This first floor apartment in a private house and has everything needed for a stay in Long Island. You will find towels, sheets, a full kitchen with dishes and cutlery. The refrigerator unit has a full sized freezer and fridge. The oven is electric and full sized as well. I have Verizon service. It also has a Vizio smart TV. There is free street parking. Quiet hours are from 10pm until 7am. Loud footsteps and television, running, jumping and conversations disturb my family below.

The place is located in a peaceful area and close to a LIRR at 5 minutes, stores are very accessible as well best of all laundry mat. The only thing was morning hours if you're a light sleeper like me you'll hear the upstairs family a lot. But i didn't mind the place is very clean, and cozy. My boyfriend and I love it! and host was very responsive and friendly!

Our family loved this spot! The house is beautiful, clean and very peaceful. My kids all loved the basement which had a great assortment of games, toys and books. We visited for a weekend and went snowtubing at Mountain Creek (only about 12 minutes away). We also really enjoyed nearby Warwick, NY where we found nice shops and restaurants. It was a great stay - highly recommend!

The house is beautifully situated on glGreenwood Lake with a backyard lawn that descends to the lakefront and dock. Top kitchen appliances including a Sub Zero frig and gorgeous Garland gas cooktop. John responded almost immediately to our questions and was pleasant and accommodating. The beds were pristine and very comfortable. Highly recommend
