My house is located in Livorno, in the characteristic Antignano district, close to the center and a stone's throw from the beautiful coves of the Lungomare, perfect for a dip and sunbathing. Ideal base for discovering the treasures of our city and the famous Tuscan art cities. You can enjoy our sea and cuisine based on fresh fish. Coffee, tea, herbal teas, milk and cookies are offered. The quiet and picturesque neighborhood is a 10-minute drive or 20-minute bike ride from the Center.

Villa with private access to the sea Castiglioncello

Independent villa surrounded by the greenery of a park with private access to the sea. The house is on two levels where on the ground floor we have the living area with kitchen, bathroom and a large living room with fireplace. Going upstairs we find the sleeping area with four bedrooms and two bathrooms. The villa was completely renovated and refurbished last year, including most of the furniture. The entrance to the property is served by an automatic gate and space for 5 cars.

We are about 2.6 km from the historic center of Livorno and 3.6 km from the port. It is located in a strategic position: 200 meters from the bus stop, 180 meters from the supermarket, bars, restaurants, pharmacy and free parking nearby.

Front-Row Seaside is a beautiful apartment, located in Calambrone, with an amazing view of the sea and fantastic sunsets! The beach is a 1 minute walk through the dunes by entering/exiting the private entrance. It's a perfect spot for a vacation to relax and have fun! It has a personal entrance with a common parking and it has all important shops at a walking distance. Livorno is only a 15 minute drive away and around 20 minutes from Pisa airport.

Studio apartment with private garden, 1 minute from the sea

Piccola marina is a charming and cozy studio with garden, a 1-minute walk to the sea and close to all amenities. Completely renovated, the accommodation has a garden with barbecue, umbrella and table for outdoor dining, laundry area, a living area with equipped kitchen, a sleeping area with double bed and a bathroom with shower. Air conditioning and free Wi-Fi are available to guests. Free parking is available in the immediate vicinity.

Brezza Marina: accommodation a stone's throw from the sea

Sea-style apartment renovated entirely and externally 50 meters from the beaches and many restaurants and aperitif bars. The apartment consists of a living room with terrace, kitchen, a double bedroom, and a single bedroom. Free street parking from September to May and for a fee in the summer months (if possible, you can park for free in the condominium courtyard, but it is not a private parking that can be booked)

Belvedereloft, the sea is just outside the house with a private descent

Belvedereloft overlooks the beautiful Quercetano Bay in Castiglioncello, a special location that makes it unique for its breathtaking view. It is part of a property whose access, that is, the gate, is the private descent to the beach, which is shared with the owners. The terraces are exclusive to the guests, but the owners can pass through. For adults only
