Home Away from Home on the water with private dock

PavelRating, 5 stars1 week ago
This is indeed a great spacious house and does feel like home away from home. It is nicely equipped and has everything you would need. The only downside is the tiny piece of water that it is on. It is not really swimmable, but the backyard is pretty neathertheless.

Great place for a Gamble Sands golf getaway (course is about 20 mins drive). The kitchen is well equipped and the furniture throughout the house is very comfortable. It is very private and peaceful with great views. It was a great place to come home to after the day and prep a meal in the kitchen or BBQ and enjoy a drink on the deck overlooking the valley.

Great place to stay. Lots of outdoor space for little kids to play. Wonderful front porch to sit on in the shade. They provided Keurig coffee, which was wonderful and amazing to have as an amenity. Comfortable home set up and clean. Well stocked kitchen. Beds were comfortable, and the views were amazing. Close enough to town we could walk to town if we wanted, with the house located in a quiet neighborhood.

Your Great Escape

TiffanyRating, 5 stars4 months ago
We traveled to the Methow Valley to play in the snow for a long weeeknd. There was about a foot of snow at the house. Our pup enjoyed playing with the dogs on the property which was nearly fully fenced and felt safe despite being right off the highway. There was a nice road/trail along the river that was good for walking. The house was spacious and cozy as were the beds. The TV was in the corner behind the sitting area, which was odd. We ended up watching a movie on our device instead of using the tv. Lots of board games to play. The shower was always hot with plenty of towels. Only note is to be prepared with oils, condiments, and other cooking basics as there is only salt and pepper in the house. There was tea and coffee filters, but no coffee. The house was within a reasonable driving distance to Twisp to charge EVs, which cannot be done at the house. We drove out to Loup Loup Ski Bowl for a day. This place has great access to many outdoor activities.

Becky's Cabin-Dog Friendly/Short Walk to Ski Trail

AnnaRating, 5 stars12 months ago
Our stay at the cabin exceeded all the expectations: the place was beautiful, cozy and very clean and had everything that we needed (great kitchen, spacious rooms and beautiful property). We had lots of fun cooking in the kitchen and playing with the kiddos in the yard. We come to Mazama yearly in May for a Sun Mountain race and to hang out with friends, and we will definitely consider booking this property for next year.

Great cabin, nicely appointed and within walking distance access to cross country skiing trails. In the winter, the driveway is very icy so it's important to take that into consideration when planning a trip.

This is the second time we have stayed in the cabin, this time during the winter months. We again had a great stay and really liked the convenience with the XC ski trails being so close and the kids enjoyed playing in the snow and the playground. Highly recommend.

Stylish Osoyoos Lakeview Oasis w/ Pool, Game Room

SkylarRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
This is a great place for families and groups to stay. We visit Oroville annually to see family and this is by far our favorite house we’ve rented. It’s such a quirky house in all the best ways. We spent a lot of time in the arcade room and the sun room on the bottom floor. The bunk room was a huge hit with the kiddos. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking meals, which is a necessity in a small town with few takeout options. I think it’s important to mention that the only interior staircase to get upstairs is narrow spiral stairs. Super cool to go down/up if you’re physically capable, but for elderly or less mobile guests, it would be a challenge to move between floors. We divided room assignments accordingly and made sure to plan meals downstairs so everything was easily accessible. We would happily come back for another stay!

Lake Cottage @ Veranda Beach

JonathanRating, 5 stars1 day ago
Veranda Beach Resort is a nearly perfect family getaway. The cottages are quiet and peaceful retreats nestled into a community that invites you to get out and meet your neighbors. The cottage has everything you need short of a stocked refrigerator and bar. We really enjoyed our short stay.
A charming yellow cottage is framed by a white picket fence, featuring a well-maintained front yard with manicured bushes. The structure includes multiple windows, allowing natural light to fill the space, and a porch area that invites relaxation.

Great spot for a New Years get away! Enjoyed fireworks and polar plunge. The staff, as always, was friendly and helpful. Great location. Enjoyed walking the neighborhood and beach and meeting other guests to celebrate the New Year. Our cottage was cozy and clean. The kitchen was amazingly stocked and a great space for enjoying meals. We hope to get up again to enjoy the ice rink, and snowy days at the beach. We had a wonderful stay. Thank you for hosting us.

Lakehouse Point

AlenaRating, 5 stars9 months ago
Just stayed for our annual girls weekend. What a dream. From the description, I thought the house was going to be much worse but it was an eclectic little old lake house, with lots of room for the 9 of us to stay. The beds were comfy and the property is to die for. Already ready to book next year!
A cozy entryway features a soft chair draped with a blanket, illuminated by natural light from large windows. A wreath adorns the door, welcoming guests. A small table holds a microwave and decorative items, enhancing the space's functionality.

Beautiful, fun in the Sun, Lakefront Property!

NaviRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
This lakehouse was absolutely beautiful. My fiancé and I were lucky enough to enjoy it for a month! The kitchen is well equipped and the refrigerator had ample space. The bathrooms had enough toilet paper for the whole month in addition to liquid hand soap and a bar of soap for the shower (shampoo/conditioner are not included). There’s also a washer and dryer which was super convenient. The lake is absolutely gorgeous though there are lots of flies in the grass, which makes it difficult to sit outside. The screened porch is an excellent area to hang out without being swarmed by flies. There’s also a grill and fire pit. It was very tranquil, beautiful, and a perfect escape from the city. I would definitely return!

The Cottages at Lone Point Cellars

ChrisRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
Better than expected. Very well thought out. Pristine clean and smelled heavenly when we arrived. Gorgeous view of the river, vineyards and orchard. Loved sitting on the porch and taking in the views. Attention to detail was amazing. Only regret is we didn’t stay longer and missed wine tasting. Would absolutely stay here again and would go out of my way to stay here!

Peaceful Lakeside Landing

KyleRating, 5 stars9 months ago
Our family had a great visit. The house was clean and felt very comfortable. This is a family vacation home and it is set up as such. The house is outdated and a few things could use some fixing but overall I have no complaints. The view, lake and dock are major selling points. The water temp is very comfortable and it is shallow for a good 100 ft off shore, perfect for swimming and playing. We would stay here again.
A spacious deck extends outward, featuring two high-top chairs overlooking sweeping mountain views and a serene river below. Natural light floods the area, creating an inviting space for relaxation. The wooden ceiling enhances the feeling of openness while providing shelter.

A Hidden Gem in Methow Valley! We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this beautiful house in Methow Valley! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning views that surrounded us. The scenery was breathtaking and provided the perfect backdrop for a relaxing getaway. The house itself is incredibly clean and well-maintained, and we found the interior to be both amazing and cozy. The beds were so comfortable that we felt right at home every night. It was the perfect retreat after a day of exploring the area! Communication with our hosts was top-notch. They were friendly, responsive, and even extended our stay at our request because we loved it so much! This level of service made our experience even more enjoyable. The location is fantastic, serving as a quiet and peaceful jumping-off point to explore nearby Mazama, Winthrop, Twisp, and Chelan. We loved having so many options for outdoor adventures right at our fingertips and it’s dog friendly!! We will be back!
