Cute cottage near UCF & trails. No cleaning fee

Our cottage is nestled behind Oviedo’s oldest home. The cottage boasts lots of windows with a beautiful view of the outdoors. Inside the cottage is a queen-size bed, table for 2-4, kitchenette with refrigerator, toaster and microwave, TV with Netflix and Prime, plus WiFi. There is a tall claw foot tub which can be difficult for people with mobility issues. The cottage is connected to the main house but has its own entrance and guests have complete privacy. There are no shared spaces.

Must see pictures! is located in our one acre property behind our house (very private) the parking is on the side of our house next to our carport and you will go through a gate and follow the path to the airstream. Welcome to life on Tropical ! Our tiny home is located right outside of Oviedo. About 20 mins away from UCF and an hour from Cocoa and most major theme Parks. We live down the street from Lake Mills Park which is a beautiful park with a great lake you are welcome to use our water crafts too! *Please note that the ladder to access the loft above the restroom is not secured to the wall and is moveable. If you proceed to book use at your own risk.

When the world seems crazy, sometimes you need to escape. The venues are separated on thirty acres. This is my Man Cave located in my airplane hanger. An eclectic collection of stuff is hung from the ceiling and walls. This is a fun space with a bar, microwave, satellite-TV, fireplace, Wi-Fi and air conditioning. The bed is located in the loft. Danville is a glamping experience.
