We very much enjoyed our stay here. The hosts couldn’t have been any nicer. We loved the space was perfect for our needs. It was close to all that we needed but nice and quiet. The extra touches in the house like fresh flowers were lovely. Highly recommend this place.

The place was serene—the perfect spot to relax, unwind, and bond. It is spacious, featuring two bedrooms and two full bathrooms, which is a plus. I highly recommend staying here whether you're visiting Bar Harbor, Acadia, or just exploring Maine. We enjoy all that this house has to offer. Thank you, Charlie, for your hard work on this place. I wanted a peaceful place by the water to unwind and Maggie’s home nailed it. Every aspect of our stay exceeded expectations. The deck views were amazing—islands, ospreys hunting, and a duck and her ducklings feeding along the shoreline. At low tide we poked around in the sand at the bottom of the rocks, and could have easily walked out to the center of the bay but it was juuuust a bit chilly for us. Easy to drive, park and walk along beach on the Atlantic side and explore. We didn’t have time to kayak but hope to be back to give it a go. So much beauty and nature, but with all the amenities that make it easy to relax. Maggie was responsive, and she and her family obviously care very much for the property. Check the propane BEFORE you plan to grill :), and bring flip flops to easily get from the house to the grotto (which was so comfy and cozy) and back again.

By far the best home away from home that any of us have ever stayed at. Better than the photos. Cleanest Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at. Can’t say enough. I am so glad we booked Mark’s place for our Christmas vacation, it was definitely one to be remembered.

Great location in Belfast! Close enough to everything but quiet, in a cute area. House was as described and our total of 5 really appreciated the 2.5 bathrooms. The yard and flowers were very beautiful and appreciated. I’m glad we found this place for our visit to Maine!

The accommodations were wonderful! Very well decorated, comfy beds and an amazing shower! There is a full kitchen with everything you would need! Ty is an amazing and super nice host! He provided fantastic recommendations for places to eat and things to do while visiting the area. Highly recommend!

We had a great stay! This is a lovely private spot and the horses were definitely a plus! We would definitely like to stay here again.

Lisa’s place was amazing. From the minute you walk in the door, you feel like you are home So cozy, homey, and very clean It is a perfect location and easy to get to all the nearby towns. I would definitely stay here again

The apartment was fantastic! It had everything we needed, and no clutter! Beautiful furnishings, modern, simple and comfortable. Surprised by the unexpected gorgeous view of the Narrows bridge at night - what a great seating alcove to enjoy it! Easily walkable to the waterfront and restaurants. We have come to depend on Warren's on the Waterfront and Bucksport House of Pizza over the past few years of visiting - this trip did not disappoint, the pizza and sandwiches are still top notch! We were here this time for our son's graduation from MMA, and although we rented a larger home for the younger guests and West Coast visitors, we chose this one for us, as a place to get away from the chaos of the larger home. It was simply perfect. Kudos to your housekeeping, the apartment was spotless and so welcoming - especially after a 13 hour drive from Maryland. Even though our son has graduated, we will be back. We just love the area. Thank You!!!

Robert’s place was the perfect getaway for me calm, quiet, and peaceful. Everything was perfect, the space was cozy and neat, it had everything I needed for a few days away. Quick drive to the harbor with lots to do if one chooses. Hoping to make it back there soon.

We had a lovely stay at the Downtown Harbor apartment in the middle of June. The view is beautiful and the apartment is attractive, clean, and comfortably furnished. Larry and Sharon were extremely accommodating and really cared about our experience. Highly recommended to singles and couples visiting this part of the Maine coast.

Not only is Nicole a gracious host and cheerily responsive to questions, the space is adorable! Everything you need to be comfortable, in a great neighborhood, within walking distance to EVERYTHING downtown, including a very sweet harbor! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

If you’re looking for a peaceful, safe, clean, well-stocked and adorable place to stay in mid-Maine, I 100% recommend! It’s a quick drive to Camden which is chock full of restaurants, shops and a view of the water. It’s also a perfect central place to drive up or down the coast on your adventures. Cat was a great host and was able to answer any questions I had.

Pam’s place is wonderful. There is a lake behind the house, down a steep hill. It was a nice surprise! This place is a gem! It was nice to have a stove to cook breakfast and dinner. We will stay here if/when we make it back. Thank you, Pam!

The place is very nice and private. Quiet neighborhood, yet close to the downtown area in Camden. Walking distance to the trail to Mt Battie. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. Jason was very friendly and had clear instructions on how to use everything. We really enjoyed our stay.

We enjoyed staying in the Treehouse. The apartment is sweet and Mia and Bob provided some unexpected treats-cider, chocolate, coffee, cookies. They were very responsive and available. We would certainly recommend. The peaceful, beautiful setting was perfect.We would definitely return.

The Owl’s Nest is a great place to stay and explore the coast in Maine. We stayed for a whole week and had a blast each day. Acadia is about an hour and half drive away and there are a bunch of trails to do much closer by as well. JoDee and her family are gracious hosts and were extremely helpful and attentive to all we needed during our stay. I even used this place as a jumping off point to go to Baxter State Park one morning. The bnb itself is exactly as described, and served all our (two people) purposes exceptionally well. Would definitely recommend staying here to other folks and wouldn’t mind returning again.

My family and I were very excited about visiting Acadia National Park. This location is close to the park (about 10-15 min driving). We stay in the large room for six people. The place is good for a group who can sleep closely (our kids slept next to each other in the two beds and the couch), also keep in mind there is only one restroom. Having a kitchen to cook our meals is always a plus. The common areas are very good. We used the hot tub, the fireplace and the grill. Everything was great! Arthur is an excellent remote host, quickly answering all our questions. I recommend this place for families willing to visit Acadia.

Brian’s place was very clean and walking distance to everything in downtown Bar Harbor. Note to guests: apartment is on the second floor up a fairly steep flight of steps.

We rented both the Toddy House and Rocky House for a week for our family of 12. The houses were as described and in pristine condition. We loved the fact that they were close together, so the late night group could stay up socializing, while the children could be put to bed without distraction. The Toddy House had a pool table which provided lots of late night entertainment. It also had a large open common area to accommodate our group, and we spent a lot of time on the screened porches. We really liked the access to the water with the dock, the canoes and kayaks, and the super cool fire ring. We are the type of family that asks a lot of questions, and Mark was quick to answer and take care of any questions or issues we had. We spent a great deal of time at Acadia, and while the drive was about 45 minutes to get there, it was not a problem at all. We would definitely return to 3Havens if we decided to take another vacation in this area. Mark and Laurie were excellent hosts.

We enjoyed a wonderful evening at Diane's. Not far from the Oakland Overlook, great view for while you're there. Would highly recommend.

What a beautiful location and house. There’s nothing better than sitting in the living room or front porch and being able to see the Belfast Bay. The house is very clean and neat. Beds are comfortable, shower is very hot. Don’t miss the sunrise in the mornings. Overall this is one of our favorite places we have stayed in Belfast.

Our multi-generational family enjoyed Marianne's place very much and we loved the location with easy access to a coffee shop and ice cream parlor on the ground floor. The views were great from the penthouse, but there was not a way to enjoy them other than standing at a window. We wished for a balcony where we could better experience the harbor, but otherwise the place was perfect. Thanks for hosting! We would happily return.
