Vacation rentals with a fire pit in North Elba

Great host, beautiful home in a great location. This is my 2nd time staying at the home and it is wonderful. Thank you Nicole.

We stayed at Iron Peaks Lodge for a long weekend (4 adults, toddler and dog). It was the perfect place to relax after long days out in the snow. We enjoyed the comfortable family room with wood burning stove, fully stocked kitchen and ADK decor throughout. Aisha was responsive and anticipated all of our needs with the detailed guestbook. Also, the photos on the listing don’t quite capture how spacious the lodge actually is. We were pleasantly surprised by how much space we had to enjoy. We would definitely stay again!

Sonja is amazing to deal with. Very proactive and accessible. The house was in great shape. Her bathrooms were great - up to date, great hot water/pressure. She leaves clear directions and sets up the home to look like an inn (waters and flowers in the bedrooms). Perfect location to walk to town and only 15 mins from Whiteface. Very enjoyable and relaxing weekend.

We stayed at Judi’s house (6 adults & 2 kids) for the weekend & had the absolute best time. Easy to find, clear & easy instructions, & Judi is so nice! The views/location and amenities made for the perfect relaxing weekend, while also being a short drive from Lake Placid. We wouldn’t have changed a thing, & would definitely recommend/return!

We absolutely loved our stay here! The views were stunning from the moment you pulled into the driveway and from every window in the house! It was family friendly, our kids loved this house, the kids book shelf and the closet of toys and kid amenities! Anna was super responsive from check in day to check out! We were very happy with our stay and not only are we ready to go back, our kids are already asking for another vacation there!! Highly recommend!

The farm house was great. Lots of space. Loved seeing the chickens! looking forward to swinging by in the fall to see the pumpkin patch on full swing

I highly recommend Jill's house. A beautiful Adirondack interior in a nice quiet area. Her house has everything you need for your stay. The only thing i needed to bring was my food. Jill thought of everything. If i wanted to go out for dinner it's just a short drive to Long lake. I will definitely be renting Jill's house again. Thank you Jill!

The place was perfect for 2 couples looking to spend a weekend in the beautiful Adirondack trails. If you want to save on food (cook by yourself I mean) and be within a 25min drive of everything, this is perfect. Thanks Vinny!

Deb's place was awesome! Quiet, comfortable, very well appointed and conveniently located to town. Lovely yard and porch to enjoy coffee, wine etc! Thank you for the hospitality!!

Lindsey was great. She was actually there when we arrived making sure that everything was perfect. She was very accommodating and worked with me to make my family’s stay perfect for our schedule, as we needed early check-in and late check-out. The place was very clean and cozy. The decorating was very modern and sleek. The rooms were relaxing. My children loved it. She had air hockey, mini golf, a soccer game, along with many board games, and books for their use during our down time. The apartment overall was wonderful. I would recommend this place to anyone, and we will be sure to return if in the area again.

It was a short stay with friends discovering the Adirondacks and Ausable Chasm - a short convenient drive from the unit. We enjoyed the proximity to the river and its white noise during the night. The communications with the host were perfect! Thank you

This Airbnb exceeded our expectations! The space is much larger than it looks in the photos, and it’s beautifully furnished with everything we needed—from comfortable furniture to a fully stocked kitchen. The location is also fantastic, just a short distance from the ski resort, making it super convenient. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back!

We had a wonderful stay at Brian’s place in Jay, NY. The apartment was clean, cozy, and located in a beautiful, peaceful area with a big green backyard—perfect for relaxing. It’s just a short drive to Lake Placid, the covered bridge, and Whiteface Mountain, with great breakfast spots only 5 minutes away. Brian was a responsive and welcoming host, greeting us at check-in and making sure we had everything we needed. This was a perfect base for exploring the Adirondacks, and we’d definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Great little place for my husband and I to spend a long weekend (with our dog too)! The view was very pretty and the place was clean. There were a few bugs here and there, but that is to be expected in the Adirondack's. Like noted in the description, you can hear footsteps upstairs, but it didn't bother us or take away from our experience. It was about 20 minutes to Saranac Lake and 40 minutes to Lake Placid. We would love to come again in the summer for some paddleboarding! If you stay, definitely check out The Woodshed on Park restaurant, we had an amazing meal there. Thank you, Reinaldo!

Excellent location in Lake Placid! About a 15 min walk to Mirror Lake. Apartment had plenty of space for our group. Hosts were attentive and even let us check in early. Would absolutely stay again!

We had a great holiday weekend in Charlotte at Robert's apartment. It was close to the mountains we wanted to climb and a nature preserve where we skied. Close to Burlington and Middlebury where we found dinner each night. The apartment is cozy and comfortable; really a delightful place. We also met Robert who was funny and the perfect host. We stayed during a massive winter storm that dumped so much snow on the area and Robert was always very interested in making sure we could get out of the driveway! There were also thoughtful snacks and what not for us when we arrived which is such a nice bonus. We will definitely check to see if the apartment is available the next time we come to VT. Thank you so much, Robert! We hope to stay with you again soon.

The house was perfect for our family. There was enough room for the kids to play and for the dog to go about the house. The house was very clean and met all our needs!

Very clean space with welcoming charm and decor. Loved falling asleep listening to the river. Loved the hammock beside the river. Enjoyed coffee in the screened in porch listening to the river rushing by. The sauna was fantastic and easy to use. Bed was very comfortable. Very easy to get around to all the surrounding towns. Lots of restaurant options. Great experience all around.

The place was very beautiful! My girlfriend and I stayed a weekend at the place and the place was super clean and perfect for us two . We loved the hot tub and the paddle boats that were provided for free. The fishing was great and the bed is super comfortable. The host is very responsive and informative . We like to stay at unique AIR BNBS and like to try something different each time , but this one we would 100% do again and are already making plans to do so .

My mom and I stayed at Jarrells place for a long weekend and we LOVED it. The coziness and privacy of the cabin made for a fun trip in the Adirondacks. The only thing that wasn't all that great was the weather but we still made the most of it playing cards and watching movies!! The hot-tub was so fun and relaxing as well. I will say when staying here make sure you're prepared with food because the only restaurant in town is a pizzeria that is not all that great. We took a drive to lake placid one evening for a nice dinner at Lisa G's but besides that we used the grill over the fire as well as the hot plate provided!! Thank you again for the wonderful experience!!!

We had an awesome stay at Lookout cabin. Great location. Close to Lake Placid, Whiteface, and Ausable Chasm. We even took the ferry to Burlington, Vermont. Too bad I just couldn't coax any trout to bite 😔

I only have great things to say about Christina’s place. The place was even better than the photos. As soon as I walked in, I remarked how cute it was. Christina communicated with me proactively and gave me a personal tour. She responded very promptly to communication and was lovely to talk to. Her place is serene and beautiful. I noticed a lot of thoughtful touches everywhere, including how the shower stall was built. (I 100% agree the shower head is amazing.) I enjoyed sitting by the brook and taking it all in. I was fortunate to have had the place to myself, but I cannot imagine there being any issues with another person or two there. Christina’s place was central to a lot of things I wanted to do in the area. I went on hikes and enjoyed delicious food. I would love to return this year.

Camp Timberock is a rare find. We chose the cabin because of the unlimited options for paddling and hiking. Despite the cold temperatures, we took advantage of the area and spent a lot of time exploring. One of my favorite parts of Timberock would be the deck with the outdoor fireplace. We also appreciated all of the supplies in the kitchen, the extra blankets and the endless supply of wood for the fire. Hope to return next year!

This was our 2nd time staying here and it felt like we were back home as soon as we got there. It’s very quiet, private, comfortable and beautiful at the cabin. Plus there is a lot to do for almost anybody in the area, especially people that like outdoor activities, this is an absolute must for snow bunnies like me too. Enjoy!
