This was a great home to stay at as we visited family nearby. We had plenty of space, felt safe, and the lake is so pretty! Frank and Martha were very responsive.

Cyn's place is exactly same as the photos on the web. Specially, the view from terrace is great and peaceful. It is great neighborhood for walking. unfortunately I didn't get a chance to swim in front of house. but, I sow neighbors were swimming. The room is big enough and super clean. I appreciate to Cyn for the great experience in NC. I will definitely visit again for longer period later.

If you want to get away from your busy lifestyle this cottage is exactly what you need. Go to the grocery store before arriving. Enjoy cooking here. The kitchen will have pots, pans and other cooking accessories. Enjoy all your meals at the table while looking outside. The view is beautiful. Take advantage of making s'mores at the fire pit while watching the sun go down. If fishing is your thing you will love it here. Roberta and Frank are great hosts. They are very responsive. They had awesome recommendations. The cottage was extremely clean. We will definitely be coming back.

We enjoyed every moment in this lovely home. The views are stunning, the beds are very comfortable and the house is warm and inviting. We cooked, drink, laughed, fished and napped in the sun. Perfect getaway.

Charming house on the water in an equally charming town. We came because we had a family event in Elizabeth City, But would be a wonderful longer stay for family. Hope to come back. Linda was very helpful.
