a really good time. Ivana is very kind and helpful and met all our needs. Clean, tidy room and bathroom equipped with everything you need. Very quiet area and a short walk from a very good restaurant with typical cuisine. Free parking right in front of the room. We traveled by motorcycle and Ivana allowed us to put the motorcycle in a sheltered corner. Positive experience, I recommend!

Listing is as described. It has three real bedrooms with a nice surface area. The large kitchen which is also the living room is perfectly equipped with modern and functional appliances. It's nice not to end up with 5 forks and 5 knives. As it rained during our stay, we enjoyed the quality of the accommodation which is very quiet. Indeed, the house is in the countryside with no nearby road. In our opinion, a car is essential to fully enjoy the area and access to shops: 1.5 hours from Florence and Siena, a supermarket 8-10 minutes away. GPS is not a luxury. The Wifi worked perfectly for the entire stay. Our host responded quickly to our questions. She's very nice. Without us asking, she had installed a shower chair for our daughter who has limited mobility. You just have to go through the paved lawn area rather than the gravel. Recommended.

Fabulous location on the top of a hill with stunning views all round. Beautiful resort complex with swimming pools and a lovely restaurant from which we got freshly baked croissants in the morning. Excellent location from where we did trips to Florence, San Gimignano, Cinque Terre and Volterre, all of which are absolutely stunning! The apartment itself suited our needs for a family of five and we also loved the two outdoor seating areas with super views.

Marco is a proactive host who welcomed us even after check-in time due to highway traffic. Available and nice, the farmhouse is very large, with ample parking space and a large garden with chairs, lounge chairs and hammocks, the room was very spacious, very spacious and the bathroom was also clean. Convenient location to drive to both Pisa and Lucca in a short time. Highly recommended

Excellent 15-day stay at Catia's property which offers a great location to shine in Tuscany. Swimming pool and Jacuzzi that made children happy. Catia is a responsive and very helpful host!

Aaaaah la Vita Verde … This place is a beauty you don't suspect before you set foot there. Perched on a hill, surrounded by vegetation (olive trees, truffle oaks...), the estate offers a breathtaking panorama and a flawless tranquility. Here you don't feel cramped. The bedrooms have all the comforts you need (with small kitchen). The bedding is extremely comfortable. The infinity pool is extra and there too, everything is on site to enjoy wonderful moments. Our hosts are both present and discreet. Tamara knows how to unite and made us meet nice people (KRASSE!). Always available and kind that I enjoyed very much. A means of locomotion remains essential to enjoy all the pretty places (nearby or a little further) that wonderful Tuscany offers! Thank you Tamara & Roger for this enchanted break… Carole & Thierry

We had a wonderful week! We felt very comfortable in the tastefully furnished and super-equipped apartment. With the fantastic panorama over the hills of Tuscany, a view to the sea and to Pisa, we were able to relax superbly. Tamara gave us good tips and recommendations for nearby excursions. The most beautiful place we’ve ever been! The farm is such a stunning place with the most gorgeous view over the Tuscan hills😍 Tamara took such good care of us and gave us the best service possible while we stayed at their farm. They gave us recommendations of things to do and places to visit while we were in Tuscany. From cute small villages to restaurants. We would really recommend if you want to do something out of the typical tourist way. Everything from beginning to end of our stay was amazing. From the animals, to the people and the amazing sunsets. We will definitely return in the future🇮🇹❤️

We had a great stay. We arrived late and luckily after a long journey we were able to cross the street and have a delicious meal there. I would definitely recommend the accommodation, but keep in mind that on Monday the restaurant across the street is having a party, and that you may experience some noise pollution. For those who are not deep sleepers this can be a problem. Fortunately, we were not bothered by it much. The accommodation is well located, we went to Pisa the first day and Vinci the second day. Very good for the price

If I could have stayed longer, I would have. An amazing place with stunning views, super peaceful and with a couple of nice restaurants and a pasticceria within a 15 min walk radius. I was fortunate enough to have been able to use Benedetta's office with really fast internet by Elon Musk and incredible views. One day we will be back!

The room was sublime and impeccably clean as did the public spaces, which smelled super good! Parking in front very easy to park The host provided clear instructions and was easily reachable , thank you again it was perfect!
