Guests have their own large yard, grill, and covered back patio. There is river access for fishing, two fire pits, tubes and a canoe for use. We welcome folks of all identities!

The River Time house is absolutely beautiful! It’s the perfect spot right by the river, offering a peaceful and scenic setting. The house is well-equipped with everything you need, including a cozy fireplace, a barbecue, and plenty of fun things to do. We loved the time we spent there—such a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Lindsay was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout. Highly recommended!

We had a great stay! The house was perfect for our group of 13. There was lots to do on property and the view is incredible! The hosts were great. We had an issue arise and the hosts had a maintenance person on site within an hour. We would definitely recommend this place!

This is a lovely room in a lovely home! I needed a place to stay at the last minute and Sarah responded immediately. Even though she couldn't be home when I arrived, she sent me clear instructions and I had no problems getting in. I was greeted by her sweet little dog Lily, who doesn't bark but loves to be petted. The bedroom is large and has everything you need, including a desk, a television, bedside lamps, and hangars in the large closet (things that have been sorely lacking in several Air BnBs I have stayed in recently). The bathroom was also large, with towels and soap and all super clean. In short, a very comfortable place to stay when you are in the area. I will definitely stay here again the next time I'm in the area!

We had a great stay! The place was peaceful, clean, and spacious. Loved the trails on the property and the sunroom was my favorite spot for morning coffee. The kids enjoyed cozy movie nights by the fireplace. The outdoor fire pit was perfect for keeping warm, and the gazebo looks great for summer. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the welcome gift was a nice touch. Would love to come back in the summer with friends!
