You do not have to cross over Coastal Highway to get to the beach. (The pinpoint on map is inaccurate). We are on N Baltimore Ave an This property does NOT accept pets, for health and safety reasons for our family. No exceptions. You will be asked to vacate (w/OUT refund) if an animal is on the premises

Located in central Ocean City, Maryland, this newly remodeled beautiful condo is just off of 94th Street Bayside canal.. Very roomy one bedroom, one bath with King size bed in the master bedroom, one sleeper sofa and one futon both in the living room. Would fit four adults and two children most comfortably. Full kitchen 2 smart TV’s with access to Netflix Walk, Ride bikes, or drive to the beach just a half mile from the condo. Close to Northside park for adult exercise/children’s playground.

A spacious living area is furnished with a comfortable sectional sofa and accent chairs, arranged around a wooden coffee table. Light wood accents and a large area rug complement the neutral tones of the room. Art pieces hang on the walls, adding visual interest.

Full kitchen. A large balcony for relaxing or meals has a side ocean view and catches a glimpse of the bay. Convenient private parking underneath for 2 cars. Lots of activities and restaurants in walking distance. Great for families. Summer rentals are Sat-Sat from June until mid-Aug.

Relax and enjoy your stay in this bright and welcoming waterfront, 1 bed, 1 bath condo. Bring your kayaks or paddle boards! This condo is located right off of 28th street, on the bay. It is a 14 minute walk to the beach and the Ocean City boardwalk, and within walking distance to many Ocean City attractions. All guests are provided with an electronic WELCOME BOOK prior to arrival which includes everything we think they will need to know about the condo and the surrounding area.

A private balcony features two blue Adirondack chairs, positioned for views of the beach and ocean. The railing offers safety while allowing unobstructed sightlines of the sandy shore and gently rolling waves in the distance under a clear sky.
