We had such a wonderful stay! The kitchen was incredibly well stocked—honestly better than my own at home—with 5-6 large pots, an Instant Pot, every spice you could think of,peelers (which saved me!), and both a NutriBullet and a regular blender. It made cooking for the family a breeze. The kid had a blast on the trampoline, and we all loved the easy beach access with calm waters perfect for swimming all day and kayaking. The beach was also perfect for a peaceful morning run, and at night we could see the lighthouse light on the water. The porch quickly became our favorite spot—we gathered there to watch a rainstorm and were treated to a stunning double rainbow. The sky was full of stars at night, creating such a peaceful atmosphere. The grill on the porch made cooking super convenient. We enjoyed being close to a large park where we played pickleball. The beds were large and comfortable—everyone slept really well. Michael was a fantastic host—very attentive and accommodating.

We had an excellent stay during a holiday weekend. Unit was as described and so much bigger than we expected. We had 6 adults and three kids and did not feel cramped at all, thanks to the spacious rooms and 3 full bathrooms. While some reviews said the unit was lacking in certain supplies (toilet paper, paper towel, etc.) we came well prepared thanks to information from the host as well as reading the reviews. The view was absolutely beautiful from the large balcony and we saw dolphins on our first night during the sunset. We really appreciated the garage parking and close proximity to the boardwalk and beach. All around excellent place to stay!

We had a great time with friends and family over the weekend at your house. it was perfectly sized and spacious. The added advantage of having access to the clubhouse was a perfect arrangement for kids. Sharing a very few things that we think can be improved upon - a. Given the winters are off peak time for this beach town and the fact that outdoor amenities are not usable such as Tennis, Basketball and Pickleball courts, the clubhouse rate is steep. b. Having to carry our own linens is not that big an issue but does add more luggage. at least towels should have been provided. c. None of the toilets had any toiletries. It was clarified before the trip that toiletries will be provided so we were caught off guard. d. The powder room which is the only toilet in the first floor, did not have Trash Can. Otherwise, it was a good outing. There was something to do for everyone. We thoroughly enjoyed. Lynn was generous enough and allowed early check-in.

Enjoyed a comfortable stay and Chip and Courtney’s home. It was clean and nicely decorated. Made us feel right at home. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed for meal preparation. Especially loved the well stocked coffee bar. Beds were comfy and bathrooms were well stocked with amenities. Chip and Courtney also left us their park pass to use at a nearby wildlife refuge park that has a nice beach. Chip and Courtney, thank you so much for being great hosts!
