Great house for our girls weekend. Jamestown is so cute and we decided to eat out for the weekend but the kitchen was stocked if we’re to stay in. SteveO is a great host and great communicator. The hot tub was perfect. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend to anyone visiting the area.

Really enjoyed this stay!! The hot tub was perfect for the chilly nights during the weekend, the kitchen was furnished with snacks, the bed was supremely comfortable, and the windows brought in great sunlight. Would absolutely recommend it, and hope to stay again in the future.

Had a wonderful time celebrating my wife’s birthday there!! The place is super cozy and cute and the hot tub is perfect! Christina the host made sure everything was clean and spotless for us plus the house had a guide with instructions about the place e recommendations about what was around… we will definitely come back soon! 2 days in paradise was not enough!

Art is simply amazing to deal with for a host very responsive, home is beautiful right on the lake plenty of room for 2 -3 families..this is our 3rd year staying and hands down our favorite airbnb.

We had a great stay! The back porch was perfect for hanging out near the firepit, grilling at the barbecue and enjoying the hot tub. The back pier was a great place to spot jellyfish and watch the sunset, and it was close to nice beaches.

We loved our short but sweet stay at Casa Sebastian. The ambience and decor are so thoughtful and we immediately felt at home. The Duplo blocks were an instant mood booster to our frustrated toddler (as was looking out the windows in the loft). The walk to the beach along the wooden boardwalk and path was short and a fun activity for our son. Even on a rainy day, we felt cozy and at ease listening to the rain and watching movies. I have been going to Provincetown for nearly 40 years. This cottage was the best stay in terms of location--close to Commercial Street and town beach access--while being on a fairly quiet street. Great off-street parking spot, too. The space itself is small yet very well-appointed. The private deck and courtyard in the back is a bonus. The space was clean and felt welcoming. Nathaniel was friendly and responsive to questions prior to the stay. Rabbits in the front yard were a special treat each morning. I highly recommend this cottage for your stay in Provincetown!

We had such an amazing time at Anne’s beachfront cottage. My girlfriend, pup and I spent about a week there to celebrate my birthday and staying here while on the island made it such a stress free trip. The house was well-stocked with supplies, towels, and pantry items that we would have otherwise forgotten to bring. The LOCATION was unbeatable, close to everything while still being secluded from the main road. The backyard views were immaculate, sitting on the beach for the sunset and enjoying the breeze, playing in the water with the dog. We all loved it! My only minor complaint is that the beach got a bit dirty with seaweed by the end of our stay, but I know that’s unavoidable due to the position within the cove. We would definitely come back for a future stay on the Vineyard!

Sweet, cozy house that’s perfect for 2-3 people. Very comfortable bathroom and kitchen, esp for a smaller house. Great outdoor space and loved the rope swing!

Michael and Tej share their listings and we ended up staying in Tej's place. The accommodation, communication and kindness were exceptional. The place was really tastefully done, immaculate, and comfortable. We enjoyed lounging around with coffee on the porch on our slow mornings, walked to everything, and slept well, listening to the sound of the wind and the birds. Mike was so friendly and kind to communicate with, and small touches of care and cleanliness separate this from other places we stay in Ptown.

Great little cottage. The only “complaint” would be that the king bed is a little worn in but otherwise very comfortable and the shower does leak water so just be sure to lop it up and put some towels down, otherwise fantastic stay.

Despite the door’s un-latching issue due to a fault door knob, Michael and John were very easy to reach, and provided a fast solution. This place is in a wonderful section of P-Town that was both close to all of the action, and also felt remote and private. For my family (gf and two kids; 9yrs old & 18mo old), this cottage was the perfect size for us. To take advantage of the exceptional off-season price, we cooked all three nights of our stay. The place was stocked with all of the essentials, and there was even a packet of taco seasoning that we forgot to grab during our grocery run. We had such a wonderful time, that we’re planning on returning this time next year as a new family tradition. Thank you Michael and John for providing us the opportunity to have a wonderful escape for the week.

We traveled to the cape for a youth soccer tournament and wanted to find a place with room for our family and dog. Daniel's cottage was perfect for our family of 4 - a nice cozy cottage with beach access, all the comforts of home, and a great location. Daniel was a great host - proactive friendly location and a clean house with everything we needed.

Such a cute cottage! Very nicely decorated, very clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed the area - we were there to enjoy some biking and there are some great trails nearby. There is quite a bit of road noise (trucks, sirens) from the nearby highway - this was not noticeable inside the cottage but while we were on the deck. But it's still very nice to sit outside - we saw geese, swans, osprey, and gulls. A very pleasant place to enjoy a relaxing weekend.

Carol is a great host. We had a small issue with the front door screen locking up and she came over right away and let us in. She is very responsive and responsible. I forgot my medication when I left and she was kind enough to mail it back to me immediately. She has a been a great host and I hope more hosts are like Carol. It rained the whole time we were there so we did not get a chance to check out the lakes around there but I am sure they are great. There is a mall near by with bowling so we did that instead. Thank you Carol for everything. Cheers

One of the best getaways we've had so far. The location was nicely situated away from the crowds and the traffic. The neighborhood is very quiet. 2 rabbits reside somewhere on the property. They came to visit every morning and evening. We enjoyed feeding them strawberries. We used the bikes which were maintained very well. You may want to bring a car that can handle packing up the kayaks. Water access is not walkable. But, you can ride bikes to restaurants, shops, and market. We loved the space. Perfect size for a couple. The kitchen had everything we needed. We ordered groceries from Shaws. Saved a lot of money cooking and eating in most nights.

Susan greeted me on arrival. Showed me around the studio. Let me know if i needed anything they were nearby.I had a lovely time as the studio is tucked into a little wooded area and very private. A really nice setup inside. I had everything i needed !!

We had a fantastic stay at Bruce’s cottage! Great rustic cottage right on the beach, perfect for a “slower pace” vacation away from crowds and hustle/bustle. Bruce and his wife are very friendly, very available for questions, and were pleasantly flexible with us on checkout timing really allowing us to maximize our last day on the cape. Will absolutely visit again!

We had a wonderful stay at Maria’s peaceful cottage. Nestled in a beautiful, private neighborhood, it was the perfect way to spend a long weekend away from the city. We really enjoyed waking up to her beautiful landscaping. The beach parking pass for the various neighborhood beaches and ponds is such an added bonus. The location made it easy to access Falmouth, Hyannis and other popular Cape areas. Maria is a great host, very responsive and gave clear instructions.

What a great find! Very clean and comfy. Great deck in back. We enjoyed our morning coffee w/the peaceful view and sea birds. Wonderful host. 5 stars is not enough. Also, very accessible to Uber. Perfect weekend!
