We enjoyed our stay a lot!

We had a fantastic stay in the cottage for nine nights. Villa Alta is in a beautiful location and the grounds around the house are so well maintained. We enjoyed both the shared pool and our own private terrace with hot tub. The cottage itself was spotlessly clean and perfect for our needs. It was a perfect base for us to explore the area. Raffaella was so friendly and accommodating and we enjoyed both dinner and breakfast at the villa on a couple of occasions. We would highly recommend a stay here.

We spent part of our honeymoon at Nihat's place. The choice was great, as the accommodation is completely fenced and we had our dog with us. The accommodation is very quiet, with unfavorable wind you can hear the highway, but we did not hear the road. Nihat and Mariaclotilde greeted us personally and showed us everything and also gave us extensive recommendations for restaurants, stalls and shopping in the area. They always responded very quickly to messages and were always able to give us an extensive response. Great location for excursions to Pisa or Lucca, as well as of course to the beach.

The house is very spacious and the garden is really very pleasant. The kitchen and the master bathroom (huge) are renovated. We really appreciated that the rooms were air conditioned especially since we were there in the hottest period. However, we were surprised to have to buy garbage bags, as there was only one for each trash can, except for the compost that had several. Same for toilet paper, there was just 1 per bathroom. The pool was very hot and the garden was very well-equipped. We had a crib for an additional charge of €10/day which was a little expensive. There were children's toys, but no high chair (good to know). You should know that the access is a little bumpy and that you have to open your eyes to see the bend for the path that leads to the house. It has the advantage of being very quiet and private.

Second year we're staying to get closer to Lucca, and we're still satisfied.

The house is located in a small village with a beautiful view over the Tuscan landscape. It is very well equipped with everything you need. The house has a nice garden for relaxing and a great shaded terrace where we spent most of our evenings. Different beaches are reachable by car within 25 minutes. Especially for a group of friends, I highly recommend the place.

We had a wonderful time at Vittoria‘s cottage and enjoyed our vacation a lot. The house with the garden + barbecue area and the pool are really great. Also the area around it is just so nice! The house is well equipped, although it could have been a little bit cleaner upon our arrival. Vittoria, Paola and Antonio were available the whole time and took great care of everything. Thank you again - we would definitely recommend this place!

Fantastic: very nice house in a beautiful setting with a great view, both from the house, front yard and pool. Nice interior, good ambiance, very clean and fully equipped! The shared pool is big and close by, but nicely secluded. Gianluigi really is a great host; very responsive, friendly and helpful. Our kids had a short and heavy flu, and he helped us out enormously. It was clear that he really wants his guests to enjoy their stay. Thank you Gianluigi!

Lovely cottage is situated in big garden with olive trees and forest. There is shadow during all day. It is beautiful place for family holidays. Sea cost is rocky with lot of life in. Federica is extremely nice and helpful host. There is busy railway in neighborhood - it is only minor disadvantage for this place.

Our family had a great time in this house. It is peacefull and beautiful. Claudio is the most kind host we ever had. .

This accommodation lays at the northern outskirts of Pisa. One can enjoy a great view to mountains and calmness, which one cannot get in the city. It is connected to the city via a bus, but I had to still walk many times if I was out of schedule. The place is great, its ideal for a couple. A baby bed is available so even it is manageable with a newborn. The only downside is the distance to the shop and washing machine, but I received a bike, with which it was just a few minutes. I definitely recommend to stay here! :)

Check-in and check-out were great. We were welcomed with cake and prosecco. The house is enough for 2 families. Everyone had their own room with their own bathroom. The pool is perfect for families with young children. Host has always been friendly and available. The lady who lives on the property is very sweet and friendly. The house is very cool in the summer, you really don't need air conditioning. What I didn't like so much is that the house is at the top of the mountains and can only be reached by car. Through the mountains you also have longer car trips.

Probably the best Airbnb we stayed at - ever! Location is great, small authentic Italian village with breathtaking views. The house itself is amazing. Totally sufficient for a family of 5 (and probably even 6). Very clean, well equipped, great neighborhood, own parking space, little terrace, and more. Best bar and coffee right around the corner.

Albertos place is perfect to chill is a little bit away from other buildings which make this place very special :) I love so much!! Who ever going to visit this place ask Alberto for restaurant recommendations He send us to one restaurant which we could not belive how beautiful it is ! Like from movies. I recommend Alberto and his place all day long

Claudio's apartments are beautifully located in the countryside and also offer the possibility to stay outside. Pisa and Luca are conveniently available by bus (€1.50 included. Ride) or train if you don't have your own car. Due to a knee surgery, my husband had trouble reaching the upper apartment we rented. For a short time, Claudio offered us the one on the ground floor, larger and newer, accidentally free apartment on the same terms and even helped us carry our suitcases. Contact with Claudio was warm and uncomplicated. We felt very comfortable and can absolutely recommend the accommodation. In particular, the tranquility in nature after the city tours in Lucca and Pisa was soothing.

Karine’s home is just like the pictures, very homey and comfortable with helpful amenities. The views are spectacular and we found it great to come back to after days of traveling around Tuscany. Do take her and other’s advice about being a confident driver to get up to the home but once up there it’s so worth it. Karine was amazing and gave lots of recommendations. Would happily stay again!

The villa is ideally located if you are thinking of exploring Tuscany by car or train. The pool and outdoor area are fabulous, really spacious and lots of seating areas to choose from including a lovely shaded area. The villa itself is very quirky, it's full of nik naks. The air con is great, really quiet and kept the place nice and cool in the 37 degree heat!! There were a few early morning maintenance visits during our stay which we weren't expecting, the gardener arrives around 5.30am so don't be alarmed if you see/hear him coming in to water the garden area. Ilenia was available for us to contact and responded to any queries really promptly, she's a very helpful host.
