Family-friendly vacation rentals in North Hero

The house was perfect for us. We were a group of 8 and everyone had a comfortable place to sleep, plenty of space to move around, park our cars and sit while relaxing throughout the house. Ryan was so helpful and quick to respond if we had any questions. Lovely house, hope I get to return.

We loved this cabin! Everything was updated but felt cozy and has an authentic Adirondack feel. The hot tub was a hit after long ski days and the beds were very comfortable. Stacy is a great host and this is an awesome home!

Not sure if it was the mattress, the sheets and quilt, the pillows, the Vermont woods, Vermont fresh air, or the rain hitting the roof… maybe all of it… but, my husband and I have not slept so well in… maybe EVER! Rob’s home is super comfy and dog friendly. The hot tub is a nice feature and works wonderfully. If you are looking for a quiet, peaceful location for your visit, this hits all the marks. Sitting outside with your morning coffee is a treat. If weather doesn’t cooperate, recommend sitting in the den in front of the picture window. Our old dog truly appreciated exploring the fenced yard, and we loved allowing him off off-leash. Great place to stay!

Beautiful home, as described. Nice personal touches with towels and mini shampoo/conditioner. Kitchen is large and has most every appliance you would want. Caretaker does come in twice per day but is friendly and unobtrusive. You do need AWD/4WD to access the house.

An incredibly beautiful home! It was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. Doug is a fantastic host. We asked if we could get some firewood and within ten minutes he brought some to the house for us. He even installed a baby gate at the top of the stairs so our little guy was safe. This is by far one of our favorite rentals in Wilmington. We are looking forward to coming back soon!

Great stay at Jen’s beautiful chalet. Easy to communicate with and well equipped with many kitchen supplies and all the needed towels, linens, hairdryers, and a thoughtful welcome package. Only about 15 mins from the mountain and 10 mins to town. Thanks!

The Chalet was just perfect. Listing perfectly described what you were getting with this little piece of paradise! The Sauna was easily workable. The hot tub was clean and ready to go. The whole house was immaculate and roomy yet cozy. Perfect distance to the MANY MANY WATERFALLS the boyfriend and I were chasing. Skiing at Whiteface will be happening in the future, and hopefully using Judi's gorgeous Chalet to ease my weary bones once again in the future. We had a lovely stay! The place was clean,cosy, and well stocked. With Everything we needed. The HotTub and Sauna were a nice bonus. Perfect for relaxing after a long day. We would definitely stay here again. Bill and Chris O’Brien

Super worth! We came here last week and loved it so much, we came this weekend too! Good dining recommendations from Daveo. He even saved us when our car was stuck in the snow! We truly appreciate his help. One million dollar view, one million points recommend! We'll come again next ski season!

We loved staying here - a lovely house in a really delightful town and right where we wanted to be for the things we had planned. We would absolutely stay here again the next time we plan to be in the area.

Great place to stay if skiing at whiteface! Robert and Nancy were extremely helpful and quick to respond. Would recommend to anyone looking for a getaway to lake placid.

Our first time at Lynda's home in the woods. Place was exactly how described! Was very cozy and we had everything we needed for our stay. Great location, very private and close to skiing and town. We enjoyed to sauna every day. We got to relax and really enjoy ourselves. Lynda was very quickly to respond and was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely plan to go back, we loved it!

Place was as advertised. Beautiful, great location, great views, close to convenient grocery shopping and slopes. We'd love to come back some day.

Genevieve’s place is cozy and interesting, colorful and warm with lovely art and books everywhere. Genevieve is kind, welcoming and leads a fascinating life. This is our second time staying and we will be back.

Will’s place was lovely, nicely decorated, and homey. We spent only one night here as we were passing through Montpelier but wish we could have stayed longer!! Super walkable to the downtown area. Really appreciate Will was able to accommodate us last minute.

Debbie's place was a very comfortable mountain retreat! We enjoyed our time there and it was a pleasant place to relax after all our sight seeing during the day. We would stay there again!

great place close to Stowe.

Amazing start in Burlington VT. Only 15 min from Burlington and not too far from Stowe!

We could not have asked for a better place for our eclipse adventure. The two bedroom cabin was spotlessly clean, well-appointed, cute and plenty of space for the 4 of us. We loved being out in the woods and enjoyed our walks around the pond enormously. Easy to get to restaurants and other activities, but away from the hustle and bustle. The staff were super friendly and very helpful. Not a thing to complain about, and would definitely recommend to anyone!

Linda was a fantastic host, and her home was even better than listed. The cabin was a good size for our family of four + dog; the 2 bed / 2 bath arrangement allowed for good privacy when needed. The fireplace was great for apres and winding down at night. Location is a nice mix of seclusion (off the Mountain Rd), but close to everything.

Kristin was super easy to get in touch with. The house is beautiful and super clean. They provided us with towels and soap, it felt like a hotel. Plenty of space. The pool wasn’t available but the jacuzzi was SO nice. You can see deer from you window, it was magical.

Great place to stay for a ski trip with 8 people! Was able to fit all of us comfortably. Location is close to town and Stowe resort. We took full advantage of the fireplace. The parking area and walkways were plowed and shoveled every day it snowed. Very comfortable Airbnb.

Always a great stay, no matter what season!

We had a great time at this beautiful and very large home. We got lucky some sunny warm days which allowed us to enjoy the pool. Very good, quiet, and clean experience. This house is located on a farm with lambs and sheep. They also had chickens in the distance. We purchased some delicious lamb chops and eggs from Tyler. Very nice experience overall. Try their yogurt made from sheep milk it's also good. Tyler was very responsive. Thank you!
