Pj’s place met our expectations. Beautiful location. Beautiful view from 3rd floor balcony! Had a great family vacation! Will be back again!

Diane’s condo was absolutely amazing. The ocean view was spectacular. The condo was spacious, uncluttered, and exceptionally clean. Diane was extremely easy to communicate with and responded quickly to all of my emails. I would definitely chose to stay at Diane’s property again.

This is a fantastic beach home. My large family enjoyed every minute of our stay. Steve was very responsive and helpful - the business-side of our vacation was easy and straightforward. The rooms and home itself had literally everything we could want. The décor inside and out was very tasteful and the kitchen was well appointed; plenty of gear for our crew of kids and adults. The family agreed this was one of our best holidays ever. We hope to return for a repeat!

This is our 3rd year returning to the Emerald Isle area. We’ve stayed in Emerald Isle, Indian Beach, and in this condo in Atlantic Beach. The location is convenient to restaurants and attractions in Morehead City but also close enough to EI to take the kids (almost 11 year old twin boys) to the Salty Pirate waterpark for a day. We loved Simply Natural Creamery for amazing ice cream and Mexican dining at Costa Bonita in Morehead City. I love finding boutique fitness studios when I vacation and this year Vault Cycle was fantastic (spin classes & more with very welcoming members and instructors). At the resort, we loved the beach access, pool with water slide (and snack bar), the onsite mini golf and basketball courts. Having daily events like food trucks, tie-dye, poolside bingo, and beach yoga available was a nice surprise. Lighten your packing load— at the time of our stay, multiple boogie boards/chairs were available, as well as basic toiletries/paper products.

We recently stayed at DJ's place and had an amazing experience. The house is a very short walk to the beach access (2 houses down), you can see and hear the beach from the porch, the house was well laid out and had ample room. The house was very clean and had everything you could need. We appreciated that linens were included and the kitchen had everything we needed. Overall, everything was nearly perfect and we'll definitely be back.

Like always I had a great time very peaceful and quiet. Love the atmosphere.

We had a great stay at Matt's place! The house is everything that is said! Checking in was easy and Matt always answered promptly when we messaged him. It is a very easy walk to the beach. Me and the family had a great time for 5 days at Matt's, kitchen is well stocked with everything you need. Beds are comfortable, a to die for couch and great family room. Would definitely return if possible ! Thanks for everything Matt!

House was so close to the beach access. I have honestly stayed at ocean front houses that had farther walks to get on the beach. Also multiple restaurants and a doughnut shop all within easy walk of house. Deck had plenty of seating and a couple benches that converted into a picnic table. Great for sitting out and eating dinner on deck with the sunset and partial ocean view. Kim was great at communicating and an excellent host. We really enjoyed our stay.

We always enjoy staying at Wallace Meadows Farm! It has everything we need and more. So relaxing and quiet. It is absolutely beautiful! It was even decorated for Christmas. LOVE! We look forward to returning soon.

Hilda was very helpful and responsive. Her home was perfect for our family vacation, we loved sitting on the porch and enjoying the views. The beach access is a short walk across the street. The home was very comfortable to stay in, a nice quiet neighborhood. Restaurants and grocery stores are only about 10 minutes away. We would definitely stay again. Thank you Hilda!

Our family of four had a great time at David's place. The kids loved the swings and my husband and I enjoyed sitting on the front porch. Enjoyable walk to downtown, local coffee shop and the water front. Had everything we needed to cook Thanksgiving dinner. Kids are already asking to go back and we agree!

Chris and Bill are awesome and so is their Airbnb! They were so friendly and really made us feel welcome and at home. I hope we get to sail another regatta down there-we’d definitely stay with Chris and Bill again!!

We love everything about the Yates Cottage. The peaceful surroundings and beautiful view soothed my soul — so much so, that we already have plans to return soon! I was up at first light each morning to greet the sunrise, and then saw the sunset at days’ end. A kingfisher and great blue heron kept me company each morning to see the birds start to take flight. Don’t forget to take your binoculars — the Cape Lookout Lighthouse is directly across the Sound and you can see pods of dolphin and pelicans fishing. If you are an avid birder, as I am, the Tundra swans are early this year, and can be seen nearby in Davis. Nothing could be finer than our visit here — we are blessed to have found the Cottage.

Jillian's space was an excellent find. We have stayed in the complex before (booked through a local agent), but always on a lower floor. Jillian's place gives a beautiful view of the beach rather than the dunes. Easy in and out. Any issues were quickly resolved...in fact we facetimed to resolve a tv connection glitch. Kitchen is stocked with plenty of pots and pans, dishes, etc. I always travel with my nutribullet so didn't look for a blender. TONS of linens, blankets, and extra towels. All the comforts of a home away from home. Beach chairs, umbrells, and sand toys available for use. Note: Top floor means walking 3 flights of steps so do not book if you have any walking issues. Better note: If time allows and you are looking for a self guided excursion I highly recommend Island Ferry Adventures out of Beaufort. I took 2 tours through them. The first to Sand Dollar Island and the second to Bird Shoals. I found sand dollars and shells at each, though Bird Shoals was my favorite!

We just completed our third stay with Marilyn. Our family absolutely loves this spot. It's so nice that our family of 6 can fit fairly comfortably and it's especially great that there are two full bathrooms. We also love how well kept the property grounds are, as well as how easy it is to get to the beach. We just got home a little while ago and my 4 teens are already talking about planning our next trip! Thank you Marilyn!

My wife and I wanted to try somewhere different since we normally go to the beach in Atlantic Beach. We decided to try Topsail. What a great decision. Missy's place was fantastic!! We found it to be exactly as advertised. It was very clean and comfortable. Conveniently located to local restaurants and activities. It was a very short walk to the pool and beach. And the VIEWS WERE SPECTACULAR!! Missy was a great host. She was very responsive and friendly. We would highly recommend it and will for sure be back ourselves. The only negative from our stay was having to leave!!

We were very impressed with the condo! Clean and updated! Beach was steps away! We really liked decor and homey feel of everything! Felt more like walking into your home than anything! Highly recommend! Lauren is extremely fast to respond and always had the best and most helpful answers! Do not hesitate! You must go!!!!

The setting is stunning--up on a bluff overlooking the Neuse River, with a great view of sunsets and a dock for fishing, chillin' or launching her kayaks. The cottage is quirky and authentic and a fun place to spend a few days. It's cozy in a comforting way and has everything you need. If you're looking for something a little remote, with a great, peaceful view, to get away and be alone for a father-son/mother-daughter break, or to hunker down with friends or your significant other, this is it.

We spent a beautiful weekend at Robin’s house and enjoyed everything that the house and surrounding area had to offer. The house setting is in a wonderful location with shaded decks and great views of coastal woodland, very peaceful atmosphere. The house had enough room for a large family and all things were provided for a great vacation. Short walk to pool or beach and all things needed for a great beach day. We would definitely stay again and recommend to all. 😎
