Apartment vacation rentals in Old Town, Bologna

Our stay bologna was excellent and the apartment was very lovely. Check-in was a breeze and the apartment matched the description and pictures. The location is amazing in Bologna! Rita and Francesco were both very responsive and helpful - a five star experience for sure.

Incredibly comfortable apartment in a great location! We stayed in Elena’s place for a week and it had the biggest and most comfortable bed of any Airbnb I’ve ever experienced. The apartment was immaculately clean with a great shower, well equipped kitchen and shutters that block out all the light. The location was perfect for walking everywhere within the old city as well as the train station and although the area was lively the apartment was very quiet. We’d definitely stay again if we visit Bologna in the future!

Located just outside of the more tourist frequented area, the apartment was close to everything while allowing a more relaxed and local experience. Everything worked perfectly, and Nicola is amazingly fast to respond when the slightest trouble arose. All in all, Nicola is a great host and I can't recommend his appartment enough.

Everything was perfect. Lovely, clean accommodation in a great spot. Easy access from station and the apartment's central location made the city easily accessible - you can even pop back for a siesta in the afternoon. Fantastic restaurants on the doorstep. Daniele was great, responsive and helpful. Highly recommend.

Luisa was very quick to fix a shower head that was broken when we arrived. She arranged for a plumber to come as soon as he was able and made sure there was someone to let him in as we were on a tour in Florence. A variety of snacks and coffee were in the kitchen. Very pleasant stay, would recommend her apartment.

Great place in the centre of Bologna walkable to everything. Sara & Gabriele checked to make sure everything ok and gave good recommendations.

This is a really fab apartment in a great location with everything you need for a short stay to see the beautiful city of Bologna. We loved the large bath towels, power shower, endless hot water, super comfy bed and high quality linen. The steps up to the loft bed proved to be a little tricky after some wine (!) but we loved all Francesca’s gastronomic recommendations - thank you 🙏

Very clean, excellent service

Mirella was so kind to us at check-in and made herself available to us for any questions or needs we might have. She was also very flexible and helpful to us for check-in and check-out. The space itself was very nice and comfortable. We really felt like we had a space we could settle into and make our own for our time there. Its location was also fantastic and a short walk from many great restaurants and the historic center of Bologna. We really enjoyed our few days we stayed there and would stay again if we ever come back to Bologna.

Valeria is a great host. She’s quick to respond and very helpful. The location is perfect as it’s walkable to all of Bologna’s site. Plus, the checkout bikes right outside allowed us to see the entire city. We loved having two coffee shops just below the place. Very clean and comfortable with numerous coffee pods for a morning coffee in house.

We were super satisfied and will be happy to return. I recommend the pizzeria next door, super good food.

Sebastiano’s apartment was very beautiful and comfortable exactly as shown in the photos. It had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The atmosphere was cozy and stylish, and the location was great. Sebastiano was a great host: kind, responsive, and helpful throughout our visit. We would definitely stay here again!

This is a lovely peaceful and beautifully furnished apartment very close to the centre and to lots of restaurants. So quiet at night could hardly believe we were so close to the centre. Helpful recommendations from the host. Well equipped & lots of storage. Highly recommend.

A quiet and comfortable place to stay within easy walking distance of the centre of Bologna. The windows look out to pleasant enclosed gardens. The apartment is charming and has character. Gabriella was very helpful during our stay.

The perfect little loft for exploring the charming city of Bologna. So happy we choose to stay in Petronio Vecchio; a cute little loft apartment located on a quiet street in walking distance from the city centre. Alessandra was a perfect host, helping out with parking reservations and giving us a list of recommendations of activities, restaurants and shops. A very quiet and safe residence. Easy parking. Reasonable space. You can do laundry, which is very convenient. Self-check-in is also a highlight.

We had a wonderful stay at Matteo’s place, really beautiful apartment, super sweet balcony. The perfect location, city center in walkable distance and beautiful neighborhood. Communication with Matteo was super nice, we could even check in two hours before the indicated check in time, which was really convenient! Thank you, we had a great time in Bologna!

You cannot pick a better location in Bologna! We were able to walk to everything we wanted to see and had restaurants, coffee, shops, etc right outside our door. The building is ABSOLUTELY STUNNING! As soon as you walk in the building, you are blown away! The apartment was super spotless and adorable. It's perfect that there are two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The kitchen is so nice but we never cooked... we were in Italy! Have to eat Italian food! As noted in other reviews, there is quite a bit of street noise at night. It is not cars as there are no cars allowed in that area but it's the noise of people eating and drinking and having fun at the restaurants below. For my in laws who were in the room that had more noise, they didn't mind. The bedroom we stayed in faces a courtyard so it was quiet. We loved having the AC in the bedrooms as it was hot when we were there. Ricardo is an excellent host and very responsive. He also gave great suggestions for restaurants! Would stay again.

Fantastic spacious apartment in the heart of Bologna! It was our first visit to this part of Italy and we loved it. The apartment is in a great location. There is a local convenience store a few minutes away where you can get all of your essentials. Nicoletta was a great host, very responsive to my messages and made sure check in smooth and we were happy with everything. There is a wonderful restaurant right next door to the apartment which was brilliant and highly recommended, called Sette Tavoli.

Fantastic location within the city walls. Lots of great restaurants around. Felt like we were living in a traditional Bolognese flat, absorbing the culture. The flat was spacious and the rooftop balcony was a great space for enjoying a meal or relaxing in the sun. Everything needed was provided and the flat was well equipped for a longer stay. Our host was very responsive, checked in regularly and gave great recommendations for local restaurants.
