Such an enjoyable weekend! Home was perfectly placed near the weekend golf courses and a short drive to downtown Gaylord for nightly restaurant enjoyment. The arcade machine was our favorite part! Thank you for a great weekend.

We love the Gaylord area! Reasonable distance to Mackinac Island and all the wonderful places and beautiful wildlife.

Timothy was an excellent host. He was very responsive to my initial questions as someone who is newer to renting an AirBnB and was quick to help when I called about an issue with one of the smoke alarms on arrival (extremely minor, just a faulty battery, but I wanted to make sure to ask before deactivating it). Overall a nice place to stay, I would definitely return in the future!

Great house - great host - great location! Stayed with some friends for a weekend of skiing. Jake was a great host and made sure we were well taken care of. The hot tub was great after a long day of skiing and the area was beautiful.

We have stayed at Timber Valley multiple times as a family and it is always a yearly highlight getaway for us. Kristi's place is very cozy and inviting especially being surrounded by the woods and nature. The house is the perfect size for our family of six and we have even had additional family stay with is in the past with more than enough room to accommodate our needs. Kristi is always responsive and helpful with any questions or concerns that come up. You can't go wrong with a stay at Timber Valley!

Great location in a beautiful setting. Amanda was very responsive and the house was perfect for our weekend. Also the pool, hot tub and sauna were a great bonus!

House was charming and comfortable. Location is great for getting on the river, and very close to town for everything else. Host was helpful and friendly, zero problems. More expensive for a short stay than we would usually do, but understandable given the prime location and amenities.

Shelly’s place was perfect for our group. The cottage was super clean and comfy. Super appreciative of the awesome water pressure to help get every bit of the dust from the trails washed off. :) We would rebook if riding in the area again. Was off season for the water activities, but there is a canoe, kayaks and small boat plus little beach area to enjoy. Really enjoyed the peacefulness of the area with morning coffee. Relaxed around the fire pit while Northern lights viewing too! Shelly was very hospitable and responsive from pre-booking to end. Would book with her again!

Kathy was such a great hostess last year we came back & everything was exactly the same. Fantastic communication & home to share when in the area.

I feel that for the Price and The up north cabin feeling inside everything was perfect! When I first got there, I was putting the code in wrong for the door, but they answered and walked me through it immediately. Everything else was wonderful. Great Homie feeling, and very relaxing after a long day of hunting.

Absolutely gorgeous house, everything very well cleaned and the host was very responsive and friendly. Would come back without a second though.

Can't say enough about this place! Some reviews mentioned having issues finding it, but with the signs for the house, we found it quickly and easily. There are a couple neighbors on either side, but they are spread out and the house felt quiet and private. There is easy access to Mio which is small but has everything you need. We also had great access to plenty of great grouse hunting. The setting was beautiful with large windows. This was probably the most well-stocked Airbnb I've ever been in in terms of kitchen equipment, games, drinkware, etc. The space is really divided into 2 areas with the game room/bar area providing the rustic cabin vibes we were looking for during our stay and the main home providing plenty of comfort and space. There was a TV in the game room with an HDMI but no channels or anything to plug into it, so if you want to watch TV make sure you bring something to plug in. The Wi-Fi in the house was great, but doesn't extend into the game room very well.

We had a wonderful stay at their lodge. The host was incredibly kind, considerate, and welcoming—one of the best we've experienced so far. The place had everything we needed, with plenty of thoughtful amenities. The home was very clean, and we especially enjoyed the cozy basement area. The large yard was peaceful and quiet, perfect for relaxing. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and serene stay!

My second stay here. Looking forward to coming back.

This was a last second find for staying in the area for work. Beds were great and a comfortable space. If you want to get away from busy cities, this is the place!

Alisha was VERY helpful, communicated very well and quick responses on all questions asked. My crew was in the area restoring power from the terrible ice/snow storm from the prior week. She welcomed us into her home! Thank you again for being able to help us and letting us stay!

Gerald is a great host. The place was perfect for us three trout guys. The place was immaculate and well stocked. Gerald was accessible and responsive when I had a question. This is now our go to place for Au sable fishing trips.

Myself and family had a wonderful stay. It was so peaceful and beautiful scenery. The place was clean and well stocked. We had a great time on the kayaks and John boat. The hosts were accommodating and there was great communication.

Walk out basement to the few steps to get to the beach area. Well stocked kitchen. Recommend bringing your own water if desired ( well water I believe) . Beautiful sunsets. Game room was fun .. bring quarters to play though . Highly recommend
