Villa vacation rentals in Noord

Zuki place was great. It had all that we needed. Even though it’s not on the beach, it’s an easy short drive to Arshi Beach which was wonderful. You can get chairs & an umbrella there along with facilities. There are also another few options that are great for snorkeling. Lots of great restaurants within a ten minute drive the Palm Beach area.

Beautiful property with a perfect private pool. Great experience for our small family who typically sticks to hotels. The house was very clean and had everything you needed to have a fun day at the beach or to relax in the pool. One note: the neighborhood is a bit noisy with the wild roosters and dogs. We brought a white noise machine for our daughter so it wasn't an issue but could bother some light sleepers. We would still take animal noise over people noise any day!

We traveled with our two young daughters and my mother. We loved the place and the beaches were just a short drive away. Breakfast restaurants are walkable and dinner at night was also a quick drive away. The entire island feels safe and we also spent some time in the pool with the slide which our kids enjoyed. Would stay here again if we are able to come back to this beautiful island. Thank you Giovanni! You were a great host and we left some beach toys and a small raft behind so hopefully other families can enjoy them.

I can’t say enough about our stay… the home was clean, comfortable and close to everything!!!! The pool was wonderful anytime of day! The kitchen had everything we needed… the beds were super comfy!! I highly recommended! Will be back!!!

Very lovely villa. We had four adults and two children and the space worked perfectly for us. The outdoor area is as perfect as the pictures make it look. We enjoyed many hours out there. There are two coolers, ice packs, beach chairs, a few sand/pool toys and pool noodles which all came in handy for our holiday. I wouldn’t hesitate to book this villa at all. It is located on a quiet street and you will need a rental car.

Wonderful home, great outdoor space and so close to activities. I am so glad we chose the Noord area instead of the Eagle Beach area as the majority of our adventures were in Noord. It was also great to have a pool to relax in after a day out and the large dining space outside was very much enjoyed. The house met all of our expectations. I would highly recommend this place as you won’t be disappointed.

This stay was everything we hoped for and more. The pool/outdoor area are breathtaking and so different from the views we have at home. The location was good for our trip goals, which were to explore the island and different beaches. 25 mins to baby beach and I think it was 20 mins to eagle beach. We slept better than we did at the resort where we stayed the first half of the trip. We felt safe and Maria was very accommodating. She was a great host! We would certainly stay here again and would love to rent from Maria in the future.

Amazing host and home, for sure would come back

I booked this house over 6 months ago for my bachelorette and before even booking Denis and his team were extremely responsive to make sure I booked the right place for our vacation. Through the past couple of months they have aided me in booking transportation, a private chef and other recommendations around the island. We truly felt at home and had a wonderful time.

A tranquil neighborhood with peaceful surroundings. It is close to restaurants and shopping but distant enough to avoid lots of people, traffic, and noise. The home was clean and well-appropriated for 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.

Very well put together property. Certainly very clean and spacious. The stay was amazing 10/10 would definitely reach out again if I’m coming to the island. Highly recommend reaching out to Jules and Ingrid!!!

This home was beautiful, the pictures are exactly what you get. The pool and the gardens - amazing! The bedrooms and bathrooms were just as described. The kitchen and its amenities were perfect. The location of the home was about 10 minutes to anything and everything, perfect! I would definitely stay here again and I highly recommend it. Betza is the perfect host.

We had an amazing week at the property. Very private location. Everything was perfect.

We loved our time at Stace’s house. The backyard oasis was our favorite spot anytime we were at the house from swimming to grilling and kids having handstand contests on the turf area. The house had all the necessities needed for the week including kitchen tools and beach supplies. Stage seemed equally as excited for us to stay, and we appreciated the local recommendations for food and activities.

You couldn’t get a better location for a group. The rooms are very quiet even with the living room TV on or people playing games or chatting. We could walk to a small beach to snorkel and see turtles and numerous other sea. There is great walkway along the beach from the end of the hotels to Arashi beach practically. Sunsets are beautiful as you sit out front in the cooler night air. The pool is clean, refreshing and private. The Super Food grocery store is very close by car and anything I wanted to book the hosts were there to guide us. Vicky and Stanley were the best. Always quick to answer and help. And most of all…very very friendly as pretty much everyone we encountered on the island.

Mariska’s place provided a wonderful experience for my family and me. The entire space felt modern and airy, with a lovely Tulum vibe that truly enhanced our stay. It was clear that every detail was thoughtfully considered. Mariska's hospitality and her kind check-ins during our time there were greatly appreciated. I wholeheartedly recommend this Airbnb to anyone seeking a fantastic getaway; it exceeded our expectations!

Viola's villa is a divided property with multiple guest apartments with in the same building. It is in a great location to walk to beaches and the lighthouse. The ocean is only a 1 minute walk away. Our studio D was perfect for us. Plenty of room. Although the property is dated and could use some straightening up it is well worth the price. Viola's assistant Veronica is actually the one that you communicate with. Veronica was responsive and readily available.

Awesome place!! I have been to Aruba a few times and this was the best place I have stayed at. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. Close to Arashi beach and just a few minutes from center town. The place is very clean including the pool. Just amazing and Geremi was quick at responding. I would deffenitely stay again.

Communication was fantastic. We appreciated the house’s location which was a .6 mile walk to Palm beach area. We went to NG market daily which was maybe .1 mile walk. We rented 2 cars and it was easy to get around the island from this location. Did not have to buy/bring tp, spices, utensils, beach chairs, towels, which was so nice. Pool was fantastic as was the spacious interior. Highly recommend

This was our second time back to Aruba but first time staying here. This place is perfect if you want something quiet but close enough to palm. 18 min drive from the airport, and was super easy to find. Parking super easy. Groceries very close, we did the initial run to superfood in the way. During the day, we did arashi and Boca, both the most beautiful beaches IMO. We had a car for the day time beach runs. For night we walked to palm and cut through a little shortcut. We were in the centre of palm in 15-20 mins and it allowed us to not worry about parking or driving. The pool is so clutch, perfect for the mornings before the beach. Mini market close by is stocked well, but go to super food and get some chicken skewers for the grill. Beach chairs were great. Kitchen was excellent and had all the amenities that were listed. Very impressed by the ease of it all and we’re grateful we found this like gem on the island. Excellent hosts, very supportive.
