We provide all the necessities, just bring your crew and a sense of adventure. Hiking, biking, boating, wildlife viewing and fishing are all just steps away. Explore the nearby town of Metaline Falls where you can walk along old rail lines and see the architectural remnants of the area’s mining history.

Relax and recharge in this picturesque wooded setting with a beautiful view of Sacheen Lake. The cabin is decorated beautifully throughout with a Native-American motif. Take in the view from the wall of living room windows, the deck, the lower-level patio, or from the dock on the water. When the weather is warm, enjoy sunbathing, swimming, or fishing. Bring your a ski-boat, or jet skis (boat launch nearby), or use our kayaks. Be aware, tho, if you're not in shape the path could be a struggle.

Gorgeous Lake view! Private beach, rowboat w/ electric motor, 2 kayaks, canoe. Great fishing. Kid poles and gear provided. Sand & water toys, wood and gas fire pits. Inside there are comfy beds, movies, puzzles and games offer fun for the entire family. Comes with WiFi and a Smart TV. Access to house and beach via stairs. Only a few open spots left in the summer to enjoy Nana's lake house on Diamond Lake, but September is usually beautiful and relaxing.

Kirtland Cutter Rock House

Stay in a piece of history - the Rock House of Metaline Falls was built by renowned architect Kirtland Cutter in 1910 and is one of the most unique homes on the National Register of Historic Places. The Rock House sits on a scenic bend of the Pend Oreille River just outside the town center of Metaline Falls, an outdoor recreation paradise and hotspot of regional architecture that also hosts the famous Cutter Theater.

The house is a 4 bedroom 2 bath and you will have access to everything with the exception of the master suite (1 bedroom and 1 bathroom). Large deck overlooking the river with fantastic views. Can sleep 8 if you want to use our blow up bed.

Lake Front Cabin - 60acre property - 80 acre lake

Our 60-acre property is on a no motor 80-acre lake in a magical remote park like setting. About 30 minutes Priest River/Newport. The cabin is where we enjoyed many weekends and summer vacations when our kids were. Eventually we built a home next door to the berm house. There are 12 houses in our quiet valley. Guests enjoy paddling, fishing, hiking, running, road biking, reading etc. No events.
