John was a great host. His instructions and check in were clear and easy to follow. He also had an awsome guide to local restaurants and grocery stores. John was also easy to contact and responded quickly. He was also flexable and allowed us to check in 2 hours early. I would definitely suggest this apartment to anyone looking for a place to stay in DC.

We enjoyed staying at Jeffery’s house. It wasn’t anything extravagant but did the job. Jeffery offered lots of recommendations and we even went to one of his restaurant recommendations twice because it was so good. Downside was that the thermostat for the heater is not in the unit so I had to text Jeffery when we needed it adjusted but he was very quick to reply and get it adjusted. One of the beds had what looked to be dog hair on it and that would be my only complaint.

A cozy bedroom is presented with a patterned bedspread covering a spacious bed. The walls feature decorative phrases and butterflies. A closet with sliding doors is visible, along with a nightstand and a light fixture. Soft carpeting completes the inviting space.

Jean Paul was very friendly and extremely accommodating. Anything I needed, he assisted with. The location of the house was great in a peaceful neighborhood not too far from the metro station. I loved the convenience of checking in on my own time and being able to come and go willingly. Overall, great stay and yes I would stay again!

Really happy to have found this rental. The host was amazing and her home reflected everything on the description. I was hesitant with all of the stairs with toddlers, but it was perfectly fine. Sizing of rooms was great, and each guest essentially had their own restroom. Definitely would recommend for anyone considering travel to this area.

We enjoyed our stay. nice clean home. We enjoyed the back yard area. I love that it wasn’t crowded. My guest had plenty of space.

It was a pleasure to stay in Donna's house, the red room is very special and it's a beautiful neighborhood around the park. We were about to drop up our luggage earlier than the check in time which was very helpful!

This rental was exactly as described and perfect for my 2 day stay to catch a couple of games at Nationals Park. It's a very convenient and quick walk to many places including the metro to explore the city. It is an older home and it shows in places, but you can't beat the price for the location. Hotels in the area were 3x-8x more expensive for the cheapest rooms! It is a shared home with other rooms being rented, so keep in mind you may have temporary roommates! My only real negative for the property is that it is not located in the best of neighborhoods, I was even told that by people who lived there as I walked around or sat on the porch. While it didn't bother me at all being used to such places, it could for sure make some people feel wary and I wouldn't recommend the property if you're travelling with kids. Overall for the right kind of traveler this is a can't miss spot that I personally will be staying at again!
