Kayla’s place is perfect for business or visiting the area close to go in any direction. It’s clean and has the feeling of being at home with a full kitchen with everything you need as well as a new washer and dryer. Kayla is responsive do anytime you reach out. I would definitely recommend her place

Merrywell was everything we hoped it would be. It offered a tranquil space to spend time with family and invited us to slow our pace and appreciate the beauty around us. Ellen was a wonderful host and marvelously communicative. She shared her local knowledge of parks, playgrounds, places to eat, and ice cream (two thumbs way up for Prigel Creamery!). Ellen even gave us a tour of the ‘home farm’, where we were introduced to a beautiful foal not yet 24 hours old! If you seek old-world charm and peacefulness, this is the place for you!

Overall, probably the best Air BnB we have stayed in for our specific needs. Clean, great layout, good location relative to my needs (work in Wilmington, family in Newark). Everything we needed to stay with baby, toddler and 3 adults. Only drawback is that it is on a busier road. Which is only problematic for us because we have a fast toddler who has no fear, and there is a little bit of noise.

Alicia is a an absolutely wonderful host! When I needed a last minute change of location and over a holiday she was extremely helpful in accommodating me last minute and made what could have been a horrible trip into a wonderful visit with family. I can’t say enough good things. House was clean, comfortable and very quiet and easy to commute into town. Would definitely recommend!

This property is exquisite. It is a small space beautifully appointed and tastefully designed. The location is perfect. Richard is readily available for any needs.

Had a great stay at Tiffany and Jack's, with my adult children. The layout provides easy opportunities for both privacy and group activity. We enjoyed setting the crab traps and paddling their very maneuverable kayaks. The house was fully stocked and very comfortable. The location is super close to several convenient stores and gas stations, and Baltimore is easy to access. I would highly recommend staying at Tiffany and Jack's air bnb.

It was a perfect getaway for our family. The property was beautiful and very scenic. Our boys enjoyed fishing off the dock. Will definitely recommend this place for a three day trip.

Lynn’s place was accurately named the charming cape. It was nicely decorated, beautifully landscaped aand very convenient for our daughter’s graduation from Udel. We fit the whole family and were able to take our Cockapoo. Although the weather wasn’t ideal this weekend, we got to relax in this comfortable setting. It was only 10 minutes from our daughter’s apartment and campus and centrally located and convenient to restaurants. My husband and I enjoyed our stay so much that if we’re ever in the area, we intend to come back. So my nicer than a hotel. I wish we knew about this last year! Definitely book it!

One of the best shower heads I have ever had the pleasure to use. Took a ton of will power to not stay in the shower the whole stay. It appears that Ruthie and her family live in the house when guests are not staying. That did not bother me and my guest, but something to note. Really close to a Casino if that is what you are looking for. Less than a 5 min walk.

Beautiful house right on the water. The view over the river is breathtaking. I don't know if you get used to it if you live there, but it was a wonder every morning when seeing it or when coming back to the large living space.

We stayed here for two nights and had a wonderful experience. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The location was perfect—close enough to explore the area easily but tucked away enough to enjoy some peace and quiet. We especially appreciated the little touches, like the view and play room. Overall, it was a lovely stay, and we’d definitely come back again. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy, well-managed place to stay!

My family loved staying here. We had my 3-month old and my sister brought her 8-month old so we were looking for a place that could keep everyone entertained in one location and this place did just that! We enjoyed bird watching, collecting rocks on the beach, swimming in the heated pool, and watching the sunset from the hot tub in the evenings. This was also the first time I could say that the listing looked better in person than the pictures. Thank you Joni for letting us stay here! We made some amazing memories!

A great sunset view from the balcony, such a nice quiet river/bay beach, peaceful community to walk around. Would stay in again! Would note there’s 1 flight of stairs up as it’s a 2nd floor condo of sorts; and a big hill/stairs down to the beach. However, also a parking lot if needed to drive to the beach. Beach chairs were nice to have. There was no cooking oil but I think we left some :) I would only ask they replace the dining room chair with the hole in the seat. The pool was closed and that was not expected! Adam was very responsive when we messaged.

Absolutely breathtaking view out the back door. So much fun fishing off the dock on the property. The pool was amazing but only got to use it one day due to weather. We went for walks daily so peaceful not much traffic our doxy loved it! Great pet friendly home. Has a fireplace that we used one night as well! There is just so much to say about this home away from home! We will definitely be renting it again! Brian was an absolute pleasure to talk to and he responded back very quickly. Thanks Brian we look forward to working with you again soon.

The location was wonderful. I have been working in Wilmington for years but had never been in Arden. What a gorgeous spot that is, and so very convenient to all of Wilmington and so easy to hop on and off the highway. Susan was extremely kind and thoughtful and we appreciated her advice and help. We had our little Havanese with us and it was so convenient to have a fenced in back yard so that she could easily go in and out. It was a lovely stay.

You won't regret staying here! Great location, spotlessly clean, off street parking, all amenities, wonderful backyard deck and fenced in yard where the dog can run around. Rob is an excellent host in that he answered all our questions very quickly and was very friendly when we met. We used the place for a local graduation, but this would be excellent for local youth lacrosse tournaments at Cedar Lane or hockey tournaments at Ice World. Bel Air has much to offer in terms of local shopping and restaurants, all of which are within a 15-20 minute walk. Highly recommend should you be traveling to the area.

We had another lovely stay at Trish’s place and are looking forward to our next stay in September (again!). Our group stays here no-annually for a work trip and it has everything we need. The WiFi is fast, there’s plenty of space to spread out, and we feel at home.

Trust your GPS! This little slice of heaven is tucked away but the beauty surrounding you is worth the drive. Booked this as a family stay for a wedding at a nearby location and ended up using it as the staging ground for the wedding party to get their hair and makeup done. Made for great pictures!

Dons place was a nice basement apartment. My husband and I stayed with our toddler and infant. It was nice to be able to be so close to a playground (walking distance) and have a beautiful outdoor area for him to play. Everything was as described. Only note is that there is not a door to the bedroom from the family room, but there is enough of a gap between the two rooms that our toddler and baby didn’t seem bothered by each other with sound machines. Don was very nice and friendly and was very responsive. Loved the little toiletries and appreciated the safety lights on the step ups in the bedroom.

Great place, we had a family get together and we had a very peaceful weekend. There were so many places to hang out between the porches and dock-side area, big living room and huge dining room table. Very tranquil, I was thoroughly pleased with the home!

Jill’s place was the perfect spot for our visit to Wilmington. The kitchen was well stocked, the house was clean, and the location was perfect. Would recommend and stay there again!

The Bumble Bee is an adorable home tucked away in the middle of downtown New Castle, DE. It has all the charm & comfort you would hope for in an old town with updated modern conveniences.
