Condo vacation rentals in Old Town, Bologna

We stayed here as a family of four. Valerie’s place is perfect, right in the middle of the old town, near lots of restaurants and bars. Valerie’s place was great, plenty of space. Highly recommend!

Maurizio and Camilla acccomodated my fragrance allergies so well. The apartment is right in the centre, clean, spacious, comes with 2 bathrooms and even a walk in wardrobe. I really recommend it.

The accommodation has a very good location, practically in the middle of Castelfranco Emilia and yet it was very quiet. We could always find a parking space right next to it. It is a good starting point for activities in the area (Bologna, Modena, Maranello, Parma, etc.). Rita always responded very quickly, everything was hassle-free.

Spacious apartment with vaulted ceilings and walking distance to train station, restaurants, shopping, and central Bologna. Air conditioning and the lift were very appreciated. We really enjoyed staying at Vladimir’s place and would consider staying again on a future trip to Bologna. Vladimir’s apartment manager, Luca was wonderful — very helpful with local recommendations and baggage storage, and quite flexible for check-in when our train was very late to arrive.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely apartment just a 10-minute walk from the Bologna train station. The space was even bigger than we expected—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, with the bonus of two bathrooms, which was perfect for our group. Having an elevator was especially helpful since I was traveling with my senior parents. Maria was an exceptional host. She went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, meeting us early so we could store our bags and get started exploring the city without hassle. She took the time to go over everything we needed to know about Bologna and shared great recommendations that made our visit even more enjoyable. We had a lovely stay at Alessia’s place and she left us a nice bottle of wine upon arrival. The place is in a great location to quickly and easily grab the bus to and from the train station, is only a 6 minute walk from the main piazza Maggiore, and has some great restaurant options within less than 5 minutes walk. She also provided a Dyson hair dryer which was unexpected but really nice to have. The drains in the bathroom were a little slow to drain and the shower doors don’t seal shut so you have to be careful while showering, but other than that, the place was well taken care of and very nicely designed/in great shape. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a cozy place to rest while in Bologna :) Thank you, again, Alessia!

The place was absolutely lovely, super clean and spacious! Elena and her husband met us to check in and they were super helpful and lovely and let us know about the local areas and the best places to see and eat. It's perfectly located so you're near things but it's not too busy or loud, but there are plenty of places to eat nearby if you don't feel like travelling far on a morning/evening which is perfect. The bathroom is super modern and really clean and the shower is just lovely. There are a few bits and bobs for cooking which we didn't use but it was really helpful knowing that they were there if needed. There are some supermarkets closeby if you need to stock up on any food and drinks too! There was some tea and coffee for us to use and a bottle of water was already in the fridge along with a local dessert! It was such a lovely touch. If we ever come to Bologna again we will 100% stay here again as it was just lovely. Thank you so much Elena! <3

We had such an amazing stay with Andrea. The house is outstanding - he was so welcoming right from the first message and all the way through our stay. Andrea helped us with a super dinner reservation and lots of great tips. Our children adored his pets. This is a fantastic house with style and interesting decor. We loved it - don’t hesitate book it!

I felt right at home and the cozy space has everything you could need. everything was neat and clean and the bed was comfy. Good location and Valentina was always very responsive.

Smaller apartment in an old building but renovated and modern, had all the amenities, as described, great location right at the end of center, walkable to all the places and close to the bus stops.

Great location - quiet, close to shops and great restaurants, away from the tourist hustle and bustle. The neighborhood is green and quiet. The hosts were incredibly helpful and recommended a lot of interesting places. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need.

We stayed as a family in Andrea's beautiful place to stay - a couple with baby, a couple without a child and a grandparent couple, so 6 adults. We had more than enough space and were received very warmly. Apartment, garden and pool were great and we were able to relax well. We particularly enjoyed the oversized table where we always ate. The view is amazing and everything was absolutely clean and well maintained. We experienced Andrea and Alina as very warm and accommodating. We would come back.

Orlando and his wife welcomed me with incredible hospitality that made me feel at home right away! I had a great time and was impressed by the commitment and care of the entire property with a spectacular swimming pool for the summer and an impeccable bedroom and bathroom in terms of cleanliness and order. Not to mention super playful dogs... 😁 I'll definitely be back when I'm in the area again!

Our stay with Anna-Maria and her family was great! The whole family is warm and friendly – we felt welcome from the first minute. We also especially loved her sweet dog. The apartment itself is beautifully decorated, super clean and you have everything you need. Everything you need is there, and you feel right at home. The location is ideal – you are quickly in the next largest city, but also just as quickly in the mountains. The surroundings are fantastic and perfect for walks right behind the house. An absolute highlight was the hot tub – perfect to relax after a day in nature. In addition, Anna-Maria gave us a few nice tips for excursions in the area, which were very helpful. We can only warmly recommend staying with Anna-Maria and her family and will be happy to come back!

Monia and Fabio are wonderful hosts! They gave us a lot of recommendations for local restaurants and other activities. The house and the pool is very clean, the appartement is spacious and has very nice interior. Check in and checkout is very easy and the hosts are always available if you'd ever need something. You can find anything you need for cooking in the kitchen. Overall this place is really beautiful and unique - we had a wonderful time and cannot recommend it enough! :)
