Waterfront vacation rentals in Noord

It’s not often that you find a place as beautiful as this! Everything was clean and I felt right at home. I am so grateful for the prime location, washer and dryer, and fully stocked kitchen.

We really enjoyed staying at the studio. It’s equipped with everything you need to cook, it’s cosy and super clean. Even though Aruba’s beaches are gorgeous, we also enjoyed having a swimming pool where to freshen up in the morning or after a day at the beach. The neighbourhood is quite far away from the touristic areas, but quickly accessible by car. Last but not least, Ady and Yves were friendly and always made sure we had all we needed.

This was my first trip to Aruba and my husband and I absolutely fell in love with both the island and this beautiful condo! Veronica was so kind and helpful throughout the whole process and was quick to respond. The property has everything you need and the location can’t be beat! Walkable to many great shops and restaurants, you are right in the heart of it all. The home is cozy and comfortable Veronica really thought of everything. The building itself is gorgeous and feels safe with lots of great amenities. The view is beautiful and the pool/ roof top view was also jaw dropping! We will absolutely be back :)! Gated condo development, close to all that you’d need (beach, supermarket and great restaurants) and Butterfly Farm. Grounds were pristine, pool and hot tubs were nice excellent, parking was close and easy and staff is friendly. Looking forward to going back. Highly recommended! The only issue at no fault of owner is it was high season for wastewater which caused early morning “smells” but we looked past that!

Deana's apartment was everything we hoped it would be. Not only did it have everything we would expect, but it included phone chargers, beach chairs, cooler, etc. that we were not expecting (possibly listed and we forgot). Deana was extremely responsive when we needed her and provided fantastic restaurant recommendations. The next time we stay downtown we will definitely look to stay here again.

Everything was perfect — the place was spotless, beautifully maintained, and truly exceeded my expectations. The accommodation was amazing, comfortable, and exactly as described. Maddy is the perfect host — very communicative, kind, and easy to talk to. She made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. Our stay at Villa Laurence was exceptional. Our hostess, Sophie, greeted us warmly and provided every detail and recommendation we could imagine. She even called a friend and was able to book a snorkeling trip that was the highlight of the vacation! The incredibly lush pool/garden area has to be seen to be appreciated. Each morning we were greeted by birdsong, hummingbirds, lizards, and an iguana or two. It is truly an oasis. The house is immaculate and lovingly tended to and included every amenity we could have needed. I’d recommend this home to anyone seeking an Aruba vacation away from the heavily-populated tourist areas.

Our host was proactive in providing instructions/info on anything you might think to ask! The place was just right for us! A short walk to the beach, very clean and even a covered outside space to relax with your morning coffee! Plus the perk of a washer and dryer!! Would definitely stay here again!

Ivan’s place was exactly as described. Truly a gem away from the tourist areas. Place was clean and had everything we needed/wanted. We stayed outside most nights and couldn’t even tell Zeerover’s was directly next door. We used the canoes that were easy to take out with Ivan’s dock. We couldn’t even tell there was no hot water because the temperature was perfect. We will be returning to Ivan’s when we make a trip back.

Lovely place to stay close to Palm Beach and all the restaurants on the strip. Super close to an awesome grocery store. Everything you need whether dining in or going out

Great home! Beautiful pool and right across from the beach that’s fun to snorkel at. Highly recommend. And Bocobay are great hosts - so thoughtful and responsive. The house is well appointed, spacious and so comfortable. The neighbourhood is close to lots of great beaches and restaurants - and nicely removed from the touristy / resort areas.

We loved our stay at Marcia's. There was SOOO much space for us all to be very comfortable. The sunsets were beautiful from the front porch and the beautiful beach steps away, had us spoiled. Our first visit was a blast, very close to the airport and about 15 mins to the busy side of the island. Marcia is an awesome host and gives you your privacy, we would definitely recommend and visit again, worth it for sure!!! Thank you Marcia:)

The beautiful home is bright, spacious, comfortable and just steps away from spectacular Eagle beach. We enjoyed family meals together at the large dining table while taking in the ocean views and the balcony and family room were perfect spots to relax. The condo grounds are very pretty and the kids had fun in the pool, at the playground and tennis courts. We used the backpack beach chairs, beach toys and water noodles daily which made our beach time comfortable and fun. Co-hosts Ivan and Migdalia were wonderful and very helpful. The home and location is outstanding with wonderful restaurants nearby and a stunning beach out front that we so enjoyed swimming in daily!

This was my second stay at Marina’s. The place is perfect for a couple . Great views . Walkable to many shops and restaurants. Very clean . Beautifully decorated. We had an issue with the AC but both Marina and the maintenance team were very responsive in resolving the issue. Would definitely stay again.

The gated community felt very safe and welcoming, and the entire complex is beautifully maintained. The condo itself was spotless, modern, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. From morning coffee on the patio to evenings by the pool, every moment felt like a dream. Gustavo was an outstanding host—extremely responsive and helpful, making sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed throughout our stay. If you’re looking for tranquility, luxury, and convenience all in one, this is it. Truly all you could ever want in the most amazing location. We had an incredible stay at this condo in Aruba! The location was perfect!! Just a short walk to the beach and within walking distance of many great restaurants. The condo itself was comfortable and well-maintained, with the pool just steps away, making it easy to relax and unwind. One of the highlights was the small restaurant in the building, which served amazing cocktails, perfect for enjoying the tropical vibe. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Aruba!

This was one of the best VRBO‘s that I’ve ever stayed in. The condo had everything you could ever need and top of the line kitchen appliances. The beds were very comfortable. The view was stunning. The owner was very informative and responsive. Highly recommend this condo. You will not be disappointed. We will be back again.

I can’t say enough great things about our stay at Harbour House Aruba! From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at home. The unit was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed—including a full kitchen and washer/dryer, which came in super handy for our family. The location is fantastic—right in downtown Oranjestad, walking distance to shops, restaurants, and the marina. We loved waking up to views of the water and cruise ships passing by. And that rooftop pool? Chef’s kiss! It was the perfect spot to unwind after a day at the beach. Everyone we interacted with—especially the front desk and security—was kind, helpful, and genuinely welcoming. You can tell the property is well cared for and thoughtfully managed.

Excellent property across from eagle beach. Kids loved the pool which has a lot of shaded seating areas. Unit is spacious and very clean. A few things that were in unit which I didn’t see in other reviews: salt, pepper, coffee, ice, shampoo, bar soap and hand soap, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, beach chairs, beach toys, paper towels, trash bags, first aid kit hair dryer, small floaties for pool, cleaning products, small beach umbrellas, reusable bags for shopping (important in Aruba). Very well stocked. You will need to get your own conditioner and dish soap. Towels were plentiful. Great stay here!!
