This is the best Airbnb in Rolla! Constance and Courtney are amazing hosts, and communication from them is top notch. They truly care about each client and will make sure you enjoy your stay and have a great experience. The apartment is immaculate and fully stocked with everything you’ll need. It’s also in a very quiet community. The apartment is beautifully decorated and spacious. It’s very comfortable and cozy and feels like your home away from home. It exceeded our expectations and will continue to be the only Airbnb we choose when we visit Rolla.

A spacious bedroom features a large bed with a decorative quilt and several pillows. Two bedside tables with lamps flank the bed, and a ceiling fan provides overhead air circulation. Light beige walls complement the soft, neutral carpet.

This little apartment was perfect for my family of five. It was super clean and exactly as described. There were plenty of linens and laundry supplies. What a great little place. We will stay again!

Chuck was easy to contact and accommodating for early check in as we arrived to town earlier than expected. This was an extremely clean and cozy place to stay. The neighborhood is quiet making our stay very peaceful and relaxing. Beds are comfortable with clean linen which allowed us a wonderful nights rest. Highly recommend place to stay.

The Winchester was absolutely adorable! All the little extras were thought of (bottled water in the fridge, biscotti by the coffee maker, flossers in the bathroom, white noise machines on each bed stand to name a few!). Terrill and Tamara were excellent hosts and I highly recommend staying at this property. I know I will the next time I come to St James!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The house was spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated. Kitchen had everything you could ever need and we appreciated the large laundry area and access to the garage. WiFi was also great as I had to work a bit during our stay. Check in was a breeze! Kathy posted clear instructions on the fridge along with local recommendations. We got a chance to visit wineries and had dinner at Sybill’s which was a treat! I would highly recommend Kathy’s place to anyone staying in the area!

This is a great home nice back patio, nice neighborhood, easy to get to main roads nice restaurants and Wal-Mart down the road gas stations all right there and a great donut shop with a drive through. We would definitely stay here again.
