Not in busy and noisy center of Blvd., but 5 block walk to the shops, Hampton Beach Casino, the outdoor seashell and more. Striking distance to Downtown Portsmouth and Salisbury Beach. Sleeps 3 comfortably. Some amenities are related to the beach activities

Sofa in the front room folds out into a full-size bed, and an pull out sleeper chair in the rear niche expands to a single bed. 4th floor. No elevator. Non-smoking unit, no pets.
