This is a 1 bedroom/studio; 1 mile to Wichita State University and Wesley Hospital, great shared outdoor space. We live here and we use our house. Our normal routine is in full swing. We are social and welcome guest interaction, but will also leave you to yourself - it's up to you! Regarding pets - Unfortunately we can not allow any pets including service animals. We have 2 large dogs on property and city law prohibits more than 2 pets at each residence in the city limits.

This place is great for anyone wanting to feel like they are away from the city without going too far. River access, fire pit and tons of space to relax outside and just soak in nature. The accommodations also encourage you to get outside and take in nature. 2 sleeping areas are in entirely different buildings, which wasnt a problem for me, but may be information that is needed for a larger group. The internet is great and I was able to do all my work while there. Was even able to watch some turkeys walk around the property while answering emails, which was a great experience.

Jennifer was an amazing host. She was very responsive and great to work with! The house has so much space! There are three bedrooms and 2 bathrooms upstairs, another bathroom on the main floor and downstairs there are two more bedrooms and a bathroom. We loved the amenities! There was a pool table, darts, hot tub, big jenga blocks outside and a plethora of board games. There were also two large tables to eat at and a large TV in the living room. The mall was less than 20 minutes away along with plenty of places to eat. I would definitely recommend staying here if you visit Wichita!

This was the perfect location for visiting friends in the Peabody/Hillsboro area. The location is quiet, easy to get to, clean and close to a convienient store should you need any immediate essentials. The only recommendation I would make is to add a blackout curtain to the bedroom window - for those who are light sensitive sleepers, the room gets very bright as soon as the sun rises. Overall enjoyed my stay, and would rent again when I visit Kansas.

Communication with Chris and Darla was easy and efficient. Friendly neighborhood, house corresponds exactly to the description. Short drives to retail and entertainment/sights (Cosmosphere and Strataca). Really glad I got to spent a couple of nights at this place.

This was a great home for our needs on this trip. What appeared to be a former garage turned bedroom was an impressive feature adding the two twin beds. We didn't use the backyard or laundry machines, so I don't have feedback for how they'd be used, but the backyard would have been fun for kids to run around in if we had the extra time this trip. The kitchen and living room were nice & central gathering places with two bedrooms on one end of the house & two bedrooms on the other. I actually highly recommend this home to families with infants especially because there's no stairs to worry about! We would stay here again next time we visit Hutch.
