King bed in bedroom and a daybed in the den with beautiful velvet sofa for tons of seating. Newly renovated bathroom with big shower. There you will find well-known restaurants, book stores, boutiques, and more. New guest suite completed March 2025 in the heart of the Oxford historic district. Calming, peaceful, Spanish revival vibe. A half mile walk to the Square and 1 mile walk to Ole Miss campus and athletic events. Guest suite is attached to the main house (separated by an interior breezeway), separate exit and entrance is down a walkway on the left side of the home with keypad entry/exit. Stackable washer and dryer as well as microwave, drink fridge, and Nespresso coffee maker.
