Probably the best value I've ever had using air bnb. Extremely spacious, 12ft tall ceilings, had a little loft space that the kids absolutely loved. The location speaks for itself and I'm very happy with the cost.

This location was perfect for our trip! The location of the rental was such a neat spot. lots of space and in walking distant to several restaurants and bars! The place was very clean and the hosts were always immediate with responses to our questions!

I loved it here! It was clean and comfortable, and a great location in the downtown area. Lots of restaurants/shops within a 5-10 minute walk. Allyson and Pat were both very pleasant and quick to respond if anything came up. I would definitely recommend staying here. :)

Great place to stay and in a great space. It is literally across the street from the Carson Center, which is why I was in town. I will be considering staying in this location again if ever back in the area.

We come to Paducah almost monthly and would definitely stay at Erika’s place again. It was bigger than I was expecting and was the perfect setup. We actually ended up sleeping in the Murphy bed in the front room because then we could watch tv in bed and it was super comfy. We ended up needing some more toilet paper and coffee pods and she was happy to bring us more. It’s very close to everything which was great, the only thing I would note is that it is off a busier road so you do hear some traffic, but it wasn’t enough to bother us.

If you're coming to Paducah for a stay, these are the condos to stay at ! What a great place to stay in Paducah ! The condo was very clean, nicely appointed and well decorated. Location was perfect and right in the middle of the historical downtown are of Paducah. Parking was easy and secure in the back. The internet speed and coverage was very good. David was an awesome host who was very helpful and very good at communicating. He made sure we could find the condo easily and get in without any issues.

This was a great location and the accommodations were great. There are some narrow stairs to get up to the apartment. Parking was not available right in front of the building the evening we got there. There was plenty to do and see within walking distance. We hope to come back and would hope to get this place again.

This was the perfect place to stay to explore LowerTown and enjoy Paducah. The space was immaculately clean and immediately felt like a home.

It was great to stay at Jan’s home. It was beautifully decorated for Christmas. Just what we needed! Very quiet with an easy walk to the “wall” and shopping area. We hope to stay there again.

Very resplendent! Absolutely love the theater below and views of the brick laid streets in historic downtown. Bed was really comfortable and kept me resting throughout the night. Alissa is very responsive and provides everything one would need for a night or weekend stay in downtown Paducah. Would definitely stay here again.

This is a fantastic AirBNB! You will literally have all you need and more. Everything is as described in the listing, so there are no disappointments. You'll be staying in the best part of Paducah, right in the middle of the arts district and within walking distance of downtown. I can't say enough about how pleased I was with both the living space and my hosts, Jay and Char. If you want a first-rate stay in Paducah, look no further!
