This place is amazing. Is quiet and close enough to drive to Pisa and Luca. Highly recommended. The host were amazing and went above and beyond to make us feel at home.

Friendly place to stay with everything you need! If you are looking for tranquility, it is the right place to relax, silence and only country noises! The pool is the highlight that completes the work...although condominium is never crowded, large, clean and 10 steps from the private garden of the house, among other things very well cared for with short grass where our dog was able to have fun in peace as it is completely fenced! Very comfortable private gazebo with chairs and barbecue practically in the house you will only sleep there. You will find yourself surrounded by the Tuscan hills, but by car not even 15 minutes away you are in Rosignano, a beautiful city that has all the amenities and beautiful white beaches. The owners are very kind and very available for anything by also giving great tips on how to get around and where to eat well and have been flexible on check-in/check-out I recommend it and hope to be back soon

Great place to stay for a weekend with three friends. Clean, well furnished and equipped with everything you need within a fifteen minute walk of the beach. Good flexibility for check-in and check out times. Great for longer stays, too!

Very clean place located in a quiet setting, real relaxation! No WiFi ! only flaw!!! but x disconnect a little bad doesn't make it!!!!x everything else is fine! Well organized,nothing is missing!

We spent 4 nights with family with two children aged 11 and 9. The house is spacious, pleasant and well equipped. The terrace is very nice at the end of the day (in the shade) and there is a swing right in front for children. The pool (shared with the other residents in the hamlet) is a big plus to cool off at the end of the day. Finally, Antonella is very responsive and constantly cares about the well-being of her guests.

Quiet accommodation in a building with lots of charm and a very beautiful landscape. Great for family rest. Very good welcome from Franscesca, Frederico's sister. Very well located for sightseeing and beach tours. However, remember to ask for clarification for the address the GPS led us to in 1 wheat fields. He can also take you on very stony paths... which have introduced us to several Italians... one of them had to take her car to drive us to Frederico's. Attention, spring bed... but we slept very well! The air conditioning in the bedrooms is very nice too. If there could be a real kettle it would be great! I would recommend this property for your holiday in Italy.

Would definitely recommend Roberto's place! The house is comfortable and Roberto is an excellent host - very helpful and kind. The house is a short walk from the station and you can even walk to the airport!

Filippo has always been very helpful and the accommodation is very well kept. Very appreciated the refrigerator for guests, the only flaws are the very uncomfortable location if not by car (the means are few, no Sundays exist) and mosquitoes! Being practically in the countryside, I highly recommend bringing mosquito remedies.

Wow, a hidden gem! Such a beautiful home with all the Tuscan charm yet delightfully modern, fun in design & functionality. Kitchen was exquisite and fully equipped. Bed was super comfortable & the top floor was dedicated, open plan, super indulgent dressing/make-up room complete with a lovely walk in shower and toilet! And Really liked the fact you have your own off street parking, particularly nice for hire car piece of mind. Linda the host is wonderful, I cant say enough about her. Equally Linda can’t do enough for you, she is incredibly helpful and super responsive if you need anything. She was so flexible and accommodating with check-in as my travel arrival plans keep changing. In short, super beautiful pad, 15minutes from the airport, 25minutes to central Pisa, 30minutes from the beach….what more do you want?! I will definitely be returning very soon.

The room is nice and clean and although the bathroom (in the room) is not very large, the environment is very pleasant and Paola was very courteous. The house is surrounded by greenery and just 2km from the walls of Lucca. A pleasant breakfast in the garden in the spirit of the B&Bs of the past: not missing hotels but places to share spaces and experiences.

Ingrid is a great host, friendly and always available to give help and advice to those who stay. The location of the place is great for Lucca comics given its proximity to the station. Beautiful stay experience!

a short and nice 10 minute walk from the station. the place is aesthetic and beautiful. I stayed there for a night and it was peaceful. Paola is a good host and treats the guests well. the stay is budget friendly as well with the inclusion of a breakfast.
