Gina’s place is absolutely phenomenal. Stunning, out of this world location and a very comfortable villa. Gina was an amazing host who welcomed us personally and showed us around. We had a good basket and freshly cooked food as a welcome gift!! I cannot recommend Le Capanne highly enough. It was awesome.

Beautiful place between Cecina and Volterra to stay in complete tranquility and relaxation in the Tuscan hills, panora and fantastic sunset. Convenient to visit medieval villages and not far from the famous Etruscan coast and for those who love cities you can reach Pisa and Siena. Fausto is a fantastic host, accurate and very helpful, but not intrusive, he gave us directions to places to visit, typical beaches and also very nice restaurants nearby. Our stay was pleasant and relaxing what we wanted was to stay away from the confusion and daily stress, if this is what you are looking for here you can find it... you will only hear the "noise" of cicadas.

Go there without so much as a second thought! Life was as happy as our expectations! The accommodation is very clean, the bedding very comfortable. The people who hosted us were all very friendly! We can't wait to taste their olive oil and wine. We will definitely come back here if we come back to Tuscany. Thank you

Wonderful area, property, house, swimming pool, etc. All kept clean and very well maintained. Cristiana and Sergio are very kind and pro-active and gave good tips for what to visit, where to eat, etc. I would definitely recommend this place for having a relaxing holiday with kids. I would only not call this ‘agriturismo’ since there was u fortunately no real farming activity or local things we could use from the property.

I loved my stay at Casa Magnolia/Luna Splendida! I was welcomed by the daughter of Maurizio and Stafania and her cat! She made sure I understood how everything worked, where to park, provided some restaurants to eat at, and made us feel at home! The location was absolutely lovely with an overlook of the Morrona hillside. I saw a rainbow two mornings from the patio! It was like stepping into a painting. The towns and the surrounding scenery were just what I was looking for. We enjoyed eating at Il Tino da Roberta, which had amazing steak! (And didn't have time to try other places.) The location is also ideal for visiting other nearby cities and seeing the countryside as you do. The place was furnished and tended with care. I loved it!

We had a great time at Salvatore's. The space is in the middle of the woods. Salvatore will pick you up at the main gate at check-in and accompany you to the property. The way there is not without it, but definitely doable. Salvatore was very nice and accommodating, showed us around and explained everything. The place was clean and you had everything you need. The view is breathtakingly beautiful, the pool was also super nice and very clean. If you want peace and nature to switch off completely, this is the place to be. The shower is a little small, the water kept changing from cold to warm and the water jet was missing some pressure. That wasn't an issue for us, though. We highly recommend Salvatore's place and will definitely be back. Thanks Salvatore for the great hospitality.

The villa and garden are beautiful, very well maintained and very clean. You can tell how lovingly Gina and Franco take care of everything. They are warm hosts and so friendly, helpful and reliable. Upon our arrival, they sent us a large basket of groceries, dog food and delicious homemade food and Gina made us delicious tiramisu and panna cotta We had a super nice time there with our 15-month-old child and our dog, who also immediately took Gina and Franco into their hearts. The villa is beautifully located, it is very quiet and you can relax very well and enjoy your own garden, pool and jacuzzi.

apartment as in the description, everything clean, nothing is missing as far as the bathroom and kitchen are concerned, everything is perfect!!! The beach of the tesorino is 10 minutes away by car. Beatrice and her family made us feel like we were at a friend's house... we thank Giulia and Mirko so much for having entertained our little Dominik

We had a very nice vacation at Claudia's place. The house and pool are actually much nicer than the pictures show. There is enough space and the garden and pool are opaque. There is a dog who screams something in the evening, which has rather led to amusement with us. We will be happy to come back!

We had a wonderful time! The hostess was very friendly and accommodating. The house is a real oasis of well-being, surrounded by a beautiful pine forest, which provides a relaxed atmosphere. We were particularly impressed by the great path that leads directly to the beach – perfect for walks and enjoying nature. The large kitchen offers everything you need to cook for the whole group. Particularly attentive was that the hostess brought us a few toys for our friends' child – which made the stay even more enjoyable. We will be happy to come back!

The very best of hosts! Gracious and friendly, Antonio and Carmela instantly made me feel at home and part of the family. The apartment is as peaceful and comfortable as described. My dogs had the best time walking around the fields and hills. I will definitely visit again.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at Borgo Vigna Vecchia. Hostess Sandra and her family who together run the place are wonderful and welcoming and also provide delicious home-made cuisine during dinners or happy hours that you can elect to join. The apartments are comfortable and air-conditioned and provided everything our family with 3 small kids needed. The area is among the most beautiful in Italy and no more than an hour's drive from various interesting cities, villages and sights. Supermarkets, malls and other services are just a short ride away. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wish we could have remained longer. But we will most definitely be coming back! Highly recommended.

Very nice accommodation located in a quiet and refreshing place. Impeccably clean, furnished as the description. The terrace overlooking the olive trees is a delight. Eugenia is very responsive, attentive and very friendly!! Best suited with children.

We have fallen in love with Tuscany, thanks to Klaus's place and Francesco, the friend of his down the road who looks after guests and house. Everybody so kind, beautiful countryside, delicious food, and stunning Lucca not far. We were 4 couples, 3 stayed at Klaus's place the other two at Francesco's Antica Pergola, 200m away. This was ideal. We spent a lot of time in the large house with the big kitchen, garden and pool, or left together to explore Tuscany. What a lovely time we had!

The small apartment, 1 kitchen-living room, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom is part of a rustic house that accommodates 4 residential units. Photos and descriptions are accurate. The house has everything necessary, kitchen and bathroom have modern amenities. It is located in a fenced area where there are several vacation homes. All share a barbecue area with seating and a great pool. The entire terrain is very nicely laid out, maintained and clean. The approach is via a steep gravel road and is quite adventurous. Due to the secluded location, it is very nice and quiet. Shopping and restaurants are available in the very pretty, medieval Montaione, which is a 10-minute drive away. Large cities such as Florence, Siena but also the small, medieval cities such as San Gimignano and Volterra are easily accessible by car and/or train. Just right for day trips. Hikes are also possible around Montaione and the surrounding area.

Amazing place, very peaceful and relaxing. It is in a good central location to go and see a lot of the different towns in Tuscany or to just relax and enjoy the remote countryside.

I don’t even know where to begin describing this place. It was the most amazing place I have ever stayed. If you are looking for a peaceful and private villa with incredible views, then stop looking. This is it !! All of the reviews we read before we arrived talked about how amazing the views are and that you must take up the offer if Paola and Alessandro offer to cook a meal for you. Both recommendations are spot on. The sliced beef was one of the best meals I have ever had, and I often found myself wandering around outside the villa looking at the 360 degree views in all directions. We all felt so sad to leave this magic place. Paola and Alessandro were perfect hosts. Always friendly and with a smile on their faces. It’s a long way from Australia but I really hope we get an opportunity one day to return to this majestic place.

Casa Gello is a fantastic holiday home. It is beautifully situated in the hills overlooking the surrounding valleys, with a great view of San Gimignano. Walks or just chilling; everything is possible. Certaldo & Castelfiorentino with shopping options and supermarkets is not far; There are numerous restaurants - from pizza to traditional Tuscan dishes. Excursions to the surrounding cities, for example Siena, San Gimignano, Florence, Volterra, Pisa etc. are no problem by car or using the local train station in Certaldo with easy parking facilities. The landlord Monica is very nice and gave me plenty of information beforehand and during the stay. The house is a clear recommendation if you like to experience the true Tuscan holiday feeling.
