The apartment is equipped with everything you need for a perfect stay! The kitchen is super equipped, offering a good variety of appliances to make cooking a pleasant experience. There are items to take to the beach, beach chairs, umbrella and food storage. The views from the apartment are extremely pleasant. The location is perfect, 100 meters from the access to the public beach and a few minutes from a publix. I RECOMMEND THIS PLACE, WE HAD A GREAT TIME.

My stay was wonderful. The apartment is very beautiful and the location is excellent. Marian was very attentive when I had questions about using the dishwasher. I definitely recommend it.

This apartment was perfect for the two of us. We walked to breakfast and dinner. The area is beautiful and has a fun vibe. The view was amazing. We’d definitely stay here again!

Place was beautiful and our stay was peaceful

A beautiful apartment in a fantastic area of Miami. We stayed here for 8 days and had a ball. Very quick check in at the front desk (just showed the passport); 6 lifts and we barely waited for a lift in the 8 days we were there. A lovely apartment, so clean, stunning views of the water. The sofa bed was very comfortable - came with a foldaway mattress which was ideal. The kitchen had the full range of utensils, microwave, large fridge etc. Bathroom was very clean and had shampoo, soap etc. We used the laundry facilities in the apartment - washer and dryer - so you could probably bring less clothes than planned for your holiday! It's a great spot for dozens of bars and restaurants, walking to Brickell Island, and Ubers are cheap and plentiful to take you further afield - $10 to Bayside, $15 to $20 to south beach. I would absolutely recommend Cinthia's apartment to anyone looking for a lovely home-from-home in a great area. Cinthia was very responsive and a great host.

My stay here was great. The host was amazing and communicated in a timely manner. The location is also close to tons of restaurants that are walking distance. The check-in process was also very smooth. The host was very active and friendly and offered recommendations around the area. Overall, I would book again as I had a great experience!

This place is perfect! It’s in a quiet area with a nice cozy pool. Parking in front and easy access to the complexe with a keypad. The inside is very clean. The little backyard is a nice plus. Everything we need is there including beach chairs, umbrella, cooler and everything in the kitchen including coffee etc. I needed a bottle opener and Emily was very kind to get me one. I will most definitely rent again on my next trips to Fort Lauderdale. Thanks again!

This is my second time staying at one of Joseph’s properties, and once again, it was great. Highly recommended! The quality of the apartment is very good—especially the balcony, which offers an unbeatable view.

Le was a great host! She went above and beyond throughout our whole trip. The condo is very clean and exactly as described. We enjoyed the direct access to the beach and the pool, as well as the many restaurants nearby. Le has thought about everything and provided everything needed for the beach and more. We will be sure to book this when we return to Miami!

Arya is our go to place to stay in Coconut Grove. However the rooms are different so it’s hit or miss… This was a hit! comfortable, roomy, kitchenette was convenient.

Irina’s bnb was absolutely beautiful! Even though you’re in Miami I couldn’t wait to go back to the bnb just to take in the breathtaking view. We also took advantage of the amenities including the pool , jacuzzi, spa, and gym. Walkable distance for a lot of things as you in the middle of downtown Miami. Beaches weren’t too far to drive from either so this stay was perfect. I would definitely book again !

Property description as listed. Caring host who truly is interested in ensuring total customer satisfaction. Informative Handbook on premises listing points of interests, restaurants, sight seeing excursions, etc. to include AC, TV, Home lighting instructions, etc. Comfortable beds, excellent water pressure (showers), good selection of available TV channels to choose from and home is well stocked with all required amenities. Property is located in a quiet neighborhood with minimal traffic yet close to all local restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacy, bank, etc. Concerns for personal safety and security were never an issue. Onsite parking and no interior stairs to navigate facilitates any personal ambulatory challenges. Looking forward to rebook Debbie's property during our next visit to the Miami, Florida area.

Very cute airbnb! Close to the beach and coffee shops/restaurants. It had everything we needed through out our stay, would recommend!

We had a wonderful stay while we celebrated our son's graduation. The home is perfectly set up for entertaining and relaxing. The pool is lovely and the patio has numerous sitting/relaxing areas for eating or visiting. There are also numerous ways to "play" from a pickleball court and basketball hoop to pool toys and a zip line! The kitchen is very well stocked with everything you might need, including many lovely serving pieces if you entertain. The hosts are responsive and lovely. Highly recommend!

This was a great place for our family of five. Good central location, private, and quiet. We were here to visit with elderly parents that live nearby but cannot host us, so we didn’t do much sightseeing. The back patio had enough seating for all of us, and that is where we spent most of our time. The heated pool was a big hit… No shock to the body when going in. We would definitely stay here again.

I must say Gabby and Mario were phenomenal host. They were always pro active and great to communicate with. I left an expensive piece of jewelry that was given to me and they made to communicate and secure it for me. I will recommend everyone to book. You will get ur money worth
