Vacation rentals in Pike County

I wish it were possible to give more than five stars! This place was so great. Fully stocked, and we even got a few eggs from the resident chickens. There was also a shaded walking path across the road. And checkout was hands-down the easiest ever.

Megan and Kyle's farm stay cottage is awesome! Located in a very safe and quiet area. Something petty but its rare that an airbnb provides kleenex and this one does! I just really appreciate not having to use TP for tissue. The place has everything you would need and more! Dont sleep on the egg maker for quick hard boiled eggs! The fresh eggs were so good! Bed was super comfy too! The ducks and chickens go about their business first thing in the morning and they're so cute to see! You might spot some pretty farm kitties too! The goats and baby goats are adorable but honestly it was their livestock guardian dog, Ace that stole the show!!! He's sweet as can be and loves pets! I picked up some blueberries from the farmers market in Troy because google told me they're good treats for chickens and ducks but they didn't really have an interest in them. However, Ace loved them!! So if you bring treats (maybe not blueberries lol) for farms animals don't forget something for Ace too!

The Retreat on Madison was such a cute place!!!!! Plenty of room and so clean. Walking distance to downtown! Highly recommend & can’t wait to visit again!!

Wonderfully quaint place close to the town square and the center of activities like restaurants and community events. Great place, great location, great host!

It is so nice after a day of travel to find such a clean place to stay, very cozy and comfortable. Did I mention clean!!

Can't say enough good things about our stay at Farmcharm. Everything was exactly as advertised in the description, but what's hard to articulate in words is the loveliness of the living space & property and how friendly & responsive Rob and Dawn are. It was our first extended stay in Alabama to catch some Troy University baseball games, and Farmcharm truly felt like a cozy home away from home to return to each evening. All of the little personal touches, combined with the hospitality & attentiveness of Rob and Dawn will make Farmcharm our go-to place to stay for future visits!

My guys absolutely loved staying here. This was their first time trying this property in Troy while working in the area. They love it more than the usual one, so I definitely see us booking this one again next time if it is available!

This is our second stay. We go to Troy to see the grandkids and they always love seeing the horses that are there.

Had a few days of work in Troy only 8 minutes up the road, nice area great house. Beds were very comfortable and clean. I will definitely stay here again when I come back in a month!! 100 stars if I could, I definitely recommend to anyone.
