Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Pensacola Beach, Escambia County

Family came down for Memorial Day weekend which turned into a celebration of life for my Uncle. The space was clean and accommodated the 7 of us that stayed. The kitchen and eating area was perfect for us to have family meals and share memories. Would definitely stay again when we go back.

My family spent the week in Pensacola while my husband worked for the local FHP troop, we attended to get away from hurricane Milton. This house was everything we could’ve asked for, it felt just like a mix of our home and my late father in laws home. We loved the decor and organization! The kids loved the guest rooms and my husband and slept peacefully in the master. The master shower is AMAZING and the back yard was so peaceful every morning while I enjoyed my coffee, the cardinals and I became friends lol. 10/10 recommend this home! We will most definitely be booking it again on our next visit! So much solitude and love in that home! Thank you for sharing your home with us!

The bungalow getaway was the perfect place for our little family to make some memories! It was clean, super cute, and baby and pet friendly! We greatly enjoyed our stay!

My family would ABSOLUTELY stay here again and if available, we want to stay here next year! This home was BETTER than expected! I have a large family and it accommodated 11 people VERY comfortably. The home was extremely spacious and clean. We felt ‘right at home’ and complimented the owner multiple times a day. The home had everything - from everyday supplies to board games to beach gear. The outdoor space was an absolute plus and so well thought of. We highly recommend this home!

Comfy and fun! The pool was my favorite part! Plenty of essentials were provided, there were no bugs inside, and the location is just about perfect. A few things to mention, I wasn't able to close one of the bathroom doors, the door/doorway might be expanded from humidity or something, so it just could not close. The other bathroom toilet is a bit tricky to flush, I was nervous that I wouldn't be able to flush it, so I just used the other bathroom!

The house is very nice and has all the amenities. It is very well furnished.

This has been our favorite Airbnb stay so far. I am thankful we got the opportunity to stay here. Everything we could have needed was provided. We enjoyed the sunrise and sunsets on the deck. It was so enjoyable to watch the boats go by on the river. We caught fish off the bottom deck, and also enjoyed kayaking. We would love to stay here again sometime.

Perfect Beach Getaway! We had an amazing stay at this beautiful cottage! The location was unbeatable—just minutes from the ocean with many amenities (tennis court, pickleball courts, heated pool). The house was spotless, spacious, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The kitchen had all the essentials for cooking, and an outdoor grill. Communication with the host/Brad was excellent; Brad was friendly and very responsive. If you're looking for a peaceful retreat with easy beach access, this is the place to be.

So cute! So charming! So thoughtful! The inside of Vickie's place is just adorable and she really has thought of EVERYTHING. From chip clips to a magnifying mirror to a comfy mattress topper -- the place it set up for any needs that might arise. Her location is perfect as it's about 20 minutes from the beach, 10 minutes from downtown and really 5-10 from whatever else you might be doing (including the Handlebar for. concert or McGuire's for some seriously good food!). It would be no hesitation to book with her again! She is considerate with her house explanations and very responsive. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay!

it was really well kept. the neighborhood was peaceful. the neighbors are friendly. it felt private even with other people staying.

Great location in a nice neighborhood. Close to Pensacola and the beach. Lots of restaurants nearby. The backyard was fantastic. So relaxing with a fire pit. Would definitely visit again when in the area.

Karen's place was just what we needed for a one night stay with two children! I was nervous when we arrived at first, as I don't typically stay in places connected to the house or where others are in close proximity, but Ms. Karen and her husband made us feel so welcomed and comfortable that we were at ease with staying in the attached apartment. The girls loved every addition that was specifically for kids. The unit was very clean and cozy. We would definitely stay again! Thanks for a wonderful stay! ☺️

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb—definitely one of the best we've experienced. The home was exactly as described: clean, well-equipped, and secure with attentive security guards. Parking was always available, which made things super convenient. The location is fantastic, with grocery stores and restaurants nearby. The highlight was the stunning, unobstructed ocean views and easy beach access. The helpful beach staff made relaxing days even better. We highly recommend this spot and will gladly stay again on our next visit!!

Wonderful Beachfront Property! The accommodations met and exceeded all expectations. The condo was immaculately kept, the balcony views incredible, everything you could possibly need was provided.

Sidney was a great and helpful Host! She was available and responsive, and the condo was so cute and clean. It was also a great location for the accessing the beach. She also had a wagon for us to use so we could easily transport our things from the condo to the beach. The beach exact had showers on the way out, so it was easy to clean off before heading back to the condo, and there is a really nice pool as well. The beaches were so beautiful and we had the best time! The condo had some complimentary snacks which was so thoughtful after our long drive. It was the perfect size for me, my husband and our one year old and having the pack n play available was so helpful, Highly recommend Sidney as a host and her condo as a great place to stay on Fort Walton. Thanks Sidney!
