Great location, in the heart of Bologna. Apartment was clean and very modern, provided all the essentials. Paola was the perfect host, made check-in/out process seamless, and was available for assistance throughout our stay. Highly recommend!

Fantastic stay!!! We were 3 people staying here for 5 nights. Located just 30 minutes outside Bologna up in the mountains with a stunning view. We each got a bedroom, all of which were cool despite the heat outside. Luxurious with 2 bathrooms with both shower and toilet when there are several people. There is everything you need and even a washing machine if you are there for a long time and need to do laundry. Every morning, there were freshly baked goodies outside the door for us, which the gentleman who owns the house had arranged. Incredibly quiet and peaceful and the only thing you hear throughout the day is the chirping of the different birds. We'd love to come back here❤️

Very clean, quiet and pleasant house. The parking spot is super convenient. We appreciated the provision of breakfast food. Highly recommended!

A cozy location just outside the city center

This Airbnb was by far the best one we have stayed in during our 35 day trip roaming Italy. Fiorella's attention to detail is top shelf. She has thought of everything you might need right down to slippers. Even the sheets on the bed were nice and soft and had a faint hint of lavender. She was very quick to response to my inquiry about GF options in the area and suggestions of these to do in Bologna. We will definitely stay her again and refer friends.

Highly recommend Bazzano and Franco’s house as home base for visiting Bologna, Modena and environs. Unique beautifully maintained historic home with lovely outdoor space. Comfortable bed and a/c was appreciated on warm June night.

Really cute modern and small apartment with its own garden and parking space . Had everything we needed to stay in Bologna and was located in a nice area with easy access to city centre Lorenza waited for us to arrive and showed us around the flat with local recommendations for restaurants. She was so kind when my 2 years old forgot her bag and a couple of toys and agreed to post them to us in London . Thank you so much for everything 😊

Lovely house. It was a great place to stay for a group of 3 families as it had spacious 3 bedrooms each with its own bathrooms. Everything about the house was great. When we had an issue with the AC, Francesco addressed it right away. Definitely a great choice to stay for exploring Bologna.

Carolina and Cristina's little apartment was tucked away in a quiet little area, which was ideal for feeling private and added to the experience of immersion within the city without feeling too busy. It's so close to most attractions and has a great range of places to eat, which came at the gracious recommendation of Carolina and Cristina. Their apartment was clean, well-equipped, and the availability of their laundry was very helpful on our journey.

Amazing location near the train station, which was perfect for going to the F1 race. This apartment is clean, well stocked and walkable to great bars and restaurants. Catarina is a pro and very personable.

really nice, modern, clean and tidy place. 10-12 minute walk to anywhere. Alfredo was really haelpful when we were struggling trying to find parking and other "international tourist" issues.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay with Giulia. The apartment was very close (2 minute walk) to the train station which meant we could go on a day trip to Venice. However, to Bologna city Centre it is around a 20-25 minute walk, so be prepared for lots of walking. Apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. The only issue was the boiler taking a while to heat water for showers and the toilet was very slow to fill with water so often had to flush with a bucket of water from the bathroom tap. Overall a very nice apartment.

Excellent stay in this spacious, clean, quiet and well-located accommodation in the middle of the historic area easy to access. We can only recommend it without a problem for a discovery of Bologna. Thanks to Chiara's friendly father for hosting us.

I was traveling alone and felt very safe and welcomed by Sandra. She greated me at the apartment and even let me check in early. I loved the location and it was the perfect amount of space for singles or couples. I highly recommend it!

Everything was perfect. Lovely, clean accommodation in a great spot. Easy access from station and the apartment's central location made the city easily accessible - you can even pop back for a siesta in the afternoon. Fantastic restaurants on the doorstep. Daniele was great, responsive and helpful. Highly recommend.

We had a great stay at this lovely loft in Bologna! The space was very spacious and beautifully decorated. It had many useful amenities, like an iron, washing machine, makeup remover pads, a great shower, kitchen utensils, and even some cooking basics like olive oil and seasonings. The place felt very cozy and well thought out. Another big plus was the Pam supermarket right across the street – super convenient! Would definitely recommend it!

Very nice cozy apartment. Beds very comfortable and clean. Location great. It was a little noisy at night as there are many bars and restaurants in the area.

Our stay was quite pleasant. The location was great and easy to walk to from the train station. There were constructions happening on the main streets around the flat which caused some inconvenience but wasn’t too bad. Our only complaint is that the blanket bedding was uncomfortable, thin, and felt like a plastic throw. We mentioned it to the host and hopefully they will improve for future tenants. Overall we liked staying there!!

We spent four nights in Armando’s apartment. The space is modern and clean with a large outdoor terrace. Having a washer/dryer that actually gets your clothes close to dry is a HUGE plus. This was our 7th week traveling in Italy with a car and having parking under the building, while still being close to the Centro Storico made Armano's place a fantastic choice. Mattress and sheets were comfortable and the bedroom was quiet. This was one of our favorite Airbnbs of this trip. When we return to Bologna, we will definitely stay here again. 5 stars.

excellent accommodation, very clean and up to date modern room and shared kitchen. Very well located and not too far from the railway station - about 1km. Reasonably close to two supermarkets and a wide selection of cafes and restaurants. Highly recommend and would stay again without hesitation.

We decided to stay in Bologna for a week in order to explore that beautiful city and travel out to places like Ravenna and Florence. We're so glad we did! Bologna is insanely beautiful and there is so much to do there. I would go back there in an instant. What made it especially great was Jonathan and his amazing place. He was so kind and helpful and our accommodation was delightful! We loved returning to that beautiful historic building every night. It was so close to all the best parts of Bologna yet so peaceful and charming. You must stay there! Thankyou so much for making an amazing memory for us Jonathan!
