I'm thrilled with my stay at Ira's, and I'll stay there again next time I come to DC. I stayed two weeks, and worked remotely while there. The table was large enough to use as a desk, and had an outlet close by to be able to stay charged all day. Everything was very clean. Loved having access to laundry. The neighborhood is super walkable, safe, full of restaurants and stores, and close to a couple of bus lines.

Great city vibe. Lot’s of fun traffic on the street scene and we slept soundly all night. Bathroom is new and clean. Bedroom is welcoming and overlooks the vibrant city street. We will definitely be back!

My partner and I stayed here for 6 days with our pups and we absolutely fell in love with the space and the area! If you are looking to stay in DC this is THE place! The hosts were very quick to respond with any questions we had. The backyard was the perfect spot for our dogs and us to spend time in. Very walkable location with endless options for food. Great location and hosts. Near a gorgeous park. Apartment is comfortable and has everything you need, the only thing is that it’s below ground level so you don’t get much air circulation but other than that, the controllable factors are great.

We had a wonderful stay at Mishella and Nathan’s place! The apartment is clean, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay. Mishella and Nathan were incredibly thoughtful and attentive hosts — we truly felt welcomed. The location is perfect: very central, and you can easily visit all the main sights either on foot or by metro. Don’t hesitate for a second — this is a fantastic place to stay in Washington, D.C. Go for it with your eyes closed!

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The location couldn’t have been better—just a short walk to multiple Capital Bike Share stations, the metro, and within easy reach of all the major museums and attractions. The neighborhood was quiet, safe, and filled with charming historic architecture and friendly neighbors, which made for a truly pleasant experience. The price was extremely affordable, especially considering how convenient and well-situated the place was. The cleanliness of the space was exceptional—so spotless that we felt compelled to vacuum and Swiffer ourselves just to keep it that way! The home was fully stocked with all the amenities we needed, making it comfortable and hassle-free. It was also a wonderfully quiet space, perfect for relaxing after long days of exploring the city. Highly recommend this spot to anyone visiting the area—we’d absolutely stay here again!

The location was ideal for my daughter’s wedding which was held across the street at Capitol Hill Baptist Church. The location was walkable to many restaurants, sightseeing spots and experiencing all of living on The Hill. The host was very responsive when I had an issue getting in the first time. If you what to stay close to all Hill events and enjoy the local area, stay here.

We loved this place for our getaway to Fredrick!!! Great little place to return to after downtown adventures and we found ourselves thoroughly enjoying the back porch and fenced in yard. The kids loved running around after each other. Nicole was friendly and prompt with communication, making checking in and out easy and simple. We will definitely be back here when we come to Fredrick again!

Great host — very communicative and flexible. Good location and quiet neighborhood. The house is welcoming and spacious. There are a few areas with some noticeable clutter, but it's not a big issue if that doesn’t bother you. Overall, I would definitely stay here again!

This is my second time staying at Margaret's residence. It's definitely the best place for anyone who wants to take a break and recharge. As always, the residence was clean, cozy, and equipped with all the necessary amenities for cooking. The bedrooms are well-appointed. Most importantly to me, the proximity to the national parks and the downtown area makes this residence an ideal place to escape for a short break. I look forward to returning.

Celia's rental went beyond our expectations. The host was extremely accommodating regarding everything from the check-in process, snacks, visitor/tourist information to the simple check-out. The location could not have been better, which is one block from the Metro station and an easy walk to Capitol Hill. This was the perfect Airbnb for our long weekend in historic Leesburg! The space is clean and well decorated. The location is in close walking distance to many wonderful restaurants, trails, and cute shops. We enjoyed our stay.

The place was central to where we wanted to visit and the parking by the roadside was free . Home was good and comfortable except for some amenities that were missing . Other than that the home is very comfortable !

I definitely loved this home soooo spotless felt right at home. You might hear people walking here and there BUT it’s not an all the time thing, other than that it’s so peaceful. Kitchen is beautiful and has all the spices you kinda need if you wanna cook, bed was sooooooo comfortable and the living room was so inviting. It’s close to food spots banks grocery stores, etc. I’m definitely booking again.
